While this week’s big movie releases offer plenty of featurettes, most of these are surprisingly lengthy and informative, rather than short and ineffective. Following an early digital release on May 14, Warm Bodies is hitting Blu-ray and DVD on June 4, and to celebrate, Lionsgate company Summit Entertainment has given us an exclusive Blu-ray bonus clip that takes a look at the set’s gag reel. The clip is pretty short, but it focuses on series lead Nicholas Hoult’s energetic personality when he can’t quite focus on his un-emotive zombie character.

Warm Bodies is hitting Blu-ray and DVD next month, and to celebrate the upcoming release, Summit Entertainment has released several clips that take a look at the filming of the flick. In particular, the first one is super amusing and looks into Nicholas Hoult and Rob Corddry learning to grunt effectively for their roles as zombies in the film. Hoult says that Corddry made it his goal to get the younger actor to crack up during the zombie scenes.

Studios are busy trying to create young adult-oriented flicks that can bring the teen audience into the theater in droves post Twilight. This year, the fun Beautiful Creatures barely made a mark at the box office while the zombie flick Warm Bodies did somewhat better than expected. Another YA book-turned-movie, City of Bones, is set to make an appearance in theaters late this summer, but in the interim, you can catch its precurser Warm Bodies when it hits Blu-ray and DVD on June 4.

Both actors are featured in the latest clips for Warm Bodies.

With Warm Bodies set to arrive in theaters in a little over two weeks, we're seeing more TV spots and clips recently, reminding us that Summit has this zombie rom-com on the way. Today we have two more clips, which share a common theme in showing the female lead's understandable wariness around zombies, even if they're trying to help her.
