Fans of Sons of Anarchy shouldn't need much incentive to tune in to the series' fifth season premiere next month, but series creator Kurt Sutter is giving them one anyway, with a challenge that could result in four fans getting flown out to California to watch an episode with him. More information on that and check out this new video FX released, which gives us a look at some of the bikes featured in the series.
Sons of Anarchy creator Kurt Sutter interacts fairly regularly with his fans, tweeting and posting on his blog with updates. A recent blog entry from Sutter offers SoA fans a challenge. If the series' fifth season premiere sees a percentage increase over Season 4 in viewers 18-49 or total viewers, he'll pick four of his Twitter followers to come out to Los Angeles and watch an episode with him. Here's his exact wording… So in SEASON FIVE the challenge is simple: ANY PERCENTAGE of a bump in 18-49 or household viewers and I pick... let's say FOUR viewers to come to Los Angeles and watch an episode of SOA with me, the cast and a few of my closest birds. We'll fly you out, put you up and turn you on. We'll also include your visit in the season 5 DVD additional content FAN APPRECIATION CHALLENGE. Getting to watch an episode of Sons of Anarchy with Kurt Sutter does sound like a pretty great opportunity and "entering" the challenge is as simple as following @SutterInk on Twitter and making sure to tune in on September 11 (and telling everyone you know to do the same so the series gets that ratings boost). With just a few days to the month-countdown to Season 5, today seems full of Sons of Anarchy updates. Earlier today we shared a photo of from the upcoming season, which shows us guest-star Ashley Tisdale getting cozy (sort of) with Jax. And now we have this video, which gives us a look at some of the shiny bikes featured in the series. If I had a motorcycle, I'd want it to have a built-in iPod that played oldies music. Back to top
