The Namesake is the new movie from filmmaker Mira Nair and with a script from -Sooni Taraporevala. Kal Penn, Tabu, Irrfan Khan, Jacinda Barrett, Zuleikha Robinson, Glenne Headley, Brooke Smith, Sahira Nair play lead roles. Fox Searchlight will release The Namesake in theaters on 2007-03-09.
