American Idol Season 13 Is All About Fun and Credentials In Two New Promos
American Idol has undergone several transitional variations in its impressive twelve seasons, but for its upcoming thirteenth it wants to remind you of two things: superstars are found here, and the judges — they swear! — are ready to have fun again. And what Idol may lack, it makes up for with a track record of established, juggernaut careers. Sure…it’s been awhile since a Kelly Clarkson or Carrie Underwood was born from the show's stage, but still: Idol wants you to come home. Will you?
The Million Second Quiz Premieres To Decent Ratings Despite Confusing Rules
NBC’s event series The Million Second Quiz kicked off last night. The new competition series offers plenty of ways for viewers to engage outside of actually watching the series, but the format for the show is a little confusing. Still, the Ryan Seacrest-hosted competition series got off to a decent start, winning the 8 p.m. hour for the network, but with the magnitude and complicated game, we’ll have to give it a few more nights to determine whether or not it will sink or swim.

He’ll also nab an executive producing credit for his trouble.

Watch This Professional Thief Steal From Ryan Seacrest And Matt Lauer On Today
Most pickpockets rely on the element of surprise. They swoop their fast fingers and nefarious intentions into jackets and purses and slide them back out, ideally without the victim realizing a misdemeanor level crime/ dick move even occurred. Apollo Robbins isn’t most pickpockets, however. He’s like the Larry Bird of the street hustle. He prefers to tell his victims what’s coming, and over the past few decades, he’s turned that shit-talking, greasy fingers artistry into a lucrative business which he stopped by Today last week to demonstrate.
The Wanted Reality Show To Air On E! This June
Fans of the English-Irish boy band The Wanted will likely rejoice at the news that the music group are set to be featured in a new reality show, produced by none other than Ryan Seacrest, whose producing credits include Keeping Up with the Kardashians (and the numerous spin-offs), as well as E!'s Married to Jonas. Forget Comedians: Why Ryan Seacrest Should Host The Golden Globes
The longtime American Idol host is not a comedian, but he is slyly funny and more importantly, ruthlessly efficient. He’s one of the hardest working, most professional men in Hollywood, and if given the Globes assignment, he would put in the time, energy and thought needed to keep the show running on time, reduce awkwardness and put out the most professional product possible.
New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest Dominates The Ratings
Last night a good chunk of Americans got to watch Jenny McCarthy make out with yet another military man to ring in the New Year. Though some things never change, others do, and New Year’s Rockin’ Eve proved there was still room for growth, hitting the show’s highest numbers since 2000.

Ryan Seacrest Signs Deal With NBCUniversal
I’m beginning to suspect Ryan Seacrest has a twin we don’t know about, or perhaps has uncovered the secret of cloning himself. How else could he take on so many jobs and not collapse? Seacrest signed the much-rumored new deal today with NBCUniversal that cements his position with them for another two years and add even more to what has to be a monumental to-do list. Does he ever sleep?
Ryan Seacrest Signs A New Deal With American Idol
Ryan Seacrest doesn't seem like one to turn down work. The TV and radio host only seems to be adding projects to his resume, including joining NBC for their Olympic coverage this summer. Those who simply can't imagine American Idol without him won't have to. At least, not next season, anyway. Given the shifts the singing competition series has made at its judges table, this kind of stability is probably a good thing for the show.
