Fans went crazy last week when Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton finally went Instagram official, but the SKIMS boss isn’t the only member of her family to be making headlines over a hot, new relationship. Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi were reportedly hooked up by her younger sister, Kylie, earlier this year, and while the Wuthering Heights star fits in well with Kendall’s close-knit friend group, a source alleges that Kendall has “refused” to introduce him to momager Kris Jenner.

Introducing a partner to your parents is typically a big step in one’s relationship, but since Kris Jenner’s job is literally to be in her children’s business, the stakes may be even higher. Still, an alleged source for In Touch claims Kendall has a good reason for keeping Jacob Elordi away from her momager for now, saying:

Kendall Jenner famously does not allow her love life to be featured on The Kardashians (streaming with a Hulu subscription). It’s a rule she’s maintained even since Keeping Up with the Kardashians, and it’s one that her family has respected.

However, Kris Jenner is allegedly under massive pressure to boost ratings, and as an executive producer, she theoretically would have the power to at least talk about Kendall’s relationship if she wanted to. Kendall is also an EP, as are all of her sisters, but I’d have to imagine final say goes through Kris.

The supposed insider said it’s become such an issue that Kendall Jenner is allegedly threatening to leave the show altogether. They said:

Now, I have to push back a little here, because I’ve seen all seven seasons of The Kardashians, and I’m pretty sure Timothée Chalamet has not been mentioned by name or even directly alluded to on the show. Khloé Kardashian did, one time, talk about Kylie Jenner being courtside at NBA games — which she, of course, attended with the Marty Supreme star — but I think that’s about the whole of it.

Also, for what it’s worth, Jacob Elordi is also an Academy Award nominee. The source goes on to say that Kendall Jenner is making some serious threats should Kris get to meddling in her relationship. According to the insider:

While we have to take this report with a huge grain of salt, Kris Jenner has been accused of "hovering" around her daughters’ relationships. I can also see how, at 30 years old, Kendall would not want her mother to be a third party in her romance.

For now, though, after a romantic Hawaiian getaway, Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi seem to enjoying each other’s company — regardless of how much her mother is or isn’t involved.

People have a tendency to get worked up over how the Kardashians spend their riches, but over the years, that certainly hasn’t stopped Kylie Jenner from flaunting her favorite material possessions. The latest backlash came when the makeup mogul showed off her wall of Birkin bags, each of which costs thousands of dollars, with some well into the six-figure range. Apparently, there’s a reason she’s been able to accumulate such an extensive collection, and of course, Kris Jenner is involved.

Just weeks ago, Kylie Jenner got slammed by fans for posing in front of a wall of Birkin bags that collectively are estimated to cost well over a million dollars, but that didn’t stop her from talking about her favorite accessories when she visited Jake Shane’s Therapuss podcast (which is on Netflix, if you prefer to watch your podcasts). It turns out her mother is one reason her arsenal of purses is so expansive, as Kylie revealed:

We had heard about Kris Jenner’s penchant for spending six figures on Birkins for her daughters (Kim Kardashian is equally enthralled by the accessories, even using items from her own collection on the set of All’s Fair). However, I didn’t realize the Birkin exchange was happening at every gift-giving opportunity.

Also, it sounds like the momager is just as bad, with the youngest sibling on the Kardashian-Jenner family tree saying she gives as much as she gets. That is their love language, after all. No wonder Kylie is Kris’ favorite.

The Birkin wall post — which pondered, “can’t a girl have fun?” — was not the first time Kylie Jenner showed off pieces from her collection. Another post this year showed her preparing for a trip with luggage that was estimated to cost $134,000. And just last week, she was pictured with boyfriend Timothée Chalamet at a New York Knicks game with a $63,000 blue Birkin that matched the team’s colors.

Kylie Jenner talking about her bag collection on the podcast (which can be streamed with a Netflix subscription) further proves that she’s not going to apologize for her wealth. That’s been the case for years, with her private jet flex being the most memorable example. There are plenty of other instances, too, including throwing on a $10,000 bikini and dropping $5,000 a night for fancy hotels.

