The Bridge Is Canceled, Get The Specifics Here

While the real world will still have problems with immigration, murder and crooked cops, cable has lost one of the darkest visions of justice out there.

The Bridge Review: Season 2 Weaves A More Tangled Web Of Vicious Border Justice

In Season 2, co-creator and showrunner Elwood Reid has up and created his own maddeningly large sea for this drama to wallow in, and even though there are more plotlines to follow than there are highways in Texas, I’m completely entranced by it all.

Sons Of Anarchy Finds A New Sheriff With The Bridge's Annabeth Gish

On May 28, filming began on FX’s down and dirty biker drama Sons of Anarchy. Luckily, this means casting news is revving up, and it looks like a new sheriff is coming to Charming, California, and her name is Annabeth Gish.

The Bridge Review: FX's New Drama Offers Enticing Clues And Plenty Of Promise

The Bridge doesn’t exactly tip its hand in its pilot episode. All of it is leading somewhere.

The Bridge TV Spots Showcase The Show's Eerie Tone And Unique Setting

Of all the shows on the summer schedule, FX's The Bridge is perhaps the most intriguing. The network hasn't used much footage from the actual series in the advertising, instead opting for a bunch of brief, atmospheric spots like this new "Loteria" promo. From what we've seen, the show looks like a mix of No Country For Old Men and In The Valley Of Elah. The pilot was helmed by Miss Bala director Gerardo Naranjo and it premieres in just over a month.

The Bridge's First Trailer Reveals An Atmospheric Border Drama Headed To FX

Take that other network up-fronts! While ABC, CBS, Fox and NBC having been strutting their new stuff for the TV press, FX finally debuted the first full trailer for The Bridge and it puts (most of) the rest to shame. The aptly titled "Two Pieces" preview does a fantastic job of introducing the new series' dark tone and ominous atmosphere without actually giving too much of the serial killer based plot away.

The Bridge Gets A Series Order At FX

It’s been a while since we’ve heard from the Diane Kruger-led pilot, The Bridge. Apparently, sometimes no news is good news, because FX announced today that the network will be moving forward with the detective-based project and will be bringing it to series at the network.

Inglourious Basterds Star Diane Kruger Cast In FX Pilot The Bridge

FX’s new drama pilot, The Bridge, has found its leading lady in an actress who has never before make an appearance on American television. Diane Kruger, who has starred opposite Brad Pitt twice--in Troy as well as in Inglourious Basterds--has just been cast as the female lead for the cross-border cop drama.
