With Jersey Shore Family Vacation set to premiere its final season during the 2026 TV schedule, the cast is popping up in the news more and more. Of course, Pauly D is in the limelight more than others thanks to his DJ career, and his latest outfit for Stagecoach has me in stitches because of how on-brand it is.

As we wait for new episodes of JSFV on May 7th, DJ Pauly D recently uploaded a "fit check" video to his Instagram. He was set to perform at the Stagecoach festival in California, and found the perfect way to cowboy up his look while still paying homage to his iconic hairstyle. Take a look:

He's still rocking that facial hair he grew years ago, but that is obviously not what caught my eye at first. The reality star is wearing a cowboy hat that only features the fitted brim, which allows his blowout hairstyle to be on full display.

Beyond showcasing his hair, Pauly D has always been the goofball of the group. His wacky antics, paired with his need to often stay positive in addition to drama-free, has made him a vital piece of the group amidst all its chaos over the years. Not everyone can be as chaotic as Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, and if they were, I doubt this show would've made it out of its first run when they were much younger.

It did, and now the reality television icons don't seem as convinced as MTV that Jersey Shore Family Vacation is going to have its final season. It seems they're invested in wanting to continue the series beyond what the network will allow, and may try to pitch a continuation elsewhere. I'll admit, I'd like to see that considering Sammi Sweetheart is now back in the mix after years away, but who knows where and if they'll be able to pull it off once this last season concludes.

I'm gearing up for the final season of Jersey Shore Family Vacation, which again, premieres on MTV on May 7th at 8:00 p.m. ET. I know I'm ready to see whatever antics Pauly D brings along for this potential last ride of the crew, so I need to catch up on past episodes with my Paramount+ subscription.

Pauly D has long been known as the ecstatic positivity spirit animal of the Jersey Shore crew, but that doesn't mean he won't stick up for himself. When it comes to people "stalking his whole life on the boardwalk" or apparently criticizing his punctuality, he can take that pretty personally.

A TikTok user is going viral after she posted about her experience going to see one of Pauly's DJ gigs recently. As she mentioned in the video, she was upset when she paid to get into the venue, and ended up having to leave because he didn't show up to perform on time:

Pauly D has schooled his fellow castmates a few times in the past, and it looks like he'll do the same to fans if he feels called out. He popped up in the comments once the post got a bit of attention, and set the record straight:

The original poster ended up apologizing and wrote in her caption that she had read the event wrong and confirmed that Pauly D was correct. It was a rare situation where someone was called out on the internet and accepted accountability, which I think we should all have some respect for.

I also have to show some love to Pauly D, who corrected the fan in the most polite but firm way. If only all disputes on the internet could be resolved in such a way, we might be a step closer to world peace. It's enough to make me wish we had more opportunities to watch him in the 2026 TV schedule. I guess rather than wait for the return of Jersey Shore Family Vacation, I could hit up one of his DJ shows?

It is kind of funny to give a member of the Jersey Shore cast props for how well they handled a dispute, given their history as an ensemble when it comes to dealing with issues. Had this happened to someone like JWoww, it may not have gone down quite as smoothly. Or maybe she'd just team up with Snooki and write a note.

All this talk about Jersey Shore has me wanting to revisit the series with my Paramount+ subscription. While I'm sure that the cast is happy to have moved on from their younger years, it set the stage for some fantastic television that's made their revival series, Jersey Shore Family Vacation, all the better. I hear it's even better now that Sammi Sweetheart has agreed to return, which I never thought would happen when it was first announced.

Jersey Shore Family Vacation will return to MTV at some point in 2026, but there's no official release date as of yet. Perhaps we'll get some news on its arrival soon, and what this new season will feature.

For every unnecessary reboot of a beloved movie, there seem to be just as many unnecessary reboots of a beloved TV series. While some would prove to be a welcome improvement on what came before, there are even more (including some successful ones) that we still feel we could have done without, given our continued enjoyment of what came before. We had almost too many examples to choose from while compiling this of TV shows that did not need to be rebooted.

Knight Rider (1982-1986)

Despite its cheesy moments, Knight Rider was one of the best '80s sci-fi TV shows, boasting one of David Hasselhoff's best performances in the role of Michael Knight – a government agent whose partner in fighting crime is an indestructible car powered by a sentient artificial intelligence called KITT (voice by William Daniels). In 2008, NBC aired a soft reboot, set in the same world but following a new protagonist (Justin Bruening as Mick Traceur) and a new KITT (voiced by Val Kilmer), which lacked the charisma, the fun, and much semblance of a brain, leading to its premature cancellation.

Charmed (1998-2006)

One of the best Shannen Doherty TV shows was Charmed, which starred her, Holly Marie Combs, and Alyssa Milano as three sisters who discover they are descended from witches. After The WB became The CW, despite no real demand, the network developed a reimagining starring Melonie Diaz, Madeleine Mantock, and Sarah Jeffery that managed to last four seasons, despite criticism for its one-dimensional characters and uninspired plotlines.

The Twilight Zone (1959-1964)

Creator and narrator Rod Serling's landmark horror anthology TV show, The Twilight Zone has been resurrected numerous times. However, neither the late '80s revival, nor the early 2000s version with Forest Whitaker, or even producer and narrator Jordan Peele's iteration achieved the same acclaim as as the chilling and thought-provoking classic.

Full House (1987-1995)

What made Full House successful despite its unimpressive critical reputation was a healthy dose of wholesomeness amidst its generic family comedy antics. Netflix's revival, Fuller House – which recycled the plot but made DJ (Candace Cameron Bure), Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin), and Kimmy (Andrea Barber) the leads – had a decent five-season run, despite being criticized for the same things, in addition to relying mostly on nostalgia.

The Bionic Woman (1976-1978)

Even with Battlestar Galactica producer David Eick involved, NBC's 2007 reboot of The Bionic Woman did not manage to be better, faster, or stronger, especially in the ratings. One would hope its cancellation after eight episodes teaches executives to avoid rebooting the series that star Lindsey Wagner's original sci-fi series was spun-off from The Six Million Dollar Man.

Jersey Shore (2009-2012)

For a while, it seemed like the entire world was talking about the cast of Jersey Shore, even if most of the discussions surrounding their boisterous behavior and debaucherous shenanigans were mocking and disdainful. Years after it seemed like the world had finally forgotten about this uproarious reality show, MTV debuted Jersey Shore Family Vacation in 2018.

That '70s Show (1998-2006)

A That '70s Show spin-off was first attempted in 2002 with That '80s Show, which had little to no connection to the original, potentially costing it a longer life and better reception. At least Netflix's That '90s Show – which sees Red (Kurtwood Smith) and Kitty's (Debra Jo Rupp) home overrun with a new batch of teens, including their granddaughter – can say it earned a decent following but not enough to last more than two seasons.

Gossip Girl (2007-2012)

If there was any reason to bring back Gossip Girl, it might have been to correct the widely disappointing series finale reveal that Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley) was the eponymous blogger the entire time. Instead, Max's short-lived retread of the hit CW drama, running between 2021 and 2023, introduced a whole new cast and attempted to freshen up the material with the overcooked theme of teens' relationship with social media.

Beverly Hills, 90210 (1990-2000)

The CW's 90210 was developed as a continuation of producer Aaron Spelling's primetime soap opera and even featured a few returning Beverly Hills, 90210 cast members to keep its promise. However, despite the fan service, the 2008-2013 series essentially recycled the plot of the original with a new ensemble of good-looking youths.

Roseanne (1988-1997)

While the series finale of Roseanne may have left some viewers disappointed, we wonder if that was really any reason to try again with a modern revival. Not to mention, the sitcom's 2018 reboot took a rough turn in its premiere run when its star, Roseanne Barr, was fired for a controversial tweet, leading ABC to kill off her character and rebrand the show as The Conners.

Charlie's Angels (1976-1981)

Originally starring Farrah Fawcett, Kate Jackson, and Jaclyn Smith, Charlie's Angels would find success in the early 2000s on the big screen with two feature-length adaptations starring Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore, and Lucy Liu. However, ABC's series reboot from 2011 with Annie Ilonzeh, Minka Kelly, and Rachael Taylor received universal disdain and lasted only eight episodes.

That's So Raven (2003-2007)

Years after launching her career on The Cosby Show, Raven-Symoné became the star of her own sitcom, That's So Raven, as a teen who can occasionally see the future. However, no one could predicted that, in 2017, Disney Channel would come out with Raven's Home – following the adult Raven Baxter as a single parent – which was a surprising success despite its unnecessary existence.

MacGyver (1985-1992)

CBS would produce a long list of reboots of its most popular crime dramas from yesteryear, including MacGyver, which would last a decent five seasons from 2016 to 2021. However, most would agree that the modern version with Lucas Till as a younger Mac does not quite hold a candle to the fun of the original, starring Richard Dean Anderson as an unimaginably resourceful secret agent.

Saved By The Bell (1989-1992)

Peacock's 2020 revival of NBC's hit coming-of-age sitcom, Saved By the Bell, while certainly unnecessary, was pretty well received during the short time it lasted. While The College Years could have been better, though, what really overstayed its welcome was The New Class, which replaced the entire cast, save Dennis Haskins as Mr. Belding and Dustin Diamond as Screech.

V (1984-1985)

The V franchise – an alien invasion story told over the course of two miniseries and one traditional series that lasted a season on NBC – would be reinterpreted for modern audiences on ABC in 2009. Of course, by then, the extraterrestrial visitors' true, malevolent intentions were no secret, leaving little room for suspense in the reboot.

Beauty And The Beast (1987-1990)

The classic French fairy tale by Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont, Beauty and the Beast, was reimagined as a romantic contemporary drama in the late 1980s starring Ron Perlman and Linda Hamilton, the former of which won a Golden Globe for his performance. The CW's 2012 iteration with Kristin Kreuk and Jay Ryan would last a good while but did not capture the same magic as developer Ron Koslow's vision and, not to mention, did not bother to make the male lead particularly "beastly."

Roswell (1999-2002)

Based on Melinda Metz's book series, The WB's Roswell follows three young human/alien hybrids with special gifts living in the eponymous New Mexico town where an alleged UFO crash took place. A reimagining of the story, Roswell, New Mexico, ran for four seasons on The CW and was admired for its commentary on immigration, only to be overshadowed by criticism for being a retread of what came before.

Dallas (1978-1991)

In its prime, there were few series nearly as popular as Dallas, which is famous for having one of the most iconic cliffhangers in TV history by leaving viewers obsessed with the mystery of who shot J.R. Ewing for a summer. We cannot quite say the same about TNT's revival, which was canceled after 40 episodes in 2014.

Magnum P.I. (1980-1988)

The Jay Hernandez-led reboot of Magnum P.I. lasted an impressive five seasons (originally on CBS before moving to NBC). However, even critics and audiences who enjoyed it agree it was mostly a watered-down carbon copy of Donald P. Bellisario and Glen A. Larson's '80s classic starring Tom Selleck as the titular Hawaii-based private investigator.

Melrose Place (1992-1999)

The 2009 reboot of Melrose Place, which followed the dramatic lives of the eponymous L.A. apartment complex's residents, only lasted 18 episodes. We imagine this might be because it premiered in such close proximity to another CW drama based on a hit '90s show about young people with problems: the 90210 reboot.

Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego? (1991-1996)

Starting off as an educational computer game in the mid-1980s, Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? was later adapted into a hit game show and an animated series featuring Rita Moreno as the titular thief. With all due respect to the developers of Netflix's animated reboot, Carmen Sandiego, and Gina Rodriguez, who is great in the title role, we cannot help but feel that the property was already past its prime by this point.

24 (2001-2010)

The unique, real-time narrative structure of 24 and Kiefer Sutherland's engaging performance as Jack Bauer kept the drama going for eight seasons before bringing the reckless counter-terrorism agent back for the 2014 miniseries, 24: Live Another Day. Just two years later, Fox tried to continue the series as 24: Legacy, led by Corey Hawkins in a new role, which only lasted "12 hours."

DuckTales (1987-1990)

Perhaps we can understand wanting to introduce Huey, Dewey, and Louie to a new generation of viewers with a reboot of DuckTales, which aired on Disney XD from 2017 to 2021. However, we still prefer their triplets' original adventures with Uncle Scrooge, especially for its superior animation style.

