TV Fans Have Spoken: People's Choice Winners

Well the people have spoken and after this year's People's Choice Awards, one might determine that with regards to television, the people have some pretty random preferences. Then again none of the winners were all that surprising. As you probably might have guessed, the people love Grey's Anatomy, Dancing With The Stars and Two and a Half Men. Who knew?!

Queen Latifah played host to the event, which due to the strike, consisted largely of clips from previous People's Choice awards ceremonies as well as videos of the nominees and pre-recorded acceptance speeches.
