12 Shows Fox Should Be Embarrassed About Canceling
While every network is guilty of slamming an ax down on shows before a cancelation is warranted, Fox has been the series-ending posterchild for decades now. Here are 12 series that Fox should constantly hide its head in shame for canceling. Sorry if this puts you guys in a bad mood all over again.

7 Science Fiction Shows That Were Canceled Too Soon
Science fiction and television should, technically speaking, be in perfect harmony. Science fiction deals with what-if scenarios, which have played out beautifully in such classic pulp science magazine as Galaxy, Astounding Science Fiction and Fantasy & Science Fiction. Television, on the other hand, thrives when it exploits serial storytelling, and is perfect for the anthology series.

Almost Human Cancelled, Fox's Futuristic Cop Drama Won't Be Back For Season 2
Fox has cancelled Almost Human. While it's not massively surprising, it's most definitely disappointing, as the futuristic cop drama was one of the networks' most promising and entertaining series. Created by J.H Wyman, with J.J. Abrams among the executive producers, Almost Human starred Karl Urban and Michael Ealy as a human and lifelike robot partnered together as detectives in the year 2048.

Almost Human 'Unbound' Clips Tease John Larroquette And A Robot On A Rampage
After a couple weeks of hiatus, Almost Human returns tonight with "Unbound" and with it comes a guest appearance by John Larroquette, who's featured in one of the clips Fox released to tease the episode. As you'll see in the first clip, Laroquette was Dorian's creator and it's evident from his emotional reaction to seeing Dorian this model meant a great deal to the genius roboticist.

Almost Human Episode 7 Preview Teases John Larroquette's Guest Spot In A Key Role
Fox’s promising sci-fi drama Almost Human got a late start this fall, so it makes sense that it should be one of the remaining series to air a new episode this week, while many of the other fall TV comedies and dramas on network television have already gone on break. However, last night’s episode was the last new ep we’ll see of Almost Human until January. The preview for “Arrhythmia” teases what’s ahead, including the arrival of recurring guest star John Larroquette.

Almost Human Episode 4 Preview: Who's Going Under Cover In 'The Bends'?
Spoilers from tonight's Almost Human ahead! One of the things I’m really enjoying about Almost Human — besides the humor — is the way the futuristic backdrop is used in just about every layer. It’s not only there to provide an explanation for how a humanoid robot like Dorian can exist, or simply to dress up the scenery...

Almost Human Episode 3 Preview Teases Humor And A Hostage Situation
Following up on a two-night premiere, Almost Human will settle into its usual Monday night timeslot starting next week. The above preview shows us a look at Episode 3, “Are You Receiving?,” which will have Kennex and Dorian dealing with a hostage situation. Also, the ratings are in for last night, and while Monday’s broadcast didn’t do quite as well as Sunday’s, the series still performed solidly.

Almost Human Episode 2 'Skin' Preview: Sexbots Ahead
Fox began their two-night Almost Human premiere event last night, which means Night 2 is tonight! And judging by the preview for “Skin,” it looks like we’ll get a better sense of how this series will operate beyond the big mystery organization arc, as it appears Kennex and Dorian have a new case to investigate. And it’s a sexy one. Or a gross one. Sexbots certainly fall into the sexy category, by sci-fi standards anyway.

Almost Human Review: Fox's Futuristic Cop Drama Is Brimming With Thrills And Potential
Fox took a chance on a mystery series with a historical and supernatural twist in Sleepy Hollow and it paid off. If the current trends of television are any indication, the classic police procedural format demands a little something extra. For Sleepy Hollow, it's Ichabod Crane. In the case of Almost Human, it comes in the form of a futuristic setting and a human-robot partnership, with Karl Urban representing the human side of the story and Michael Ealy serving as the robot half.

Watch The First 3 Minutes Of Fox's Almost Human
Fox may be making us wait a couple weeks longer than planned for the premiere of J.H. Wyman and J.J. Abrams new series Almost Human, but they haven’t been stingy on the promotional content. Earlier this week we shared an 8-minute preview of the futuristic cop drama, though we noted at the time that the video didn’t start at the beginning.

Almost Human Preview: Watch 8 Minutes Of Fox's Futuristic Cop Drama
Originally, Fox had Almost Human lined up to premiere next week, but the premiere date has been pushed back a couple of weeks, which makes the above video feel like a consolation prize — but a good one. Fox has released eight minutes of the futuristic drama, introducing us to Karl Urban’s John Kennex, a cop who survived one of the city’s most catastrophic attacks and is returning to duty where he’ll be partnered with a robot.

Almost Human Premiere Date Pushed Back, Watch The New Trailer
The good news is, Fox has released a new preview for their upcoming futuristic robot drama Almost Human. The series is set a few decades into the future when cops are partnered with humanoid robots. The trailer does a great job of laying the scene and introducing us to the lead characters. The first is John Kennex (Karl Urban), a cop who survived a catastrophic attack on the police department, though he lost a leg in the ordeal.