Fantasy Island (1977-1984)

If we had a fantasy we would like to see come true, it would be that all reboots of Fantasy Island – set on a paradisiacal getaway where dreams magically come true – did not exist. Neither the 1998 series reimagining with Malcolm McDowell, nor Fox's sequel series with Roselyn Sánchez as Elena Roarke, or, especially, Blumhouse's darker feature adaptation managed to enchant critics and fans of the ABC original with Ricardo Montalbán as Mr. Roarke and Hervé Villechaize's Tattoo.

Boy Meets World (1993-2000)

We would actually be willing to call Girl Meets World, which ran from 2014 to 2017, the best show that Disney Channel produced in years. Yet, when you really think about it, the sequel to Boy Meets World is mostly a reiteration of a lot of the same lessons we already learned in the original TGIF sitcom.

Heroes (2006-2010)

Despite a strong start and a relatively loyal following for much of its run, NBC's Heroes would quickly begin to lose steam as critics noted a steady decline in quality over time. The 2015 reboot Heroes: Reborn did not do much to help resurrect the franchise as it was not very well received and did not last more than one season.

The Odd Couple (1970-1975)

Inspired by the film based on Neil Simon's hilarious play, The Odd Couple, Garry Marshall and Jerry Belson's sitcom adaptation with Jack Klugman and Tony Randall worked quite well. However, after enough mismatched roommate/friend stories, CBS' reboot with Matthew Perry and Thomas Lennon, despite lasting three seasons, felt a bit stale.

Dynasty (1981-1989)

Perhaps the most successful of The CW's string of primetime soap opera reboots was a reimagining of Esther and Richard Alan Shapiro's Dyanasty. Lasting five seasons and featuring a strong performance by Elizabeth Gillies as Fallon Carrington, the old "wealthy families fighting to retain power" schtick was not enough to win critics over.

The Magic School Bus (1994-1997)

In 2017, Netflix released The Magic School Bus Rides Again – a new take on the popular, educational animated show based on a series of books following an elementary school class on some epic field trips. SNL's Kate McKinnon is certainly an inspired choice to voice the new Ms. Frizzle but even she might agree she is no Lily Tomlin.

iCarly (2007-2012)

Considering how much the world of internet blogging had evolved since iCarly's original Nickelodeon run ended, we can understand why there was interest in bringing it back. Yet, we would argue that Paramount+'s reboot, which lasted from 2021 to 2023, suffered from hinging on Carly (Miranda Cosgrove) and Freddy's (Nathan Kress) romance following years of "will they, won't they" and the absence of Jennette McCurdy as Sam and Noah Munck's Gibby.

The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air (1990-1996)

When a short film reimagining NBC's hit sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air as a serious drama dropped in 2019, we can't deny we were intrigued. However, we never expected star Will Smith to actually help get a series adaptation off the ground, becoming Peacock's Bel-Air, which barely offers anything particularly new to the coming-of-age genre.

Frasier (1993-2004)

NBC's Frasier, starring Kelsey Grammer as his role from the Cheers cast, is a prime example of how to do a sitcom spin-off right. While Paramount+'s reboot would earn surprising critical acclaim, even its biggest fans might agree that we did not really need more than the 11 years we got of the eponymous psychiatrist's time in Seattle, especially without David Hyde Pierce and Jane Leeves.

Real Housewives Of New Jersey Table Flip

Kim Kardashian Cries Over Her Lost Earring 

Kim Kardashian is the queen of reality TV, thanks to iconic moments like the 2011 episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians in which her then-fiancé Kris Humphries threw her in the water during a family vacation, causing one of her $75,000 earrings to fall out. Not only did we get a great ugly cry face in this scene, but her sister Kourtney's iconic quote: "Kim, there's people that are dying."

Snooki Is Punched By A Stranger On Jersey Shore 

By all accounts, Jersey Shore has got to be one of the guiltiest of guilty pleasures, but things got serious in the first season when an altercation between Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and a guy in a bar resulted in him punching her in the face. MTV controversially showed the whole scene in its original 2009 airing but blacked out the screen during the assault on repeats. The man was arrested and reportedly got fired from his job when the episode aired.

Lauren Conrad’s Mascara Tear On The Hills  

Lauren Conrad was involved in plenty of drama during her time on The Hills, but one image sticks out more than any other. Her Season 4 fight with Audrina Partridge had L.C. in her feelings, with a single black tear falling down her face, leaving a trail that went unwiped and unforgotten.

Giannina Is Love Is Blind’s Runaway Bride 

On the first season of Love Is Blind, Giannina Gibelli was completely humiliated when, after saying "I do" to Damian Powers, he did not return the favor. Gibelli quickly walked up the aisle, straight out the door and took off running as a camera crew chased her. She trudged down a road, through some grass and ultimately got mud all over her wedding dress when she slipped in a ditch.

Real World: Seattle’s Stephen Slaps Irene

Stephen and Irene were a hot mess on Real World: Seattle. After Irene announced that she was leaving, the two exchanged some heated words, with Stephen throwing her teddy bear in the water and her outing him as a "homosexual" on national TV. As Irene's cab started to pull away, Stephen chased her down, opened her door and shockingly slapped her in the face.

William Hung’s Infamous American Idol Audition 

In the early days of American Idol on Fox, the show would sometimes feature "bad" auditions for the sake of humor. The most famous of these was undoubtedly William Hung, who became a laughingstock with his cover of Ricky Martin's "She Bangs." 

The Note On Jersey Shore 

In an attempt to anonymously clue Sammi Giancola in on Ronnie Ortiz-Magro's cheating on Jersey Shore Season 2, Nicole Polizzi and Jenni Farley typed out all of his transgressions in The Note. After an investigation within the house led right back to Snooki and JWoww, a huge brawl ensued between Farley and Giancola.

Justin Timberlake Cries On Punk’d 

In the very first episode of Ashton Kutcher's Punk'd on MTV, Justin Timberlake was told by a fake IRS agent (an unknown-at-the-time Dax Shepard) that his house, cars and even his dogs were being repossessed by the government because he owed hundreds of thousands of dollars in back taxes. The pop star cried and called his mom until the That '70s Show actor revealed himself.

Jonny Lies About Grandmother’s Death On Survivor: Pearl Islands  

Jonny "Fairplay" Dalton went full pro-wrestling heel on Survivor: Pearl Islands, crying as he told his castmates that his grandmother had passed away. He later revealed to cameras that it was all a ruse to gain an advantage in the game. 

Pedro Zamora Reveals He’s HIV Positive On Real World: San Francisco

The subject of HIV and AIDS was highly misunderstood by many in the '80s and '90s, and while divulging such personal information would take great courage even today, coming out as gay and HIV positive on TV was simply unheard of back in 1994. On The Real World: San Francisco, Pedro Zamora educated his housemates — and America by proxy — about the disease, making him one of reality TV's most important figures. He died at the age of 22, just hours after the final episode of The Real World: San Francisco aired.

Jessica Simpson’s Chicken Of The Sea Mixup 

Jessica Simpson has released pop albums, acted in movies, and started a fashion line, but she'll always be remembered for not knowing if her tuna was fish or chicken on Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica.

90 Day Fiancé couple Danielle Mullins and Mohamed Jbali seemed doomed from the start, with her family (and viewers) questioning the Tunisia native’s intentions. The bad vibes seemed to be warranted, as the couple became estranged after Mohamed got his green card, and things came to a head when Danielle confronted him in the streets of Miami with a binder of proof that, “You’re a user, Mohamed!” 

Amazing Race’s Mika Won't Go Down The Waterslide 

Mika Combs and Canaan Smith saw their journey on The Amazing Race 15 end after Mika, who was afraid of both heights and water, was unable to go down a six-story waterslide in Dubai. She had an epic meltdown as Canaan tried apparently for 45 minutes to get her to complete the challenge, even grabbing her arms and trying to force her onto the slide at one point.

The Hills’ Final Shot 

There were a lot of questions about how "real" The Hills actually was, and the series finale provided an answer in epic fashion. After a tearful goodbye between Brody Jenner and Kristin Cavallari in the final scene, he appears to be standing in front of the Hollywood sign as he watches her limo drive away. The camera then pans out to reveal they're in a studio backlot, and the Hollywood sign backdrop is wheeled away as Cavallari — whose limo never actually went anywhere — exits the vehicle and hugs Jenner.

Dozens of seasons into Survivor, perhaps the most infamous scene hails from the very first finale when Sue Hawk made TV history with a speech comparing Richard Hatch to a snake and his fellow finalist Kelly Wiglesworth to a rat. She appealed to the jury to let it end the way Mother Nature intended: “For the snake to eat the rat.” 

RHOA’s NeNe Leakes Says, ‘Close Your Legs To Married Men’ 

Kim Zolciak and NeNe Leakes had some wild moments on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, but one of the sickest burns was served up during the Season 1 reunion after Zolciak clarified her situation with “Big Poppa.” She told Andy Cohen that her on-off man was going through a divorce but was still legally married, ultimately prompting Leakes’ infamous line: “Close your legs to married men.” 

Phaedra Pleads ‘Not Ekin-Su’ On The Traitors 

Phaedra Parks has had plenty of noteworthy moments on reality TV, but she became an instant meme on The Traitors Season 2 with her reaction to learning that Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu had drunk from the poisoned chalice. Parks’ mouth dropped, eyes rolling back in her head as she pleaded, “Oh my Lord, sweet baby Jesus, not Ekin-Su. Lord, not Ekin-Su,” fanning herself with a napkin as if she were about to faint.

As long as there's reality TV, there will continue to be iconic moments like these, and I for one can't wait.

We’ve seen Kim Kardashian go to some comical lengths in the name of fashion, but especially when it comes to the Met Gala, she’s been known to serve up some pretty iconic looks. Take 2022, for example, when she caused so much controversy by squeezing into Marilyn Monroe’s famous “Happy Birthday, Mr. President” dress, or 2021, when she covered her entire body — including her face — in Batman-esque Balenciaga. This year offered another big moment, but while everyone seemed to be focused on the gray sweater she paired with her sheer metal dress, her sister Khloé and even Jersey Shore’s Snooki had some thoughts on her insane choice of footwear.

Many people took to the comments to celebrate the gorgeous dress and Kim Kardashian’s ridiculously tiny waist, but I’m here for Khloé Kardashian’s commentary, as she wondered how the heck her big sis even stayed upright in those sky-high shoes with no heels. The Good American boss wrote: 

Not only was Kim Kardashian likely practicing some shallow breathing in that tight corset and exhibiting a limited range of motion in the metal dress, she had to literally stay on her toes the whole time. I’m with Khloé, because it just seems like not falling would be an impossible feat.

Impossible or not, though, it seemed like Snooki of Jersey Shore fame would have been more than willing to give those platforms a go, as she added her own comment to the thread, saying: 

No offense to Snooki (aka Nicole Polizzi), because I have no doubt she can navigate a risky heel under the influence of alcohol much better than I can, but bringing these invisible heel platforms to a so-called “Meatball Day” would be an unmitigated disaster. 

Snooki and co-star Deena Cortese dubbed themselves the “Meatballs” on the MTV reality show because of their short stature and tanned skin, with Meatball Days typically involving lots of drinking, dancing and generally acting like — to coin a Kardashian term — a slob kabob. I just hope if Snooki does follow through on that promise that the MTV cameras are rolling. 

You can see Snooki in all her Meatball glory on Jersey Shore Family Vacation, which airs at 8 p.m. ET Thursdays (Jerzdays) on MTV, and Kim and Khloé, as well, will be hitting the 2024 TV schedule with new episodes of their own reality show. The Kardashians Season 5 is set to premiere on Thursday, May 23, for fans with a Hulu subscription. 

Sammi Giancola, a.k.a. Sammi Sweetheart, recently returned to the Jersey Shore franchise after many years away. With over a decade passing since she's last been involved, Jersey Shore Family Vacation will undoubtedly revisit some of her most iconic moments. This includes the biggest meme to ever emerge from the MTV reality show: the infamous note Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Jenni "JWoww Farley wrote to expose Ronnie Ortiz Magro's infidelity. 

Dedicated Jersey Shore fans likely know the whole letter by heart now. For those who don't and can't find time to revisit the episode with a Paramount+ subscription, here is "The Note" in its entirety: 

It's an iconic moment, but as some may not be aware, it was also a total violation of the rules set in place by producers of Jersey Shore. Below, we'll get into all the details of why this wasn't allowed, as well as why producers allegedly allowed it to happen anyway. 

