Tricia Helfer Signs On With Fox

With Battlestar Galactica now airing it’s final season, it probably comes as no surprise to anyone who is a fan of the series that a network would want to snatch up BSG star Tricia Helfer and lock in a deal with her for a new series. What’s not to love about Helfer? She’s gorgeous and as proven her talent with her numerous roles as the various versions of Six on the hit Scifi series.

The Hollywood Reporter announced the news earlier this week that Helfer signed a deal with Fox, stating, “Under the one-year pact, the actress will star in a series project for the network, probably a drama.”

I’m wondering if Dollhouse is an option for Helfer. After all, the greatly anticipated Joss Whedon series is one of Fox’s new dramas and Helfer wouldn’t be the first Battlestar Galactica star to sign on with the show. We’ll just have to wait and see.
