Big Brother 14 Live Feed Spoilers: Who Won The Veto?Author: Kelly West

There have been some moderately interesting developments in the Big Brother house this weekend. A plan was in the works, but it looks like the Veto competition has changed that situation. That's the vague description of this Live Feed report. Those who don't want to be spoiled about what's going on in the Big Brother house should read no further!
Official spoiler alert! The report below contains details about the Big Brother house, which have not aired yet on the show, including the results of the Head of Household competition, the nominations and the results of the Veto competition. ![]() Just to catch you up from late last week, Ian won the post-Double Eviction HoH competition and nominated Shane and Jenn. His plan was to get Jenn out this week and secure a Quack Pack final four. Shane was obviously on board with that, but little did either of them know that Dan and Danielle were plotting Shane's evictions. Conversations Friday night had Danielle confessing to Jenn her fears that the reason Shane hasn't been responsive to her advances (but continues to stay at her side all day and night) is because he's playing her as part of his strategy to get to the end of the game. Now, I don't think we've seen Shane say anything in the diary room or to anyone else that suggests that his friendship is his strategy. That said, it's possible it is. It's just as possible he likes her but doesn't like-like her. Or that he really does have issues showing affection on camera. Or that he secretly sees the benefit of stringing Danielle along but hasn't vocally admitted to it (see Drew/Diane, Season 5). It's hard to say. But from what Danielle was saying to Jenn, it sounds like she fears she's the Erica in the Boogie/Erica All Stars situation. She didn't make that reference (I don't think Danielle knows a lot of specifics on past seasons beyond what other houseguests have told her) but it seems like her fear is that Shane's making her look like a fool. So she and Dan were in agreement that, assuming Shane didn't win the Veto and the nominations stayed the same, they would vote to evict Shane and keep Jenn. Jenn was obviously happy about this situation. The feeds were down for hours yesterday, and when they came back on, it took what seemed like forever to figure out who won. Jenn was sulking by herself, so that eliminated her. Danielle didn't seem like she was in an especially peppy mood either. Ian talked about not performing well at one point (or having trouble with it), but he seemed to be in an OK mood, which left us to speculate that Dan or Shane won it. In that scenario, Ian would be fine either way because he's under the assumption that Jenn was going home as long as she didn't win it. As it turned out (confirmed later when Dan outright said it to the live feed watchers), Shane won the Veto. They were anticipating the face-morph competition, but it sounds like they got something physical.
Shane won, so there goes the plan to save Jenn. And Jenn seems to know that, as she spent the rest of the night in isolation, either in her room or outside (when the houseguests were all inside). It sounds like Dan and Danielle have agreed that Danielle should be the replacement nominee once Shane takes himself off the block, as Shane is less likely to vote to evict Danielle than he is Dan. Now it's a matter of making sure Ian is on board with that plan. There's also the matter of how Jenn will be leading up to the Veto ceremony and afterward. She knows Dan and Danielle were planning to vote to evict Shane. That's a major card to play, but she might not know she's holding it. Or she might think she's better off not mentioning it (maybe thinking there's still some chance she could stay). We haven't seen a lot of strategy from Jenn that doesn't involve other people's influence, and with the exception of the occasional bit of muttering, she doesn't talk to herself when she's alone (like certain other houseguests who've let us know what they're thinking when they have a solo moment), so it's impossible to know what she's thinking or what she'll do. Dan seems concerned about Jenn, though. He expressed that much to Danielle when they were alone. Dan's a player who covers his bases, and right now, Jenn is an uncovered base. There's also the issue of Ian feeling so confident in the Quack Pack right now that he doesn't think it would be a big deal if Jenn were to find out about the QP. He even made a comment about "Greatest alliance ever" when Jenn might have been in earshot. He's convinced it wouldn't change anything if she knew about them. But if she did find out, she might realize just how huge it was that Danielle and Dan were looking to evict Shane. Danielle and Dan assured Ian that it was better that Jenn not know about the QP, mentioning how it's gone bad in the past (in other seasons when a soon-to-be evicted houseguest learned that they've been played by a secret alliance). Ian agreed with that, but still seems sort of casual about the whole thing. And why wouldn't he be? He thinks it wouldn't matter game-wise if Jenn found out. Either way she's going, right? But if Ian and Shane find out about Dan and Danielle's plans, they could turn on one of them, with Ian putting Dan or Danielle up in Shane's place (as he's going to have to do anyway) and then voting that person out and keeping Jenn. I don't know that I could see Ian really doing that, but the possibility is there. In other words, while it seems like Jenn is next to be evicted. Things could still happen. As always, nothing is set in stone. Tonight, we'll see the Head of Household competition and nominations. We might also see the Pandora's Box. I'm hoping we see some of the Jury House footage, either tonight or Wednesday night. We haven't gotten so much as a peek of it this season, so that should be coming soon. Back to top