Snooki And JWoww's Note Allegedly Broke The Rules Of The Show

Reality television is all about dramatic moments, and while it may not seem to be the case for viewers, stars do sometimes like their privacy. Therefore, Jersey Shore reportedly had a very strict set of rules for communication that meant the roommates were not allowed anything with which they could have private conversations within the shore house, and if they did, they needed to evade it being caught on camera. Insider reported this included phone calls and cell phones, and that roommates were only allotted one private call a week. 

This meant that when Snooki and JWoww used a computer to write The Note to Sammi in Season 2 of Jersey Shore, they were explicitly breaking the rules. Of course, the producers allowed it to happen and let the two type the note rather than tell her directly. According to an alleged producer from the show, there was actually a reason for that. 

Why Producers Allowed Them To Make The Note For Sammi Anyway

Years after the Jersey Shore ended, an alleged story and field producer popped on Reddit and answered many questions about the show. This included the details on the infamous note and why it happened despite the clear rules the cast was under.

According to this person, Snooki and JWoww believed they'd fool Sammi into thinking production wrote the note, as cast members were not allowed computer access. The production team didn't necessarily rat the women out, but they also allegedly informed Sammi that a roommate and not them wrote the note. Sammi then blew up on Snooki and JWoww instead of Ron, a twist that Jersey Shore producers reportedly didn't see coming. 

As for why it was ever allowed in the first place, producers knew that with the filming schedule, it could be a long wait for Sammi to see the episode of what all occurred when she left the club that night. Had they not allowed the cast to see the first half of Season 2 filmed in Miami while filming the second bit in New Jersey, Sammi reportedly wouldn't have reacted to all that occurred until Season 3 when they went to Italy. Essentially, the note ensured that the storyline stayed self-contained, so producers were fine with JWoww and Snooki bending the rules that one time. 

Jersey Shore lovers can revisit the show anytime with Paramount+ and catch new episodes of Jersey Shore Family Vacation on MTV on Thursdays at 8:00 p.m. I love rewatching with the context of new information, like how the t-shirt shop was behind the shore house's back deck. How were they so late all the time? 

U.S. Congress members recently held a hearing on unidentified anomalous phenomena, more commonly known as UFOs. Whistleblower and former military intelligence officer David Grusch informed lawmakers that the government should engage in more transparency in revealing its UFO findings to the public, and even went so far as to allege the government was in possession of extraterrestrial technology and nonhuman biological lifeforms. The testimony was met with much skepticism from some, much surprise from others, and even elicited a perhaps surprisingly emotional response from Jersey Shore's Snooki. 

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi may be more commonly known as a successful pop culture mainstay whose career began with partying in New Jersey in her early twenties, but she's largely moved on from that chaotic period. Snooki joined in with many other Americans who tuned in for the hearing about UFOs, and after taking in what eyewitnesses had to say, she tweeted that the whole event made her pretty emotional.

Not everyone who watched was nearly as convinced by what they heard in the hearing, but Snooki and many others both here in the States and around the world felt like they'd heard enough to feel validated in beliefs about otherwordly beings. Curious minds have been eager to see what the government has allegedly been keeping locked behind closed doors, especially true believers who may face shame every time people mistake Taylor Swift concerts for UFOs. 

According to the testimony, there's knowledge being hidden from the public that includes everything from ships that defy the laws of physics to actual non-human bodies in possession of the government. I guess that's why there's an official committee with people who are trained to make first contact if aliens arrive? If they need a DJ to throw on some jams that would rock any galaxy, I think Snooki knows a guy.

This is not the first time that Snooki has gone on the record about her belief in aliens. In fact, the Jersey Shore star has publicly confirmed she's a believer for some time now. It's almost been a decade since she made this tweet, confirming she's a firm believer in aliens: 

Based on that nearly ten-year-old tweet and her latest reaction, I think it's safe to say that Snooki is not being facetious when expressing she feels personally validated by the latest UFO hearing. Now I 100% want Snooki to host some alien encounters show on MTV, or maybe a documentary I can watch with my Paramount+ subscription. Extra points if William Shatner is involved. 

It truly is interesting to track Snooki's long history with the paranormal, which might reveal she's also a big fan of sci-fi. In fact, here's a video from a Roswell reunion panel back in 2014, with Snooki appearing at the very end to ask the cast if they believe in aliens: 

Even reality stars as prominent as Snooki can get nervous in the presence of other celebrities. I certainly side with her on the idea that humans aren't the only intelligent living beings in the universe, and I totally agree that if there's evidence of that within the government's grasp, the outside world should be able to see it. I'm all about using a temporal rift to make my Star Trek: First Contact fantasies happen decades earlier than the events of the movie, so I'm not too old to travel the stars for a five-year mission. Snooki is totally allowed to join in on that ride as well, as I happen to think she'd be an excellent communications officer on a starship. 

Jersey Shore Family Vacation has a new season coming on MTV on Thursday, August 3rd at 8:00 p.m. ET. Those who tune in can look forward to the return of Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola after years of dodging the show. I'm sure seeing her will feel like seeing an alien for some, given how long she's shied away from the spotlight. 

Jersey Shore's Danny Merk put up with a lot of shenanigans in the early seasons of the MTV reality series. The Shore Store owner had to employ the reality stars while they stayed on the boardwalk, but it wasn't until recently that I learned just how justified some of his gripes about their laziness were. Merk revealed the distance from the Shore Store to the Shore house, and I'm absolutely stunned. 

Remember all of those times when a Jersey Shore cast member would be late or just flat-out miss work entirely? Danny Merk had to put up with quite a lot, but I never felt as bad for him as I do now after seeing this recent TikTok post. Take a look at the video below, which shows that the t-shirt shop was literally behind the cast's house this whole time: 

If you're a Jersey Shore fan and didn't notice this, don't feel bad. Pull up an early episode of the series with your Paramount+ subscription, and it'll become obvious fairly quickly that the audience wasn't meant to know this information. The cast would always be seen entering the store from the front entrance when they arrived for work and would always leave the same way.

After learning this absolutely stunning information, I have so many questions. The first being, how in the hell were Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and any of the Jersey Shore cast late for work when it was literally less than 100 steps away from their bed? In fairness, I know they partied pretty hard and were generally known to be irresponsible to the point that Seaside Heights didn't want the show to return there years later because of the chaos they'd bring. Even so, I just can't get over the number of times these cast members skipped work or slept in, and it was literally right outside their door!

In defense of the Jersey Shore cast, I can concede that they were living in a pretty unique moment in time. The reality television series was a pop culture sensation when it aired, and Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi stated on the record that they took the time in the spotlight for granted. When it feels like you're one of the most popular people on the planet, I guess I can understand how you can justify showing up a few hours late downstairs to their part-time t-shirt-selling job. 

This revelation is something I'd love to see addressed on a future season of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, especially with Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola making her big return to the franchise. The show already touches on the past a good deal, but with Sammi back in the mix, now would be a perfect time for the t-shirt shop: 

Now that Danny Merk has shattered my worldview of Jersey Shore, I'm questioning everything about the series. Were all the clubs in their backyard as well? I felt like I had a good idea of how this boardwalk looked when watching, and now I feel like I have to go there and witness it for myself to have a firm grip on locations. I never thought I'd be thinking this much about the OG Jersey Shore in 2023, but this has really messed me up. 

Thankfully, if I'm looking to get the Jersey Shore bug out of my system, I can queue up the series on Paramount+ and stream to my heart's content. Now would be the perfect time for any reader feeling the same way to do so, as summer months can lead to a slowdown of shows in primetime. 

Vinny Guadagnino is back to reality following his impressive run on Dancing With The Stars, and possibly back to reality television given that fans are waiting on the Season 6 premiere of Jersey Shore Family Vacation. Life is going pretty well for Guadagnino these days, as evidenced by a recent viral video on TikTok of his stellar Manhattan apartment. Guadagnino has a great place, though the Jersey Shore star has a humbling reason for why he owns the luxurious space. 

TikTok user Caleb Simpson, who is known for his videos of touring people’s apartments in New York City, recently collaborated with Vinny Guadagnino and took a tour of his downtown Manhattan apartment. Take a look at the video below, which shows the type of place you can own in New York when you’ve been a reality tv star for over a decade:  

It looks like all those long nights partying for the cameras at clubs like Karma and dancing for Chippendales paid off for Vinny Guadagnino! That’s an awfully nice place to own at age 35, and as he mentioned several times throughout the video, the views of New York City are absolutely stunning. I’m not sure I could linger too close to those windows due to my fear of heights, but I can certainly appreciate that view from the safety of a viral video. 

It’s a nice space to be sure, and according to Vinny Guadagnino, a far cry from the place he grew up in. Guadagnino shared that the space is luxurious, in part, for his family so that he can make them feel special when they come to visit: 

Vinny Guadagnino apparently didn’t have a ton growing up, and now that he’s in a position where he can have more, he wants to share that with the people in his family. This includes his mother Paula, who once hilariously revealed his penis size on Jersey Shore Family Vacation. Perhaps because she revealed the secret so publicly, Guadagnino finally felt fine with getting a place with so many massive windows. 

More seriously, other people hustle in life and obtain the same amount of success as Vinny Guadagnino in life, though only a few have done it quite the same way he has. As he hilariously pointed out at the end of the video, this place was possible in part due to all of his shenanigans on Jersey Shore: 

For all the mockery and teasing the Jersey Shore cast might’ve gotten over the years, it’s hard to look at that Manhattan apartment and mock him now. I’m sure many people would fight with Angelina Pivarnick for a place half as nice as that! Hell, back in the day, JWoww would’ve fought with Pivarnick for free, so maybe Guadagnino is just lucky he landed on the cast of the Jersey Shore way back when. 

Anyone looking to binge Jersey Shore right now can bust out their Paramount+ subscription and have at it. Given Vinny Guadagnino’s success now, it could be viewed as a guidebook for how to get a swanky Manhattan apartment.

The cast of contestants for Dancing With the Stars Season 31 was recently announced, and it includes actors, influencers, musicians, and reality stars. Among the list of competitors is Jersey Shore’s very own Vinny Guadagnino, whose partner is Koko Iwasaki. Fans will surely be pumped to see him go from feuding with his co-stars on the New Jersey coast to competing for the coveted Mirrorball Trophy in the ballroom. And while discussing his new gig, he shared how he plans to utilize the skills he acquired from The Chippendales, where he learned how to "rip it off."

In 2019, Vinny Guadagnino appeared as a special guest in Las Vegas in the Chippendales show for a month-long residency and, of course, there was plenty of shirt-ripping. Although DWTS may not be exactly on the same wavelength as male stripteases, the Jersey Shore star did tell People that certain aspects of that gig, like the dancing and use of choreography, should help him on the show:

Being on stage in Vegas for a residency and doing ballroom dancing are definitely two completely different things, for sure. But it sounds like Vinny Guadagnino is going to make good use of what he learned from his work on stage. In the past, Guadagnino has been open about his lifelong weight struggles, but he looks to be doing great now and even more willing to go above and beyond for the Mirrorball.

It’s unknown just what he and Koko Iwasaki specifically have planned, but the reality TV star did share a nice tease. And it's sure to get some fans excited:

It sounds like fans should expect some big things from the Jersey Shore star during his stint on DWTS, and his performances should help contribute to a memorable season. Hopefully, Vinny Guadagnino doesn't wait too long to break out his secret weapon, or secret weapons, while attempting to get 10s across the board.

As for Season 31 of Dancing With the Stars, the season will be looking a little different. DWTS has moved from ABC to Disney+ this year and is streaming live on the platform. In addition, Tyra Banks will be joined by new co-host Alfonso Ribeiro, which marks a Fresh Prince of Bel-Air for the two of them.

Season 31 of DWTS will also see the departures of two pros, as Lindsay Arnold and Sharna Burgess both announced that they would leave the show in order to focus on their families. Burgess is still trying to figure out a way to be part of the series in some capacity, though, and Arnold also mentioned that this isn’t the end of her DWTS career. 

Despite the changes, this new season should be filled with the fun and fierce competition that viewers have come to expect from the long-running series. Vinny Guadagnino is really going to have to commit in order to make it far, and I'm eager to see how he performs.

