Those who want to get caught up with or re-watch the first two seasons of AMC's The Walking Dead before the upcoming Season 3 premiere of the intense zombie drama series can do so at their leisure at any point between now and October 14… if they have a subscription to Netflix (or they own the first two seasons on DVD/blu-ray). But if you don't have access to Netflix or the DVDs, AMC is making sure you have a way to see the first two seasons ahead of the Season 3 premiere.
Those who haven't given The Walking Dead a shot may want to take advantage of this situation. Based on Robert Kirkman's comic books, The Walking Dead tells the story of a group of survivors living in the wake of a zombie apocalypse. The drama returns for Season 3 on Sunday, October 14 at 9/8. If you're keeping track, that's less than two weeks away! So there really isn't that much time to get caught up on the series if you aren't already. But for people looking for the ultimate pre-premiere cram-session, AMC is set to air a two-day marathon of the full series to date. It begins Saturday, October 13 at 10:00 a.m. (9:00 a.m. c) on AMC and stars with the six-episode first season before moving to Season 2, which will air in its entirety over the course of Saturday and Sunday, all leading up to the third season premiere on Sunday night.
