Cops Cameraman Shot And Killed While Filming Episode
Being a police officer is a dangerous job. Filming them sadly is too. A cameraman for Cops was shot during a confrontation between authorities and an armed robbery suspect on Tuesday night, and tragically, the cameraman died from his injuries.

Cops Cancelled At Fox And Saved By Spike TV
Back in March, we came up with a list of shows you may not have realized were still on the air. Cops was at the top of our list. The cop-focused unscripted series dates back to the 80s, long before the reality TV genre blew up. Cops has stood the test of time, outliving numerous other shows at FOX, but its run on the network has come to an end, truly marking the end of an era - but not the end of the series. Spike TV has swooped in to rescue the show.

America's Funniest Home Videos And 4 Other Shows You Didn't Know Were Still On
Often times, if a TV series is fortunate, it will air, gain extraordinary popularity, which eventually fizzles and the show airs a couple of lower-rated seasons before it's inevitably cancelled. It may live on through reruns, Netflix or in the hearts and minds of nostalgic pop culture lovers. And then there are the shows that just keep going and going (and going.) At one point in time, everyone was talking about Jerry Springer or that funny home video show with the guy from Full House.

2008 Fall TV Preview: COPS
COPS has been around forever. Some would even consider it to be the original reality show. I was vaguely aware that it was still on the air but I think the last time I watched it was some time back in the ‘90’s. I don’t have anything against the series personally and I do hold the various law enforcement agencies featured in this show in high regard.
