Taryn Manning Signed For A Role In Hawaii Five-O Remake

The cast of the upcoming remake of Hawaii Five-0 just got even more talented. While it’s already been confirmed that Lost’s Daniel Dae Kim and Moonlight’s Alex O’Loughlin were signed on to star in the series, Taryn Manning is the latest cast addition for the remake.

The Hollywood Reporter posted the news, stating that Manning has been cast to play the role of Mary Ann McGarrett, the younger sister to series lead character Steve McGarrett (played by Alex O’Loughlin).

Manning’s been involved in a lot of smaller movies (for the most part) and mostly bit roles on TV series. Her biggest TV credits include Sons of Anarchy and the shortlived Drive. Among her film credits are Crossroads, Crazy/Beautiful, 8 Mile and Hustle & Flow. As a fan of her work, it’s good to see her signed on for a new project.
