The Walking Dead Season 2 Preview: Slim Chances

AMC released a new trailer for Season 2 of The Walking Dead. Given how much was shown on the big trailer, which premiered at Comic Con last July, it’s not all that surprising that a lot of what’s in this new trailer is stuff we’ve already seen before. Still, there are a few snippets of Season 2 that may be new to you.

While the Season 2 trailer shown at Comic Con 2011 focused a lot on the talk of people breaking away from the group, this trailer, which clocks in at a minute and a half, seems to focus on hope and faith. Some people have it. Others... not so much.


Among the bits I didn’t recognize were the scenes in the church, one of which looked like it included zombies seated in the pews.

If this trailer isn't enough, there's more Walking Dead to come before the premiere. According to Reuters, a six-episode webseries is set to launch next Monday (October 3rd). The webseries will focus on Hannah's story back when the zombies first showed up.



The Walking Dead returns Sunday, October 16th at 9/8c on AMC.