In addition to continuing to show off her Birkins, Kylie is very likely to continue receiving them from Kris Jenner and possibly other members of her family on birthdays and holidays. What a life.

Kris Jenner sat down with the Khloé in Wonder Land podcast to talk all things Kardashian with her daughter. She dispelled rumors circulating about her pricey facelift, talked about her long-term age-gap relationship with Corey Gamble, and while she was really unconcerned about most of the scuttlebutt, she did admit to one thing when Khloé Kardashian asked what rumor still bothers her. Kris said:

There was a long-standing rumor that Robert Kardashian was not Khloé’s biological father, but Khloé was the result of an affair Kris Jenner had with O.J. Simpson. This was due to how close Simpson was to the Kardashian family and the perception from fans that Khloé looked different than her older sisters Kim and Kourtney.

I can imagine the rumor bothered Kris, because it made headlines for years — Savannah Guthrie even asked Khloé about it on The Today Show. Kris continued:

The Kardashians have always shut down the paternity rumors, and even OJ Simpson denied having an affair Kris Jenner when he was asked about Khloé Kardashian in 2022, a couple of years before the NFL veteran and accused murderer died.

The paternity issue was a storyline on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, particularly in the Season 7 premiere (available to stream with a Hulu subscription), when Kris Jenner tried to shut down the speculation once and for all by asking Khloé Kardashian to take a paternity test. Khloé ultimately refused, saying that she didn’t need a doctor to confirm that Robert Kardashian was her dad.

I was actually surprised this was the issue that bothered Kris Jenner, and that she didn’t bring up Kim Kardashian’s sex tape. The momager has denied for years claims that she helped her daughter “leak” the tape that she made with her then-boyfriend Ray J, even taking a lie detector test on The Late Late Show with James Corden to prove otherwise. I guess she was satisfied enough with the results to let that one go!

Kris Jenner opened up about what it’s like to get constant feedback on her life and parenting choices in real time, telling the Smartless podcast that they learned pretty early on that they had to develop some thick skin. She also did her best to keep her kids out of the comments, saying:

Of course, now that we know that Kylie Jenner is a card shark who loves when the stakes are high, this story actually makes a lot of sense. (That, and the fact that she had her family’s fortune to fall back on; it’s not like they were going to let her starve if the Lip Kits had failed.) Either way, her instincts regarding her cosmetics brand were spot-on, according to her momager, who continued:

Indeed it was on. It’s safe to say that she quickly made back her KUWTK money, several times over, and her success — and ability to use social media as her driver — has only grown over the past decade. During his speech, Chalamet did thank Kylie Jenner, referring to her as his “partner of three years.” So, it’s fitting that Kris Jenner also got in on the congratulations for the actor. Now, considering Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner have been together for years, this shouldn’t come as a surprise. However, it is always a bit shocking to see, considering just how private the couple tends to be.

Overall, all this familial love over these awards is so wholesome to see. It will likely continue too as we get deeper into awards season. I say that because both Flender and Kylie Jenner have attended many award shows with the Call Me By Your Name star, and I assume that will continue in the coming months.

Plus, they’ve both been very supportive of Marty Supreme. In fact, after Kylie and her boyfriend wore matching orange to the LA premiere, the actor and his mom rocked the matching orange at the New York premiere. Plus, Chalamet has made it known that Flender really wanted one of those viral Marty Supreme jackets (she has one now), so it’s clear that his mom is very, very proud of him.

Hopefully, we’ll get more wholesome interactions like this as the season continues. Timothée Chalamet and Marty Supreme are expected to be contenders as we get closer to the Academy Awards, and if he keeps up that award-winning momentum, I’m sure his mom, Kylie Jenner, and maybe even Kris Jenner will be loudly supporting him.

Christmas is something that the Kardashian-Jenner family members take very seriously, and gift wrapping is a huge part of that. Just look at Kris Jenner, who once bought a condo for the sole purpose of wrapping presents (and then forgot about it). Kim Kardashian, naturally, always brings her A-game to the family holiday party — never to be overshadowed by her sisters — but this year she let her oldest daughter North West step up to design their family’s offerings.

