Last Resort Series Premiere Video: Watch The Full Pilot Episode Here

With so many new series premiering over the next few weeks, it's become especially convenient when the networks release the premiere episode online ahead of time. It gives us a chance to sample the new products before it comes time to prioritize the DVR. ABC has done that with their new drama/thriller Last Resort, one of the more promising pilots of the season.

Created by Shawn Ryan and Karl Gajdusek, Last Resort stars Andrew Braugher and Scott Speedman, and follows the crew of a military submarine. After they question orders to fire their nuclear missiles, they're fired upon, leaving them enemies of their own country and forced to take refuge on a nearby island. The premiere episode is intense and offers the promise of an exciting drama and thriller. Check out the full pilot episode below.



Last Resort was one of the series I was most excited about last spring when ABC announced their new line-up. After watching the premiere episode, I have high hopes that the series will live up to its concept.

Last Resort makes its official debut on ABC on Thursday, September 27 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT.
