True Blood's Pam And Jessica Post Video Makers Day Greetings

Earlier this week, we shared an amusing new teaser for True Blood Season 5, which focused on "Makers Day." In the article, I expressed my doubts that vampires would send each other greeting cards. I may bave been on the right track there, but they're not above expressing their appreciation and devotion through video greetings. In keeping with the spirit of acknowledging a vampire's maker (the vampire who turns another vampire), HBO has released these two videos, which feature True Blood's Jessica and Pam sending their love to their makers, Bill and Eric respectively.

As though we needed any more reason to look forward to True Blood's premiere this Sunday night, in addition to the news that HBO Go will be offering bonus content for True Blood fans throughout the season, comes these videos, which feature Deborah Ann Woll as Jessica, and Kristin Bauer van Straten as Pam

This first one has Jessica sending her love and appreciation for Bill for being her maker. And then she puts her foot in her mouth…



Typical Jessica. She's thankful for what Bill did to/for her, as she continues to embrace the life of the undead… and she also knows it's a dismal fate that she'd never wish upon anyone.

Pam's video addresses the falling out she's had with Eric since he and Sookie got together…



Just as Jessica was true to form in her video, so too is Pam, who hasn't forgotten the problems she and Eric were having, but is still as grateful and devoted to him as ever.

We'll see how things pick up for both characters when the series picks up this Sunday night (June 10) at 9:00 p.m. on HBO.