WWE superstar Carmella is known for stirring the pot on Monday Night Raw. Her in-your-face attitude often puts her at odds with other wrestlers, and her character is so over-the-top that she almost feels like she belongs on a reality TV show. Perhaps that’s why Jersey Shore star Angelina Pivarnick took notice of Carmella recently and claimed that the wrestler stole her look. 

Angelina Pivarnick, who caused all sorts of drama during her stint on Jersey Shore and continues to feud with stars on Jersey Shore Family Vacation, might have a new enemy in WWE’s Carmella. Pivarnick (also featured on the Paramount+ show All Star Shore) took to Twitter to accuse Carmella of stealing her look as well as her catchphrase on Monday Night Raw: 

They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but Angelina Pivarnick does not sound flattered in her tweet to Carmella. In return, it seems like Carmella isn’t apologetic or willing to admit that any of her persona came from Pivarnick or any cast member of the Jersey Shore. Carmella threw some shade at the reality star with a Mariah Carey gif: 

I’m not sure I buy that Carmella, a Staten Island native, isn’t aware of the existence of Jersey Shore’s greatest villain, who is also a Staten Island native. Still, I appreciate the response considering Mariah Carey could be the patron saint of feuds given her past public battles. As for Angelina Pivarnick, she didn’t appreciate the disrespect and claimed in a response that Carmella knows precisely who she is:

Carmella continued to troll further, although this time pulled the Jersey Shore cast into the mix. Snooki and JWoww found their way into the argument via Carmella, who added an iconic burn from The Situation as an added sting back to Pivarnick: 

Wrestling fans might remember that Angelina Pivarnick had a brief stint in TNA: Impact back in 2011. What may seem like Pivarnick just blowing off some steam or getting catty over the internet might be the WWE starting the beginnings of a feud for some future event. That certainly seems like a possibility, given that Pivarnick offered to fight Carmella after seeing an article referencing their exchange: 

The WWE likes pulling celebrities with varying levels of fame into its major pay-per-view events, so it’s possible we’re seeing the beginnings of a SummerSlam or even a WrestleMania feud for Angelina Pivarnick and Carmella. After Logan Paul scored a WWE contract following his impressive match at WrestleMania, I’m eager to see if Pivarnick has what it takes to make it in the WWE and maybe even start a new career path in the television industry. Of course, she might have to change up her persona a bit, considering Carmella already allegedly took hers. 

It’ll be worth keeping an eye on future episodes of Monday Night Raw to see if there are more references to Angelina Pivarnick, which could further indicate that her appearance in the WWE is imminent. Until then, wrestling fans might want to ensure they’re current on their Peacock premium subscriptions, as SummerSlam is the next major WWE live event and streams on the platform on Saturday, July 30. 

Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino transformed his life in the years following his run on Jersey Shore and returned in Jersey Shore: Family Vacation as a changed man. His sober lifestyle and reformed attitude on life won over a lot of fans, though the verdict is still out on what they’ll think of his latest blond hairstyle. The Situation’s new look may not be loved by all, but at least we know he has a fan in co-star Pauly D. 

Hair changes can always result in a radical change in overall appearance, and Mike Sorrentino is no exception. The Situation shared an image of his new look in a photo with his wife Lauren and their child Romeo. Check out the blond family all below, smiling and loving their matching hairstyles.

If Mike Sorrentino wasn’t a reality star who has been in the spotlight for over a decade, I’m not sure many would think the change is that radical. Unfortunately for The Situation, many enjoyed the dark-haired look he’d sported since his first season on the original Jersey Shore, and the top comment from a random fan simply stated the look didn’t work for him. 

The Situation got some flak for his hair color change, but he also received a good deal of support at the same time. One vocal supporter in the comments was his co-star Pauly D, who used his infectious energy to really pump up his friend’s new look.

Pauly D loving The Situation’s new hairstyle is no surprise. Beyond the fact that Pauly D is often the hype man and supporter of all of his Jersey Shore friends, he also went through a blond period. Fans were pretty shocked by that change too, but over time, they grew to accept the new look. 

Hilariously enough, part of Pauly D’s amusement might come from The Situation potentially channeling him in his caption about going blond. Pauly D also used a take on the “blondes have more fun quote” when he revealed his hairstyle change, though it’s unconfirmed if Sorrentino’s caption was a nod to that. 

Pauly D is no longer rocking his blond hair, so it’ll be interesting to see how long Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino sticks with his look. Obviously, he’s got a little bit of extra motivation because he’s “twinning” with his wife Lauren and son Romeo, but who knows what this sudden change is all about? Perhaps this is some dare he had to partake in that could be fleshed out in a future season of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, which sounds on brand with the type of shenanigans the gang would sign off on.  

Jersey Shore: Family Vacation will return to MTV for Season 5. Social media is a great way to stay in touch with the cast in the meantime and catch up on all their latest styling choices. 

Blame the nature of the beast when reality TV drama ends up bleeding over into real life outside the view of cameras and weekly episodes. Nearly the entire cast of Jersey Shore knows this particularly well. Of late, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro’s ex and mother of his child Jenn Harley was accused of using racial slurs and getting violent with her latest boyfriend Joseph Ambrosole, which ultimately resulted in her arrest. Now she is reportedly heading to rehab in the wake of those unfortunate incidents.

According to the Jersey Shore Family Vacation alum’s representative, Gina Rodriguez, Jenn Harley voluntarily checked into rehab for a 28-day program that started on July 17. Rodriguez said in her statement (via TMZ):

Prior to entering rehab, Jenn Harley was running into quite a bit of trouble. Initial reports of her June arrest sparked speculation that her ex Ronnie Ortiz-Magro might have had something to do with the matter, given the inciting incident supposedly occurred at the Las Vegas home the two co-own. After more details eventually came to light, however, it was reported that Harley was drinking and had an argument with her then-boyfriend Joseph Ambrosole that went too far. Allegedly, the Jersey Shore star repeatedly hit Ambrosole on the back of his head, pulled a gun on him, used at least one racial slur against him, and threatened to kill him.

At the time of that incident, Jenn Harley’s 3-year-old daughter Ariana was supposedly not at the home, and was said to be visiting with her dad Ronnie Ortiz-Magro. He has been busy himself of late, thankfully outside of negative Jersey Shore drama, by getting engaged to his current girlfriend Saffire Matos.

However, Jenn Harley and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro were on a very rocky road together prior to their split that made just as many headlines, if not more so, than anything that happened on Jersey Shore Family Vacation. Ortiz-Magro was actually arrested in late April following a supposed domestic violence confrontation. No charges were formally filed against him, but it was speculated to be an incident involving his now-fiancée. This would be on top of Ortiz-Magro’s 2019 domestic dispute with Harley that left him tased by police, as well as a 2018 occurrence that saw Harley charged with domestic battery against Ortiz-Magro.

Some of Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jenn Harley’s conflicts inevitably found their way onto the Jersey Shore Family Vacation, though. There was that famously questionable black eye that Ortiz-Magro sported. In the show’s third season, co-star JWoww had also strangely invited Harley out to a club, despite all of the public drama between the former couple. It eventually led the cast to question if Ortiz-Magro’s sobriety would hold strong in the aftermath.

Trouble seems to continuously follow Jersey Shore's Jenn Harley like a bad habit. But hopefully, her stint in rehab will help turn those bad habits around so that she can avoid future issues.

Former Jersey Shore cast member Jenn Harley was arrested recently on charges of domestic battery and assault with a deadly weapon, but at the time of the arrest, the circumstances of the incident weren't exactly clear. Now, alleged details of what occurred that night have been brought to light, which includes the report that Harley pulled a gun on the victim of the incident.

A police report detailing the incident states that Jenn Harley and her boyfriend Joseph Ambrosole arrived at the Crazy Horse 3 in Las Vegas and allegedly began to argue about where to park and Harley's drinking. TMZ reported that things got so heated that security asked the couple to leave, but things only got worse on the ride home.

Allegedly, Jen Harley struck Joseph Ambrosole repeatedly in the back of the head while he was driving, and threw his phone out the window. When Ambrosole pulled over to look for his phone, Harley got into the driver's side and drove off in the car. Ambrosole was forced to find his own ride home, but when he arrived Harley was waiting for him with a gun. Harley allegedly pointed the gun at Ambrosole and made threats at him before leaving the scene.

Authorities were called, and eventually, cops tracked down Jenn Harley and booked her in the Clark county detention center. Obviously, the details of the police report are based on testimony given by whoever was interviewed about the incident, and more details are likely to come to light about the situation. Whether or not they become public remains to be seen.

It should be noted that Jenn Harley's daughter, Ariana Sky Magro, was not at home when the incident occurred. She was in California with Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, who took his daughter to Disneyland the day after the event. Ortiz-Magro recently proposed to his girlfriend Saffire Matos, with whom he's been together for a year. Harley has a son with another father named Mase, but it's not clear where he was when the incident occurred. Harley is currently out of jail and has a court date for the incident set for Thursday, August 19.

Given that this is not Jenn Harley's first high-profile run-in with the law, it's possible the charges against her could be pretty severe provided they aren't dropped. Harley was arrested for domestic violence when she was with Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, and Ortiz-Magro was also arrested for past disputes between the two.

News of the arrest was first broken by TMZ, which reports Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was in Los Angeles at the time of the arrest. Details of the incident are still developing at the time of writing, though a source cited by the outlet confirmed that Jenn Harley was not involved in the incident. Ortiz-Magro was reportedly watching his young daughter Ariana at the time of the incident, but she went to stay with his brother to wait for Harley to pick her up. There are no details as of yet regarding who else was involved. Ortiz-Magro has been dating his current girlfriend, Saffire Matos, since February 2020.

While it's unclear what the full extent of the situation is, the current outlook for the Jersey Shore Family Vacation star is not positive. Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is still believed to be under a 36-month probation deal, which he received after a previous domestic violence incident with Jenn Harley from back in 2019.

On Christmas Eve 2020 he celebrated a major milestone: five years of sobriety.

It's a big accomplishment, and The Situation decided to celebrate with a nice cake. The Jersey Shore cast member posed with his cake at the Banyan Treatment Center, as well as a plaque dedicated to his first day of sobriety.

Five years sober was not easy for Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, who had to deal with some pretty hefty legal issues in the process. He ultimately ended up serving time in prison as punishment for tax evasion but is now a free married man with a fresh perspective on life and a child on the way. His life has changed in a major way this past half-decade, so this accomplishment is certainly worth celebrating.

The Situation's life change was so significant that it became a focal point of Season 1 of Jersey Shore Family Vacation. Mike Sorrentino's transformation was even a shock to his Jersey Shore costars, many of whom waged war with him in the original reality series. The Situation's past behavior in some ways was linked to his drug use at the time, and obviously not representative of the person he could become.

Part of The Situation's comeback is linked to the strong support of his wife, Lauren Sorrentino. Mike Sorrentino revealed at one point in his recovery that he tried to tell a cop she was a crazy fan chasing him in order to escape her and use drugs. She stuck with him regardless of the incident, and now the two are married and months away from having their first child.

The story isn't exactly a new one to Jersey Shore Family Vacation viewers, but certainly a heartwarming one during the holiday season. The Situation's journey is one that should inspire others and was not easy, which makes it all the more impressive that he documented a bulk of his journey to this point on the MTV reality series. It's a bold move to return to a series that was known for hard partying while being sober, but it looks like The Situation has and is still comfortable sticking with his friends even if he is the sober one in the club.

In the current political climate, a slew of different TV shows have recently faced consequences for featuring scenes with white actors in blackface, with certain instances (30 Rock) arguably being more clearly offensive than others (The Golden Girls). As well, specific celebrities have also been called out for using the racially insensitive makeup in the past, such as talk show hosts Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon. The Internet also tried taking Mistresses and Charmed vet Alyssa Milano down for a past instance of alleged blackface usage, but the actress wasn't having it.

Stories started circulating this week on certain websites featuring sometimes out-of-context images where Alyssa Milano is very clearly covered in makeup that gives her a much darker complexion. It would be an understatement to say that Milano did not agree with others that the look, which was created for a 2009 Funny or Die video, was tantamount to a "blackface scandal." She got quite explicit in defending the look as parodying Jersey Shore's Snooki, saying:

Alyssa Milano then shared a link to the video clip in question, titled "Alyssa Milano's Evolution: Jersey Shore," in which the actress goes through a lengthy makeup and hair process to mimic the heavily tanned look that Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi made her signature through years on Jersey Shore and its spinoff. (She has since exited the show.) Once the makeover is finished, and the pouty-lipped Milano is photographed sticking her butt out, the picture becomes a Jersey Shore promo hanging on a bathroom wall, with the joke being that all that work was done just for an advert that people only see when they're using the toilet. (Or washing their hands, or throwing their beer packaging in an overstuffed trash can.)

