Lakeview Terrace is the new movie from filmmaker Neil LaBute and with a script from David Loughery, Howard Korder. Samuel L. Jackson, Patrick Wilson, Kerry Washington, Jay Hernande play lead roles. Sony Screen Gems will release Lakeview Terrace in theaters on 2008-09-19.
