Things Looking Good For Sarah Connor Chronicles

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles is one of the new series I’m most hoping to see get another season. While there hasn’t been any official news on whether or not Fox has decided to pick up the series for a second season, there are rumors that the network has given the producers the go ahead to start hiring directors for future episodes.

TV Guide’s Ausiello reported the rumor, which was given to him by inside sources. He added that although the network giving the greenlight for the SCC producers to start hiring directors doesn’t automatically mean the network is definitely giving the show a second season, it is a good sign.

It’s hard not to be optimistic when I hear news like this. Perhaps Fox sees the potential in the series, given that there could be tie-ins between Sarah Connor Chronicles and the upcoming Terminator sequel, which could definitely draw attention to the series.