By responding to the perceived backlash in such a frank and confronting way, and with a Donald Trump reference no less, the ever-vocal activist Alyssa Milano probably didn't win herself any new friends with her defense. Some of her detractors whose reactions were more level-headed than hyperbolic pointed out that she was still parodying someone whose skin was darker than hers, even if it wasn't specifically a Black person, which makes it wrong in their eyes.

While 30 Rock co-creator Tina Fey and Scrubs creator Bill Lawrence were specifically part of the push to get offending episodes of their shows off the air, it's not likely that Alyssa Milano will request for Funny or Die to take the video off the Internet at any point. And I can't see the comedy studio volunteering to take it down, either. So the debate will likely continue at least until more celebrities' questionable behavior gets put under the microscope.

One would think that alone would define his signature look, but it turns out keeping his face clean and free of facial hair is also a vital part of his image.

This was evident when the MTV celebrity took to social media with a picture that showed that he's growing a beard. While it's a far cry from any ZZ Top situation Pauly D could have on his face, there's no denying it does give the reality star a different look:

While a good deal of people are in agreement that the Jersey Shore Family Vacation star doesn't look like his normal self, there's some disagreement as to exactly why.

Almost immediately after the picture hit the internet, folks jumped online to reply with their reactions. While the verdict was out on whether or not the look was a hit or miss, many agreed that the man in this photo does not look like Pauly D:

Much like Superman when he wears glasses, there were some who felt like the person in the picture couldn't possibly be Jersey Shore Family Vacation's Pauly D. Of course, many were probably being facetious in that they literally couldn't recognize him, but rather just pointing to the radical change a beard brought to his "situation."

The new look was so drastic that some lamented that he looks like an entirely different person. All of a sudden, the "prank war champion" resembled a look-alike who charged less so he wouldn't have to shave that day:

Personally, I think the difference really shines through when taking the hair out of the equation. If one were to just see the bottom part of this picture without Pauly D's signature blowout to tip them off, I'd think quite a few would struggle to determine who he is.

There are some who think the beard is only part of the reason Pauly D looks so different. Some on Twitter believe that while Pauly may have grown a beard over the past couple of days, he may have also had some work done in between filming for Jersey Shore Family Vacation as well:

No one seems to know exactly why Pauly D's face looks so different when a beard is slapped on it, but it's hardly the first time this has happened. Many celebrities go through transformations on a fairly regular basis, so perhaps the reason this one feels so significant is because Pauly D has looked the same since audiences saw him on Jersey Shore.

The real question fans should be asking is whether or not this beard will be around for the future. While there were many jokes to be had about Pauly D's facial fur, there was also a group of people who wanted to see it stick around:

Pauly D's beard is far from the most radical change a Jersey Shore castmember has gone through in recent years, so it wouldn't be insane if he kept it. That said, I'd be surprised if the guy who hasn't changed his look since the late 2000s is only holding onto this beard to go viral, and it disappears rather quickly once Jersey Shore Family Vacation goes back into production.

The 32-year-old reality star took to Instagram to share his message with his nearly 900,000 followers, and he revealed that sticking with a keto diet enabled him to to transform his appearance and his health. For fans of Vinny Guadagnino from his Jersey Shore days, his struggle with weight may come as a surprise.

Vinny Guadagnino explained why his lifelong struggle wasn't apparent to everybody despite all of his time in the spotlight, saying this:

Vinny Guadagnino hasn't shied away from showing skin and going very nearly full frontal in front of cameras in the past, including with a NSFW Chippendales photo. The keto diet, which has been tried by celebrities like Ethan Suplee as part of an attempt to lose weight, is a diet focusing on high-fat and low-carb foods, with an adequate intake of protein.

In fact, Vinny Guadagnino is such a proponent of the keto diet that he actually released a book called The Keto Guido Cookbook. Take a look at the results of Guadagnino's diet and exercise regime:

Jersey Shore Family Vacation returned to television still without The Situation, but with one cast member in tow that won't be around in the future. Snooki has made it clear she won't continue the show if it returns for Season 4. Does this mean the Shore's "meatball" is serious when she says she will never return?

Right now, Snooki seems pretty determined to stay away from the show for good. The Jersey Shore veteran spoke to ET about leaving, and how the show will soldier on without her.

It isn't hard to see why Snooki wants out of Jersey Shore Family Vacation, especially after the past year of headlines on the show's cast. JWoww has gone through a divorce, Ronnie and his former girlfriend Jen Harley had a laundry list of troubles, and that's the drama that's usually happening when the cameras aren't rolling. Snooki may have been okay with non-stop partying in her younger years, but the stakes are a bit higher with a family back home.

Still, these folks have made a solid chunk of change off their Jersey Shore fame, so there is some payoff. With that said Snooki is set on her decision, and no amount of cash or negotiations will apparently bring her back to the series full-time.

Snooki's exit comes after these upcoming episodes of Jersey Shore Family Vacation, in which the events that caused her to leave will unfold. General talk from the cast and Snooki is that it's a combination of things, though some may think there's one specific moment that set this chain of events in motion.

Snooki was happy this episode of Jersey Shore Family Vacation, but a promo for what's ahead told a different story. Things get particularly heated at Angelina Pivarnick's wedding, where it looks like Snooki and JWoww catch some heat for something said during their toast to Angelina. Boos are heard from the crowd, Angelina is seen screaming at the production staff and crying, and Snooki flat out says she's done with the show. Could this be the straw that broke the camel's back?

Colton was devastated he lost Cassie due to the two of them being in different places, and felt betrayed by the show that may have pushed that narrative. Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley's antics dominated headlines in 2018, but 2019 looked as though it could be different. Ronnie has had a restraining order against him since, and it remains to be seen if the Jersey Shore Family Vacation couple is finally done for good.

The Bachelorette- Hannah, Pilot Pete, And The Windmill

Many will live their lives not getting to have sex in a windmill, The Bachelorette's Hannah Brown can say she did it four times. The show repeatedly teased the sex, but the audience never knew who until it was finally revealed that Pilot Pete was the mystery man who she did the deed with. Hannah ended up not finding love on her season, at least, the kind that exists outside of windmills, but she may get another shot.

Big Brother- Jackson Michie Is Blindsided In Finale By Racism Allegations

Big Brother 21 had a lot of live-feed drama that never made it to air, a good deal of which revolved around Jackson Michie. Granted, his buddy Jack Matthews bared a brunt of the stuff regarding racism, but a live feed conversation between Matthews and Jackson led some to questioning of Michie's involvement in all of that. Host Julie Chen asked Michie about it during the live finale, and the finalist looked like a deer caught in headlights. He had no heads up a question like that was coming, and it shook him so much he couldn't properly enjoy his win moments later.

The Bachelorette- All Things Jed

America has really gotten behind Hannah Brown in 2019, but that's largely because her season was just so heartbreaking. The Bachelorette contestant finally settled on Jed, despite all the red flags regarding a past relationship and the whole admitting he only agreed to the show to elevate his music career thing. The two's engagement came to an abrupt end, and while that was sad, Brown did manage to channel that anger and disappointment into a Dancing With The Stars win!

Dancing With The Stars- James Van Der Beek's Heartbreaking Elimination

Dancing With The Stars is usually good for at least one shocking exit a season, but few have been as tragic of James Van Der Beek's. Van Der Beek was one of the strongest dancers in the competition, but had a few missteps in the semifinals that put him on the bubble. The audience learned that the actor was distracted after his wife had suffered a miscarriage, which may have accounted for his unfocused mistakes. Ally Brooke even tried to give up her finals spot for the actor but ended up advancing in his place.

America's Got Talent- Gabrielle Union's Exit

America's Got Talent dropped Julianne Hough and Gabrielle Union late in the year from its judges' panel, but it was the shocking allegations that followed that made the event a major headline. Rumors swirled that Union made comments to production about racial sensitivity in regards to jokes and acts, and that her complaints were allegedly often overlooked by higher ups. Survivor- Dan Spilo Becomes First Ejected Played In Game History

For the first time in 39 seasons, Survivor was forced to eject one of its contestants from the game. The Dan Spilo situation was a bit of a mess for the show, as allegations of inappropriate touching were inter-mixed with gameplay strategies with Jeff Probst and crew unsure of what to reveal to protect the game's integrity. Spilo was finally ejected after an off-camera incident with a crew member, and Probst later apologized to the initial whistleblower contestant Kellee Kim for not acting sooner. Probst knew the situation could've been handled better, and promised they'd use it to be more effective with controversies going forward.

If the show ends up returning for Season 4 and beyond, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi has announced she won't be part of it, as she is now quitting the show.

That's right, the O.G. Jersey Shore meatball has gone public with the declaration that she is vacating the Shore life in order to put more focus on the growing family that she's been building in recent years. Here's how Snooki put it:

If Jersey Shore Family Vacation skewed a little closer to how the original series filmed its beach-adjacent seasons without any location changes or nearly as much behind-the-scenes drama delaying productions, then maybe it would be easier for Polizzi to figure out a schedule that allowed her to be with her kids for larger chunks of time. As it is, though, Jersey Shore Family Vacation left the shore life behind in order to make traveling part of the fun, and that's a big part of why Snooki has been unable to see her children as often.

Snooki made her game-changing announcement on her podcast It's Happening with Snooki & Joey, which she co-hosts with her good friend Joey Camasta. (Jersey Shore Family Vacation viewers probably remember that Joey stopped by the show in 2018.) He clearly wasn't going to be the person to try and talk her out of leaving the Shore life behind, considering he probably gets a first-hand account of all the roughness that Snooki has gone through in balancing her work and personal lives.

But even beyond missing her kids, Snooki recognizes that what viewers are watching on Jersey Shore Family Vacation is not the show that everyone got together to make back in 2009, and that the drama has overtaken all of the fun. In her words:

Seriously, it did seem like every time someone opened their mouth earlier this year, Ronnie and Jen were getting into some kind of headline-making trouble, usually tied to physical confrontations. (And Ronnie's Uncle Nino didn't exactly help anything, either.) Not to mention the in-house drama between Ronnie and JWoww over her own troubled relationship.

It was just a few months ago when rumors first started spreading about Snooki possibly wanting to back out of Jersey Shore's future, and it looks like she has fully confirmed that now with her podcast declaration. It's Angelina vs. JWoww in this latest batch of Jersey Shore Family Vacation drama that was months in the making. Once again what happened in Vegas didn't stay in Vegas, though it did take a considerable amount of time for the truth of what happened the night JWoww drank too much to officially come out. Now the episode has aired, and there's been a whole heap of fallout following the big reveal.

For those that missed the bombshell episode, JWoww took boyfriend Zack Carpinello, or "24," out for a night on the town with a handful of the Jersey Shore Family Vacation cast. JWoww was drinking quite a bit, and while she was falling asleep in the club, "24" was getting a little handsy with Angelina. Angelina added during the episode that 24 was asking some risqué questions, and felt he needed to learn boundaries. After the episode, JWoww took to Instagram saddened by what she had seen.

The statement seems to address the actions of both Angelina and Zack "24" Carpinello, though it's possible the person she called a friend and someone she loved refer the same person. In either case, JWoww confirmed that she was completely blindsided by the episode, and felt like Jersey Shore Family Vacation set her up to look like a fool when the footage finally aired.

Angelina had a chance to defend herself in the Jersey Shore Family Vacation episode, but all viewers had to judge Zack Carpinello on was his actions seen on camera. After the airing, 24 went ahead and posted his own response and public apology to both JWoww and Angelina on social media.

There are conflicting reports of where the couple stand at the moment, with some saying JWoww and 24 have split and other rumors that the two were recently spotted out on the town together. It's possible both can be true, of course, and that they are just trying to figure out where they go from here in the midst of this very public scandal that's been under wraps for some time.

Those days may have come to an end, though, as the Ronnie and Jen have reportedly decided they are done as a couple, and this time, it's being said this break-up is for reals, for reals.

