Two And A Half Men Stars Close To Deals For Season 10 image
Last year, the big question concerning Two and a Half Men was focused on who would be brought in to fill the void left by Charlie Sheen. This year, we're left to wonder if the three core cast-members would sign new contracts to return to the CBS comedy series. Those hoping to see Ashton Kutcher, Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones return to Men may have cause to celebrate soon enough.

Deadline reports that Kutcher, Cryer and Jones are "inches away" from coming to an agreement for new one-year contracts with Two and a Half Men, which would bring them back to the CBS comedy for its tenth season. This would be the second season for Kutcher, who returned to a starring role in television after former Men star Charlie Sheen was let go. (Sheen has since moved on to FX's upcoming Anger Management.) Should everything work out for the Men trio, their salariws are said to be the same as they were previously, with Kutcher earning somewhere around $700k per episode. Cryer's salary is "a bit less" than that, and Jones makes $300k per episode.

As Deadline points out, with the deals almost in place, CBS will turn its attention toward working out a deal with Two and a Half Men's studio Warner Bros TV. But we may not hear about that deal's finalization until the network's upfront presentation on May 16. Regardless, things are looking good for the the series at this point. At least, it seems very likely that the core cast will be on board should the show move forward... at least for another season, anyway.
