The first eight episodes of The Walking Dead's third season have aired, leaving us to wait a couple of months for the series to return to wrap up Season 3. There's much to be said about last night's episode, as evidenced by one of the two videos we have to show you here. The cast weighs in on last night's "Made to Suffer" in the first video, and in the second, they look ahead at what's to come in the second half of the season.
Rick's "breaking apart," Michonne is on a mission, Maggie and Glenn's motivations may differ and the Governor is crazed with grief and anger. These are some of the things discussed by the cast in this look inside last night's mid-season finale "Made to Suffer."
I don't like the idea that Maggie and Glenn are reacting to what they've been through so differently, but they're due for some conflict, so it should be interesting to see the aftermath of the situation as it affects their relationship. I also liked hearing what Laurie Holden had to say about Andrea doing the right thing. I'm on the fence with her right now, mainly because she made such an obviously bad judgment call in getting together with the Governor. It's going to be very exciting to see what choices she makes now that she knows where her other group is.
Next up, this video has the cast discussing their characters and what's ahead in the second half of the season. No major spoilers!
Seeing Merle and Daryl back together (assuming they don't die - and I am assuming they don't die.) is going to be very interesting, especially considering most of what we know of Daryl is who he is away from his brother. How will his brother's influence affect him and his relationship with the rest of the group? That's just one unanswered question to consider while we wait until next February for the show to return.