The latest resolution comes after the most recent high-profile blowout between the Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley, in which the Jersey Shore Family Vacation couple had yet another violent confrontation. Now that the dust has settled, TMZ has reported both Jen and Ronnie are ready to call it quits, and have decided that an ongoing relationship is not going to work between them. Apparently the major point of concern is the safety of their baby daughter Ariana Sky, who has been present for at least two of these big incidents.

For those not up to speed on the latest drama, Ronnie was arrested for kidnapping after a domestic dispute at an Airbnb with Jen Harley. Ronnie allegedly slapped Harley, then was said to have chased her around with a knife while holding their daughter. Here's what's happening.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was booked for kidnapping after an incident while staying at an Airbnb with Jen Harley and daughter Ariana, according to TMZ, which further reports that law enforcement officials shared that Harley claimed Ortiz-Magro "went off the rails" after using cocaine.

The arrest for kidnapping came after Ronnie Ortiz-Magro allegedly slapped and punched Jen Harley while chasing with a knife while holding young Ariana, who Ortiz-Magro once suggested wasn't his biological child. He reportedly locked himself inside with Ariana after dropping the knife, with sources claiming that police broke down the door and took him down with a taser out of concern for the child.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was reportedly taken to a hospital to be looked over while paramedics determined that neither Jen Harley nor the baby suffered serious injuries. The alleged incident took place shortly after 2:30 a.m., with police dispatch radio reportedly indicating that Harley ran outside the Los Angeles Airbnb after hitting the panic alarm, and bail apparently now set at $100k.

This kidnapping charge is arguably the most serious twist to the story of Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley's relationship, although their issues were sometimes made light of during Jersey Shore Family Vacation. Ortiz-Magro did say that things were "good" with Harley because he "made a change" ahead of Season 3.

These things happen, especially when these friends are as in each other's business as they have been in the past.

I should say the shore house, as the owner of the original Jersey Shore house is now offering fans and vacationers alike a chance to stay in the iconic beach house the cast stayed in for large chunks of the original series. Patrons can "get crazy" and "get loud" to their hearts delight in the space, provided they have the cash to stay there.

And for the record, staying at Jersey Shore landmark is not cheap. The six bedroom beach house rings in at the lofty price of $3000 dollars a night, but comes with full access to a house that looks like very little has changed since it was first featured on MTV. For example, the "duck phone" is still hanging out right next to the giant bean bag chair, and the rest of the decor appears largely the same.

Which is more or less perfect for Jersey Shore super fans who can now recreate some (but not all) of the iconic moments that happened on the show. The big fight between Angelina and Snooki is a great one, and who can forget the whole saga (we miss you Sammi Sweetheart) behind who wrote the note? Fans can now stand in the same spot the cast "spiraled," and even sleep in the same rooms some of them "smushed" in.

As a bit of an added bonus, it's worth mentioning that booking the Jersey Shore house will put patrons in contact with an alumni of the series. Remember Danny Merk who ran the Shore Store the cast worked at? He still owns the shore house, and is the person who listed it on Booking.com for other people to desecrate with excessive amounts of partying. Let's hope people aren't jerks and destroy it immediately.

That doesn't seem too likely to happen though considering the high price point to rent it out. It's especially high considering surrounding pricing for vacation spaces in Seaside Heights is far lower in comparison, but that's the perk of having a shore house serve as the setting for one of MTV's biggest reality shows. Someone will shell out the money and spend the weekend fist pumping and yelling "Ron stahp" until their voice is fried, and that's fine.

Love, anger, drunken shenanigans, and...cowboy hats? The Situation's Bachelor Party

As promised, it looks like a fair bit of footage for Season 3 was filmed ahead of Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino's imprisonment. That means we're going to get to see his wedding to Lauren, and apparently that's preceded by a bachelor party full of drinking, dancing, and some exotic entertainment. One can be reasonably certain Sitch isn't about to go back to his bad boy persona, but will everyone be able to resist the temptation to get themselves in trouble?

For the record, this party looks to be a co-ed affair, as one dancer seems to be over Mike's shoulder and clapping while his now-wife Lauren is also sitting with him on the chair. It's probably for the best that everyone stuck together for such a bawdy event, especially since there's only a limited amount of time they could've filmed with Mike in the first place.

Are Angelina And Deena Throwing Down?

If Angelina Pivarnick is hanging out with the Jersey Shore crew, there's going to be a fight. There's really no avoiding that outcome ever, but what is surprising here is that Deena seems to be the one on the other side. Deena's not typically one for fights, and as the initial "replacement" for Angelina when the latter was kicked off Jersey Shore's original run, they don't really have much history. So what's happening here?

From just that scene, it seems like Angelina is upset about something and Deena is trying to bring her down. In doing so, things inevitably escalate and the fighting ensues. Personally, I'm thrilled to see Deena back in the fray after she got sidelined with her pregnancy in Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 2. That said, I also hope her and Angelina patch things up. Can't we just have one season where everyone gets along? [Pause for hysterical laughter]

Snooki's Drunken Spiraling

Though some members of the cast are choosing to stay sober, it appears the drinks are still flowing in Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 3. Snooki is partaking, and definitely appears to be "spiraling" in more than a few scenes. That always makes for both a good episode and for some iconic drunk-liners courtesy of the squad's OG "meatball."

We're assuming that Snooki's intoxicated moments were filmed before she discovered she was pregnant with her latest child, whom she gave birth to in May. Considering The Situation's wedding took place in November, let's hope Snooki's partying took place long before those nuptials.

JWoww's Divorce Troubles

To this point, JWoww has done a pretty solid job of keeping whatever drama she had going on at home, away from the safety(?) of Jersey Shore Family Vacation. Unfortunately, her ex-husband Roger Matthews' surprising social media posts have more or less made their issues impossible to ignore. Now, it appears Season 3 will finally feature Jenni opening up about some of the drama fans had been reading about.

We don't really see JWoww bringing it up in any scenes, but Ronnie drops the big D word, divorce, and it does not appear he's referring to his troubled relationship with baby mama Jen Harley. We also get a quick glimpse of JWoww dancing with some cowboy during the party scene, although it doesn't look to be her new beau who has been affectionately nicknamed "24" by the Jersey Shore Family Vacation cast. The basic details of Ronnie's drama with Jen Harley have been outlined by many outlets ahead of Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 3, but the show has done a solid job thus far of providing the greater details behind the stories that outlets don't get the scoop on. A couple of quick clips tease Ronnie's eventual big public mishaps, and we also see a pretty painful looking wipeout that Snooki can't help but laugh at. Womp womp.

It sounds like Jersey Shore Family Vacation managed to get a fair bit of footage in the can before The Situation went off to face his jail time, and according to Vinny, movement on Season 3 has somewhat stalled without him in tow. As Vinny told Entertainment Tonight, it's hard to do the show without Mike.

At least in the traditional Jersey Shore format anyway. Vinny Guadagnino teased there are always other ways for the show to get content without shoving everyone together in a snazzy vacation home while waiting for tempers to flare. For better or worse, all of the Jersey Shore Family Vacation stars have had some life-changing experiences in the past few months, some of which may be shown on screen.

Other noteworthy events in the stars' lives may be glossed over, however, since Vinny indicated there has been less filming ever since The Situation reported to jail. One would imagine Jersey Shore Family Vacation cameras were rolling when Vinny and Pauly D went with Situation's wife Lauren to visit her hubby, however, along with Snooki's recent baby shower. JWoww's new boyfriend might get a spotlight as well, and we're wondering about her ex.

With that said, those events would be popping up later in Season 3, if Sitch's wedding is being covered. One can presume that filming for Season 3 started around November 2018, or possibly a little before. Situation reported to jail in January, so if Vinny's statement about less filming is taken at its word, then Season 3 may spend a lot of time focused on those more dated experiences. Or maybe Vinny just wasn't around while others were filming smaller sections.

Vinny and Pauly D (who currently have a dating show airing on MTV) showed up with Mike's wife Lauren, and Sitch looks thrilled to see all of them. He's seen sporting his jail uniform, and what looks to be two giant cannons on each arm. Seriously, we heard from Snooki he was getting in shape, but who would've expected those massive pythons even after all this time?

The Situation is often seen with a smile on his face, but he's really beaming in these pictures. The Jersey Shore Family Vacation star looks extremely happy to see his wife and friends, which isn't too surprising given what he's been through. Still, even Vinny had to call attention to Mike's excitement in the photo via Instagram, saying he looks happier than he does.

Mike Sorrentino may be thrilled because he's officially on the back half of his sentence, at least in terms of jail time. After that, he'll be required to do two years of supervised release, which could inhibit some of what he's able to do on Jersey Shore Family Vacation. That's not too big of a deal, really, as it seems like everyone has something going on that will affect their ability to be their usual selves on future seasons.

Speaking of which, it's still up in the air how much Jersey Shore Family Vacation will feature Mike in prison. We do know that his wedding will be featured in the new season, and that Season 3 is set to air before his release later this year. That means MTV would have to have some camera crews in the jail house, which could show audiences what Mike's life has been like on the inside.

Which is something Jersey Shore Family Vacation fans would like to see, if only to show the full story behind Mike's transformation. A man who was once the franchise's greatest villain of sorts has made a genuine turnaround thanks to his sobriety, and has reportedly even been helping other addicts through their issues on the inside. Who doesn't want to see that?

So, what's 24's name when he's not being referred to on Jersey Shore Family Vacation? People confirmed JWoww's new boyfriend's real name is Zack Clayton Carpinello, and that he's a professional wrestler from Albany County, New York. Carpinello isn't a part of the WWE circuit, but has appeared on television a couple of times via some smaller promotions across the world. Perhaps Snooki could put in a good word to the McMahons on his behalf, considering her short stint?

Prison has Bingo? That's surprising, but it's also good news that Jersey Shore Family Vacation's most beloved star is doing alright. The Situation has had such a positive transformation ever since the original Jersey Shore ended, so it would be heartbreaking to hear that being locked up had been even rougher on him than he'd expected.

Instead, though, it sounds like things are going well. The Situation is using his experience as a recovering addict to help others in jail. Might not help him get out early for good behavior, but it can't hurt.

Snooki told the New York Daily News that she and the rest of the Jersey Shore Family Vacation cast are still in contact with him, and have been sending him messages while he's behind bars.

She may never hit Sammi Sweetheart levels of beloved-ness within the group, but she's doing better.

As the world waits for Season 3 of Jersey Shore Family Vacation to get a concrete release date, MTV has another Shore-based show to "tide" fans over on Jerzdays. Remember that dating show Vinny and Pauly D would be heading up? Well, first look for Double Shot of Love just dropped, and these two are apparently gearing up to give the world the bro equivalent of The Bachelor. Take a look.

If Vinny and Pauly D actually hand out roses that are colored like the Italian flag in each episode, I will legitimately die of laughter. The cut sleeves and the duck phone cameo pair quite well with The Bachelor's signature font and white promo background, and the reality duo's goofiness throughout hints this show might be a slice of fried gold from start to finish.

If nothing else, Double Shot Of Love may be the ultimate chaser for those still disappointed by Colton's fence-jumping run on the ABC series. And at least they didn't call it The Bro-chelor, since that sound gross when said aloud.

Double Shot At Love is sorta similar to The Bachelor in its competitive style, but the dynamic duo of Pauly D and Vinny presents an interesting opportunity for the 20 female contestants. Both men will get to decide who is eliminated, but it's the women who will choose which man they wish to pursue. This could present some potential awkwardness should Vinny like a girl that's into Pauly, or vice-versa. Will situations like this cause a rift in the two's long-running bromance?

Double Shot At Love marks the second time Pauly D will be on a dating show in 2019, as the DJ was already on MTV's Game of Clones earlier in the year. There, Pauly admitted Megan Fox is his celebrity crush, and was surprised with a room full of women who all were dolled up as the actress. Pauly had a good time, but he didn't exactly find love on that program. Will things be different here?

Unlike many of their Jersey Shore co-stars, both Pauly D and Vinny have managed to stay single long enough to get to this point. Pauly D had a very public relationship with Aubrey O'Day that ended a couple years back. Pauly D told People a year later he "dodged a bullet' and was happy to be out. Pauly didn't go into explicit details as to why things fell apart, although their particular season of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars laid out a lot of their problems.

Vinny was in a committed relationship throughout Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 1, although his actions at a club started an inside joke about "cheating" that caused some drama. The couple were split up by the time Season 1 aired, although Vinny maintained the events in Season 1 had absolutely nothing to do with it. His ex told a different story, in a series of now-deleted Instagram posts (via US Weekly) that showed the experience clearly affected her.

