Episodes Cancelled By Showtime
Episodes does an amazing job of skewering Hollywood and the people who work in the industry, and getting big laughs from ridiculous situations. Matt LeBlanc has been having quite a run on the Showtime series Episodes. Now, though, it looks like that run is coming to an end.

'Episodes' Renewed For Season 4 Ahead Of Season 3 Premiere
Whether or not Pucks! ever manages to reach a fourth season remains to be seen, but Episodes is guaranteed to get there. Showtime announced today that they’ve given the meta series an order for a full fourth season. This news comes just weeks ahead of the series’ third season debut after more than a year on hiatus.

'Episodes' Preview Teases Pucks Problems And A New Boss For Carol
When a show goes more than a year between seasons, we begin to wonder if that series is still on or if it was cancelled. This seems especially true for cable television, which is where it tends to happen more often than with network TV. Such is the case for Episodes, which believe it or not, isn’t cancelled. The Showtime comedy hasn’t really settled on what time of year it wants to air.

Episodes: The Complete First And Second Seasons Is Coming To DVD In January
Episodes, the hit BBC 2 show that airs on Showtime in the U.S., is getting a Season 1 and Season 2 release. Honestly, however, the whole thing seems a little awkward. Episodes: The Complete First & Second Seasons will be released just after the holiday, so it won’t make for a very good gift. That’s the lesser concern. The set will also be inconvenient for fans look for one season or the other, and will only come in DVD copies.

Showtime's Episodes wrapped up its second season late last month. The comedy series, which stars Matt LeBlanc, follows the inner-workings of a TV sitcom in the making, and the personal and professional lives of the people involved. Showtime Releases Dexter, Episodes, Shameless And House Of Lies Memes For Comic Con
Just when you thought that Comedy Central had successfully run memes as a marketing strategy into the ground while advertising the seventh season of Futurama, Showtime released their internet-inspired San Diego Comic-Con campaign. Whether they are making the trip to the convention or not, several of the networks' original series - including Episodes, Shameless, House of Lies and Dexter - have been given a few designs to litter across the event.

HBO's Newsroom Ratings Down For Second Episode, Weeds And Episodes Premieres Also Down
Sunday night was a big night for pay-cable. Not only did Showtime bring Weeds and Episodes back with new seasons, but HBO's The Newsroom premiered its second episode. Series premieres are big, the second episode probably tells us much more about the the direction the series might be taking as far as its ratings go, and unfortunately for The Newsroom, the news isn't great.

Episodes Season 2 Review: Showtime's Meta Comedy Returns
What I liked so much about what creators David Crane and Jeffrey Klarik did with the first season applies somewhat to how I feel about Season 2. Episodes layers itself, with multiple stories being told, not simply through the various characters, but through what's happening within the series. Season 1 found a balance between the development of a TV pilot, the joining together of the actors, writers and network execs, Beverly and Sean's attempts to adapt to Hollywood culture and Matt's involvement in their lives on a personal level.

Episodes Season 2 Premiere Full Episode Arrives Online: Watch It Here!
It's becoming sort of a recurring thing that pay-cable channels preview their season premiere episodes online. It's a nice way to boost interest in the approaching new season, and it likely entices non-subscribers to consider giving their channel a whirl. It looks like Showtime has taken this approach with their returning comedy series Episodes as the Season 2 premiere has arrived online. Check it out ahead!

Episodes Season 2 Preview: Matt LeBlanc's Truly Hollywood Story
After Matt LeBlanc's Golden Globe win for Showtime's Episodes, it's not really a surprise that the pay-cable network would continue to push the actor front and center for the promos for the comedy series. As the fictional version of himself, LeBlanc can play up some of the things he's known for, particularly his Friends fame. This applies to the recently released promo for Episodes Season 2, which spoofs E!'s True Hollywood Story.

Episodes Season 2 Teaser Has Matt LeBlanc Calling His Old Friends Co-Stars
The previously released teaser for the upcoming second season of Episodes focuses heavily on series star Matt LeBlanc. Understandably so, given his Friends-earned fame and recent Golden Globe win for playing the role of Matt LeBlanc in the Showtime comedy. The latest TV spot released for the series also focuses on LeBlanc and some of the ridiculous things he says and does, but also showcases the relationship between LeBlanc and Stephen Mangan's character Sean.

Episodes Season 2 Preview: Trailer For Showtime's Returning Drama Starring Matt LeBlanc
I'll admit, I forgot just how much I liked Episodes until I watched the new teaser for Season 2 of the Showtime comedy series. As you'll see in the video, in addition to giving us a look at stars Matt LeBlanc, Stephen Mangan and Tamsin Greig, the teaser manages to work in the phrase "Golden Globe winning role" when referencing Matt LeBlanc…. also "meat missile."

Episodes Season 2 Poster: Who Needs Friends
