Lest it seems like the rebels have all of the advantage in the way of pre-season training for Starz' upcoming returning series Spartacus: War of the Damned, a new video shows us how some of the actors set to play the Romans staying in shape in anticipation of their their battle scenes against Spartacus and his men.
We've seen previous videos, which give us a look at what the Spartacus cast is going through to prepare for the gladiator-focused drama series, which will return as Spartacus: War of the Damned (the final season) this January. This one (via the Spartacus Facebook page) gives us a look at some of the Roman soldiers (in costume!) as they demonstrate a "Caterpillar push-up." It doesn't look fun, but it's seriously impressive.
Talk about teamwork! I suppose an understanding and appreciation of group-effort is necessary if you're a Roman soldier and about to go up against Spartacus and his un-merry men of determined rebels.