Things are looking a lot more positive on MTV's Double Shot At Love, though, which premieres on Thursday, April 11, with back to back episodes being teased for the premiere. Jersey Shore meets The Bachelor for Double Shot at Love with DJ Pauly D & Vinny. MTV just announced the new dating competition series for Jersey Shore Family Vacation bachelors Paul Delvecchio and Vinny Guadagnino.

Immediately after the news came out, fans started asking how they could apply. MTV has yet to reveal casting details, but MTV News did say to stay tuned for more information. Presumably, they'll announce casting details either on MTV.com or through Jersey Shore accounts. Or the guys will just share the details on social media. It would be a shame if they already secretly cast this, when so many fans seem to be excited to apply.

For now, we know that this version of Double Shot at Love will have 20 single women face off against each other, hoping to avoid the elimination ceremony. But Vinny, 31, and Pauly, 38, will also have to compete for the affections of the women. It's a two-way street.

This is a spinoff within a spinoff, which is par for the course for MTV. The original Double Shot at Love was a spinoff of A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila. On Double Shot, bisexual twins Erica "Rikki" Mongeon and Victoria "Vikki" Mongeon looked for love among 12 men and 12 women.

Vinny and DJ Pauly D are no strangers to reality TV, even beyond Jersey Shore. Pauly -- who announced in 2013 that he was father to a daughter named Amabella Sophia -- was part of E!'s Famously Single in 2016. Vinny had his own MTV talk show/reality show called The Show with Vinny, with celebs coming over to his home to talk and have dinner with the rest of his family. Vinny and his mother also got their own show on The Cooking Channel called Vinny & Ma Eat America.

Both Vinny and Pauly are now starring on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. Season 2 just finished airing in December, but MTV confirmed Season 3 for 2019. We're used to seeing Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi in the media. The Jersey Shore personality is rarely far from the cameras. But it's not often that you see any photographs of her husband, Jionni LaValle, particularly by his famous wife's side. As it turns out, there's a reason for that. But it doesn't mean the couple has marriage problems. Rather, LaValle isn't a big fan of being seen in the media spotlight, even though he's married to a famous reality TV star.

As Snooki explained in an exclusive interview with Us Magazine, there is no reason for concern when it comes to their marital status. Just because they aren't always posing in front of the camera doesn't mean they are less-than-affectionate for one another or less-than-excited about each other's company. Rather, Jionni LaValle just values his privacy and he doesn't want to be at the center of attention when it comes to the media's gaze. That's certainly understandable, although as Snooki admits, it's hard to avoid the cameras when you are married to a famous reality television personality. But they try to make it work.

Ultimately, everyone is entitled to some privacy. And while Snooki is an open person, especially on Jersey Shore and its spin-off series, Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, there are some things that are best kept between the parties involved. Even though Jionni LaValle and Nicole Polizzi don't always find themselves posing in front of the cameras together, they're still deeply in love with each other, according to Snooki. And they hope that doesn't change.

In any case, people love rumors and there were some fans of the show wondering if there was drama brewing between Snooki and her husband. It's safe to say that drama is something that often comes between Jersey Shore personalities and their respective lovers, but this time, it sounds like there is nothing to concern yourself about when it comes to their marriage. It appears someone outside the central squad is willing to join in, although his presence may be controversial. JWoww's estranged husband Roger Mathews is looking to show up in Season 3, and things may get ugly if he does.

Right now, it's alleged that Roger Mathews has reached out to MTV to be on Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 3, and not the other way around in this case. Mathews isn't even asking to be paid for it, but rather to have a platform to share his side of what has been a dramatic months-long story involving a split from his wife JWoww.

Could it actually happen? Possibly. US Weekly reports that MTV has not made a decision about including Mathews, but reported that the decision is up to JWoww. So...possibly not.

Roger Mathews' has reportedly had a chance to previously be on Jersey Shore Family Vacation more than he has been, but JWoww's husband is said to have always declined MTV's offers to be a bigger part of the fun. Instead, Mathews made headlines with bizarre social media posts that confused viewers while JWoww was filming Season 1, Things escalated later that year when news broke JWoww filed for divorce from Mathews, a situation few fans likely expected to happen.

It's been a rollercoaster ride since then, too, with JWoww and Roger's relatively private relationship generating more headlines than ever before. The couple seemed to be working out their differences after the divorce news, but then police were called to their home, resulting in JWoww being granted a temporary order of protection from Mathews. Bringing on Mathews as a cast member could obviously complicate those legal terms, so MTV might balk at the option at this stage.

With that said, it's not as though Jersey Shore Family Vacation has ever balked at a chance to bring someone on for the sake of controversy. Formerly ousted Jersey Shore castmate Angelina Pivarnick was brought in to stir trouble in the spinoff, and Ronnie's baby mama Jen Harley has made frequent appearances despite their constant relationship troubles. With a history like that, it's hard to believe MTV won't find some way to incorporate Roger Mathews if he's willing to appear.

For now, there's no indication that Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 3 will contain footage of Roger Mathews. With that said, he's also been noticeably quiet on social media in 2019, which may be either at the insistence of his attorney or MTV wishing to save some drama for the camera.

Snooki and JWoww have been MTV's iconic best friends since their days on Jersey Shore, but now word is surfacing it could all be a lie. Shortly after Snooki posted a security video of JWoww talking to police, following a dispute with her currently estranged husband Roger Matthews, Matthews popped into the comments and left a message that implied the two aren't as close as the world has been led to believe.

Roger Matthews' claim that Snooki hasn't stayed at JWoww's home in 8 years is a little jarring and specific. If taken literally, that would mean Snooki hasn't stayed over with her friend when cameras weren't rolling since a year after Jersey Shore premiered on television. The two seem as thick as thieves when they're on MTV, but is that all a game for the cameras, as Roger implied on Snooki's Instagram (via Elite Daily)?

Viewers can only know so much, but Jersey Shore Family Vacation would make it seem like the two are good friends, if not the best. In fact, the pair even took the show's editing staff to task when footage was doctored to show a fight between the two that was portrayed to have ended in a manner different from what actually went down. If these two weren't that close, why would they bother trying to call out MTV?

Things have been rough between JWoww and her husband Roger Matthews, as her joining up with Jersey Shore Family Vacation has put a strain on their marriage. Roger posted some cryptic messages alluding to some troubles between them during Season 1, but the drama eventually faded as fans had other couples to focus on. It all eventually led to the surprise of JWoww filing for divorce late in the year, and Matthews vowing to win his wife back.

The couple seemed to be working on things, and shared photos of each other on a date during their wedding anniversary. Not long after, though, cops were called to the couple's house. That ultimately resulted in Roger being removed from the house away from JWoww and their children. Given all that, it's hard to say if Matthews is actually trying to reveal some dirt, or if he's stirring the pot at what is a tumultuous time in their relationship.

It sure feels like Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 3 will be an interesting one to watch in terms of what's happening with JWoww. The cast member was able to keep her drama out of the spotlight in Season 2, but with it all out in the open now, she might be a bit more open about the things happening between herself and Roger.

Jersey Shore Family Vacation has officially been renewed for Season 3 at MTV, but the only thing known for certain at this point is that the upcoming season won't be like the first two. Many cast members are experiencing life-changing events and/or drama, and most of that drama will almost certainly have an effect on the yet-to-be-produced episodes. In no particular order, here are the ways Jersey Shore Family Vacation may look different in Season 3.

Snooki Is Pregnant Now

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi had some fans talking during the "Friendsgiving" special, as the co-founding member of the "spiral squad" wasn't getting wild with alcohol. Sure enough, Snooki confirmed a short time later that she was (and still is) pregnant with her third child, which will presumably have a major impact on her status quo for Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 3.

To be clear, Snooki already filmed a season of Jersey Shore in the past while pregnant, so it would stand to reason she might be up to do it again for Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 3. That said, the expecting mother may decide to sit out a few adventures with the gang, much like Deena did throughout a majority of Season 2 as she went through her pregnancy. Will Jersey Shore Family Vacation be the same without the OG meatball?

The Situation Will Be In Jail

The Situation is officially heading to jail, and he will be locked up for a portion of 2019. It's a scenario Mike Sorrentino was hoping to avoid, but the reality star has handled the unfavorable decision with grace and is accepting of his fate. Regardless it would seem as though Season 3 of Jersey Shore Family Vacation may not feature a lot of The Situation.

That said, there were confirmed reports of the MTV revival's cameras on hand for The Situation's sentencing, and there's been confirmation the cameras were also there for his weeding to Lauren Pesche. That makes it seem as though Mike will be included in at least part of the season, and possibly more, should MTV be allowed to shoot footage of him while serving his eight months.

Jen Harley Wants Ronnie To Quit

The troubled relationship between Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and his baby mama Jen Harley have provided the bulk of Jersey Shore Family Vacation's popcorn-worthy drama. It's possible those days could soon come to an end, as Jen has publicly revealed she believes the reality show itself is the source of most of their relationship problems. It's possible she could convince Ronnie that Season 3 isn't worth the stress it may put on their lives.

That's certainly possible, but if Ronnie hasn't decided to leave the show after the multitude of terrible situations he's gotten into since Jersey Shore Family Vacation started, it may never happen. Having said that, Deadline's renewal did not confirm which of the cast members will be returning for the new season, which leaves Ronnie as a potential question mark if only because it hasn't been explicitly confirmed. Will the star walk away from the show?

Deena was pregnant throughout Season 2 of Jersey Shore Family Vacation and is expected to welcome her first child into the world alongside her husband before the end of 2018. It's possible the first-time parent won't want to be away from her infant in those early months, which may mean Deena's presence in Season 3 could play out a lot like it did in Season 2.

That's not necessarily a bad thing, as MTV managed to incorporate Deena in various ways despite her limited availability during her pregnancy. There will almost certainly be an episode where the rest of the cast meets her infant, and probably some segments showing Deena and hubby Chris adjusting to life as new parents. Her absence was largely balanced by Angelina's return, so Deena can always come back whenever she's ready.

JWoww Is Having Relationship Issues

Jersey Shore Family Vacation hasn't focused on JWoww's relationship troubles with her husband Roger, which made it all the more shocking when it was revealed she filed for divorce in September. The couple's current status isn't currently known, though the two were spotted celebrating their wedding anniversary in October. The latest update in November from Roger said they were "working on things," and filming for Season 3 may get in the way of that.

Roger Matthews definitely didn't seem to appreciate his wife's involvement in Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 1, as was made clear by his social media habits during the season.. JWoww may end up reducing her shooting schedule to work on her marriage more, or perhaps "working on things" is just Roger becoming more accepting of her renewed fame. Season 3 may not have those answers, though, since JWoww's been fairly good about keeping her relationship out of the series.

Sammi Sweetheart May Make An Appearance

There has been no hard and fast confirmation that Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancoloa will make an appearance on Jersey Shore Family Vacation, but it has been confirmed that Sammi's been seen in the same places as the gals of the show. Sammi was a part of Deena's baby shower, which seems like an event that MTV would've had cameras present for. Does this mean she'll make an appearance?

It feels as though the odds are good enough for fans to get something beyond a surprise appearance, but one shouldn't expect the former Jersey Shore star to have an extended run on Jersey Shore Family Vacation. As long as Ronnie is on the program, Sammi definitely won't be right there beside him, so something probably would need to change in that respect. Recent episodes revealed that Jen uses pictures of Sammi to taunt Ronnie when they fight, so nobody has forgotten about her.

New Faces May Stick Around For More Episodes

Jersey Shore Family Vacation has slowly been introducing more folks into the TV family, and Angelina's much-hyped return was only the tip of the iceberg. The Situation's wife Lauren Pesce was given quite a few scenes in Season 2, and Snooki's best friend and podcast buddy Joey Camasta tagged along for the Vegas adventure and has been doing things on the brand's official YouTube channel.

With so many original cast members dealing with outward things in this coming season, it wouldn't be surprising if Jersey Shore Family Vacation tries to work Joey and Lauren into the Jersey Shore Family Vacation madness to account for other folks; absence. It's a gamble whether or not fans will be receptive to lineup changes like that, although with so much going on with the cast, it's not as though MTV has a choice if it wishes to keep things rolling.

