True Blood's Kristina Anapau To Guest On Grimm

From fairy to fairy tale – a True Blood actress who played one of Sookie’s fae kin in the most recent season is on her way to a role in the new season of Grimm. Kristina Anapau will guest star in the fifth episode of the current season.

Anapau has been playing Maurella, one of the fairies whose lives intersect with those of the residents of Bon Temps, and whose tryst with Sheriff Bellefleur results in a pregnancy. Her fate on that show is yet to be decided as we await this weekend’s season finale. Meanwhile, she’s slated to play the role of Megan Marston, a secretary in a church who has a supernatural secret slightly less attractive than he current one as a beautiful fairy, says TVLine. She will be playing a Seelengut, which is a sheep-like creature. She happens to be involved with the pastor of the church, who it turns out is a wolf in sheep’s clothing in a more than metaphoric manner. The episode is titled "Good Shepard" in a play on words that covers both the role of a Reverend in his church as well as the secrets he and his secretary hide.

Since the current season of True Blood has yet to wrap, it’s unclear whether or not she will have a role on the show next season, but rumors of a high body count for the season finale certainly put her character at risk. Anapau also has a couple of movies coming out soon, so she is definitely keeping busy off the True Blood set.