Uh oh. There appears to be some more drama going on for Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley, the mother of his child. Or, perhaps the father of someone else's kid? While the contentious couple has had their fair share of difficulties throughout the years, which have been chronicled at length in Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, this latest scandal might be among their biggest to date. As it is reported, Ronnie claims the kid he shares with Jen Harley might not, in fact, actually be his flesh-and-blood. And to top it all off, Ronnie dished out the dilemma on his social media.

Ronnie Ortiz-Margo left the (potential) big news slip on his Instagram Story (which was saved and recounted by Perez Hilton). He posted a screenshot of text messages he sent to "J," which is presumed to be Jen Harley. He talks about how Jen "denied" for four months that she spoke to someone and he went on to talk about how much the whole thing messed him up. Then Ronnie talks about how bringing this individual back into their lives again after Ronnie and Jen had their child together "just proves u can't let go." Then, on the side of this screenshot, Ronnie wrote the following response:

The message has since been deleted from Ronnie Ortiz-Magro's social media, but the Internet obviously saved it. Now, the reality television personality isn't saying outright that Ariana Sky isn't his child. Rather, he implies he's been given that hint, and now he's in a world of confusion about the state of his fatherhood. That's a level of darkness and messed-up that nobody should have to deal with, yet it's the problem currently plaguing Ronnie's heart.

Even if the child is, in fact, Ronnie's, these text messages suggest that Ronnie Ortiz-Margo and Jen Harley are, once again, dealing with great troubles. They have never had a consistent relationship, but these past few months have suggested that they are working hard to keep themselves together for the sake of their children, at least. When we last reported about the Jersey Shore couple, it was revealed that Jen and Ronnie were expecting another child together. While Jen is most definitely pregnant, it's possible that Ronnie isn't the father of that child or the one that they currently share together.

Furthermore, Ronnie Ortiz-Margo didn't even finish filming the final episodes of Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 2, since he was reportedly taking time away from the camera to raise their first child together, notably since Jen Harley was released on bond for charges of domestic battery.

It wasn't clear if the decision was Ronnie's own or if it was made by MTV, but it suggested that Ronnie was trying to be the best father he could be for their kid. You can imagine, then, why this potential news revelation is such a heartbreaking one for the reality TV personality during this heart-wrenching period.

Jersey Shore Family Vacation has resurrected the fame of all of its former cast members, save one. Despite the show's massive success, Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola has not agreed to return to the revival series and join her former friends on their increasingly wild vacations. That said, we're wondering and excited to see if that stance will change in future episodes, since Sammi was spotted with the rest of the women from the show in a picture at Deena's baby shower.

Sammi's appearance at Deena's baby shower is very interesting, to say the least. Not in the sense that she attended, of course, as Deena and other members of the cast have been open about their friendship with her. What is interesting is that she'd attend an event that Jersey Shore Family Vacation was most likely filming, which means she could appear on camera in a future episode.

Granted, we don't know if camera crews were on site and filming Deena's baby shower. We do know, however, that cameras were rolling for Jersey Shore Family Vacation at The Situation's wedding a few days prior to this. The fact that filming is still happening for the show, in addition to the fact that the show filmed Deena's gender reveal party, suggests footage for a future episode may have been shot at the baby shower.

If there was filming taking place, one would think Jersey Shore Family Vacation asked Sammi Giancola for permission to show her. Whether or not she would agree to it is another story, as Sammi has done a pretty solid job distancing herself from the revival thus far. That said, there's been confirmation from the show's cast that Sammi watched Season 1 of Jersey Shore Family Vacation, so maybe she finally decided she wanted to be in on the fun.

With The Situation set to begin his prison sentence in the near future, Sammi Sweetheart would be the perfect stand-in for the cast member until he returns. Of course, it's been common knowledge she wasn't interested in returning, most likely because ex-boyfriend Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is still around. Given all the drama Ronnie's had lately with his baby mama, Jen Harley, few would think she'd be interested in adding fuel to that fire with her presence.

That's assuming Ronnie would be up for a return in future episodes, as recent comments by Jen Harley indicated that may not happen. Harley recently made it known she blamed Jersey Shore Family Vacation for a majority of her relationship problems, and confirmed that she believed things would be fine between them if Ronnie quit the show. Ronnie's exit could be enough to get Sammi to agree to return, provided that's the only thing holding her back.

Right on cue, the couple ended their peaceful spell and reignited the chaos that frequently marks their relationship. Following the episode, it became clear all was not well again when Ronnie took to social media and posted a picture of a healing black eye. He also added a statement that vaguely hinted Harley may have been responsible for the shiner.

As seen above, Ronnie apologized to friends and family for lying to them. It's unclear what the Jersey Shore Family Vacation star had lied to them about, or how his repentance related to the black eye present on his face. Fans had their suspicions that Jen was responsible, of course, since it's no secret the couple have had their fair share of altercations, with some of them getting quite physical.

Jen Harley appeared to confirm suspicions that she caused Ronnie's black eye. She took to her own social media and posted a text message conversation she with Ronnie about the incident. In the exchange, Popculture.com reported Ronnie offered to clarify that the black eye was part of a dispute where both of them were at fault. He also admitted he shouldn't have posted the photo. Harley rejected the offer, though, as she thought it may be interpreted differently.

The timing technically couldn't have been any better for MTV's Jersey Shore Family Vacation itself. The current incident came just after an episode of the two fighting in Atlantic City. An episode in which Ronnie claimed early on that things were much better between the couple in the aftermath of that car-dragging incident. That dangerous situation allegedly resulted in Jen dragging Ronnie outside of the vehicle for a distance, which is believed to have injured his arm.

That black eye exchange does not appear to be the end of Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley, though. The two apparently made up just in time to celebrate Jen's birthday over Halloween weekend. Jen posted photos of them in costume at the club, where they were dressed as Harley Quinn and The Joker.

Jen Harley has appeared in many headlines related to Jersey Shore Family Vacation lately. She slammed the show's editing staff for allegedly taking her scenes out of context, and recently blamed her relationship woes on the revival series. Harley even made it clear she doesn't think she and Ronnie would have issues if Ortiz-Magro left the show. So the star might not be around for a potential Season 3, but if he is, it would almost definitely feature way more drama between him and Jen.

Harley revealed during a fan Q&A on her social media that she blames the show for the issues she and Ronnie have faced in their relationship, which have sometimes led to bad situations. She bluntly stated:

There's no denying Jersey Shore Family Vacation has created some tension in the couple's relationship. In fact, one of Season 1's biggest storylines revolved around Ronnie hooking up with a girl and then hiding it from then-pregnant Jen Harley -- at least, until the season had wrapped filming. Had the revival never happened, it's possible Ronnie would've never cheated on his baby mama, or at least wouldn't have done so in the spotlight on national television.

For the record, Ronnie revealed on Jersey Shore Family Vacation he and Jen had troubles prior to the revival even starting. The cast member dropped the bombshell that Jen had cheated on him at some point in their relationship prior to him filming Season 1. The allegation was never confirmed and may have been Ronnie's attempt to justify his widely publicized infidelity, but it does make one wonder if Jen Harley's statement about the series is entirely accurate in terms of the timeline of their issues.

Harley continued to respond to questions on Instagram about Jersey Shore Family Vacation and even indicated she's asked her beau to leave the program. When asked if she would want Ronnie to leave the show to make their life more peaceful and less complicated, she also gave a blunt response.

Is Ronnie is being pressured to exit Jersey Shore Family Vacation to protect his relationship? If she's vociferous about it, it could put yet another member of the cast in a precarious position that could affect their involvement in the show should it get renewed for Season 3. Ronnie has vowed to "do the right thing" and stay with Jen for the sake of their daughter Ariana Sky, but whether or not he'd actually leave the program for Jen isn't known.

Jen Harley also revealed she doesn't watch Jersey Shore Family Vacation, which may cause some to question how she knew the show edited an argument she had with Ronnie. Harley also seemed to be aware of the cast bad-mouthing her in later episodes, but she added she doesn't hold it against them because they're Ronnie's friends. It's possible she may just have friends or followers telling her secondhand information, but that's up in the air as well.

MTV took a chance when it brought the Jersey Shore cast back to television, and so far, it's paid off for the network. So much so that the Viacom Digital Network has enlisted the Shore's cast to help grow its digital brand by launching a standalone Jersey Shore _YouTube channel. It'll feature content from _Jersey Shore Family Vacation, as well as original programming starring the various cast members.

The Jersey Shore channel will go live on Thursday, October 18. Kicking things off will be Cooking In The Crib With Snooki & Joey, a nine-episode weekly series that stars Snooki and her friend Joey Camasta. The latter only appeared on Jersey Shore Family Vacation just recently but has been Snooki's co-host on It's Happening With Snooki & Joey for some time now.

Cooking In The Crib will feature the two goofballs struggling in the kitchen as they learn new recipes alongside a rotating roundup of guests. The first episode will debut with the launch of the channel, with the following installments releasing Thursdays at 4:00 p.m. ET.

Snooki and Joey are great, but MTV knows Jersey Shore fans are all about the sisterhood of Snooki and JWoww. That's probably why the two are teaming up for another original show called Moms With Attitude, which will feature the dynamic duo discussing sex, drinking, and motherhood. The Wrap reports the 14-episode web series will debut on Sunday, October 28, with new episodes released on Sundays at 12:00 p.m. ET.

The Jersey Shore channel will dip into its current television content, of course, with "sneak peeks" from upcoming episodes of Jersey Shore Family Vacation. Additionally, and in the same vein, the new channel will also feature a series called Joey Reacts To The Jersey Shore where Joey Camasta will react to past hookups and other incidents from the show.

While cross promotions are inevitable, vice president of marketing and social media at MTV and VH1 Tyler Hissey said the goal of the channel is to host "platform-specific content" to pull in the YouTube audience. So presumably more bite-sized content that people tend to watch more of on mobile devices.

The Jersey Shore stars are no strangers to appearing in other shows, especially the potentially well-endowed Vinny Guadagnino, who tried to make a few runs on television prior to Jersey Shore Family Vacation. One would imagine he'll find a way into an original series of his own on the channel, perhaps in a show that features Pauly D as his sidekick?

The Situation would also be a great candidate for a YouTube specific program, perhaps with something like Shore Eye, where he offers normal dudes fashion and workout advice. Although we're guessing his recent prison sentence put any future plans on the back burner for now.

DJ Pauly D has always been a shining beacon of positivity in the world of reality TV, so its only natural that he evolved into the house's spirit animal during a rough time for Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 1. CinemaBlend has an exclusive deleted scene from the DVD set, which hit retailers today, and viewers can watch as Pauly D does his best to help his best bro Vinny see the positivity in a situation that most people would think is pretty awful.

Credit where credit is due, Pauly D must genuinely be a positive ray of sunshine at any point of any day, given the circumstances in this clip. Most folks who want to take a warm shower would immediately get bent out of shape about not being able to do so, and very few would still be looking on the brighter side of things three days later without any hot water for company!

Perhaps the only thing more impressive than that is the fact that Pauly D's blowout is still standing strong three days into his and Vinny's supposed shower strike. But for all the positivity being channeled in this deleted scene, why hasn't anyone brought up the fact that taking a cold shower is a completely viable option for getting clean?

Granted, there's more to be upset about than cold showers. As Vinny mentioned, he can't even drop a pre-breakfast deuce because the house's toilets have all been destroyed by Ronnie. It's no wonder the well-endowed castmember is down in the dumps, living in a house with no electricity, cold showers, and clogged toilets. So it's even more impressive that Pauly D is soldiering on without griping about everything. Jersey Shore Family Vacation staff technically could've thrown a bone to the cast mates by letting them go elsewhere to do all their toilet business, but what fun and drama would ensue from making things easy on the cast?

This "keep your drive alive" deleted scene is just one of many moments packaged in the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation Season 1 DVD set, which is a fully uncensored look at the gang's time in Miami. That means a four-disc set containing 14 expletive-filled episodes that feature Ronnie's encounter with "French Fries," the arrival of Ronnie's occasional life partner Jen Harley and, unfortunately, Angelina doing her own pooping. Fans will also be treated to the cast reacting to their original casting tapes for Jersey Shore, a bigger selection of deleted scenes, and the "Most Jersiest Moments" special that aired on MTV ahead of Season 2's debut. In short, its the DVD set that fans need, especially given the recent accusations that the show isn't airing the most accurate versions of what really goes down between the roommates.