Kim Kardashian may not have been able to wrangle her four children for a family Christmas photo, but she sure showed her confidence in 12-year-old North by giving her the reins to provide gift-wrapping inspo. Check out the results:

North West chose to wrap the family’s gifts in SKIMS pajamas flannel, with the red plaid being a great option, in my opinion, for the holidays. It also harkens back to when Kim Kardashian wrapped all of their presents in SKIMS white T-shirts, but as she explained on Instagram Stories, this was a more “festive” option. Kim said:

Flannel is definitely a comfy choice, and it is the perfect nod to their matching pajama tradition.

As for the other family members, they all got in on the fun, too, showing off their own gift-wrap designs, and Kourtney Kardashian (via Poosh) even made a game out of it, asking fans to match each wrap job with its Kar-Jenner family member:

Kourtney Kardashian provided the black-and-white-and-read-all-over newsprint paper, complete with a burgundy fabric bow. Kendall Jenner claimed the cream-colored wrapping, which featured a “Merry Christmas” stamp and was secured with red string with a sprig of greenery. She showed off her work on Instagram as well:

Like North West and Kim Kardashian, Khloé was into the red plaid wrapping, but she seemed to settle for traditional paper underneath a green felt bow. Kris Jenner also chose a green bow to accompany her patterned dark gray gift wrapping, and fans didn’t miss that of the presents shown in the photo, two of them were marked for Kim (there’s no way she spent six figures on another Birkin bag, right?).

Kylie Jenner seems to have taken a page from Kim Kardashian’s book with her wrapping, going with a theoretically reusable fabric over paper. But rather than joining her sisters with a plaid or even monochrome theme, she stole a look from her own clothing line Khy, whose winter line features plenty of animal print. She showed off her entry into what Poosh called the Kardashians’ Super Bowl on her own Instagram:

Kris Jenner celebrated her 70th birthday in November, but the Kardashian matriarch seems as young and spry as ever. The truth is, however, that nobody beats Father Time, and some fans are starting to wonder what will become of the reality TV family’s multibillion-dollar empire after she dies. I’m quite amused with some of these less-serious takes, while others might be spot-on.

Say what you want about the Kardashian-Jenner family members, but nobody can accuse them of not knowing how to market themselves. As all of their managers, Kris Jenner keeps the family businesses rolling, so what will happen when she’s no longer around? While I hope this isn’t a conversation that will become reality anytime soon, some on Reddit have been discussing it, and some are taking it more seriously than DominAnna, who writes [edited for spelling]:

Surprise! While this would probably make for the wildest plot twist in TV and movie history, I don’t think it’s realistic (although, who am I to underestimate Kris Jenner?).

Many fans suggested a series of events that sound exactly right, as they predicted Kim Kardashian trying to take over as manager, Khloé providing emotional support and Kourtney finally separating from the family. Comments included:

I can only imagine how giddy Kris Jenner felt about this. I can practically see her face light up with glee after being mistaken for someone decades younger than herself. That may have been pretty validating for the matriarch. Kim Kardashian, meanwhile, simply looked amused as she recalled the scene, saying:

Because here’s the thing: I also regularly get mistaken for my own mother — who also LOVES that, by the way — and while I am thrilled that she looks as young as she does (without hundreds of thousands of dollars of plastic surgery, at that), there is a small part of me that’s like, “My God, do I look 70?”

There is an obvious silver lining to seeing your mom age so well (naturally or otherwise), which Kim Kardashian points out:

The way I take this sentiment is that Kim can look at Kris and see what the future might hold for her, based on how the matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner family has aged. However, her sly smile makes me think she's probably talking about which doctor she can go to in the future and what procedures will give her the same 25-year age reduction.

It’s been 18 years since a sex tape was released of Kim Kardashian with her then-boyfriend Ray J, and there’s a new development in their recent legal battle. Following a defamation suit filed against the singer by Kardashian and her mom, Kris Jenner, over comments he made about an alleged impending RICO case, Ray J has now filed his own lawsuit over the sex tape. Kardashian and Jenner’s lawyer didn’t mince words, calling Ray J’s latest move a “distraction” in a new statement.

Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian’s lawyer Alex Spiro responded to Ray J’s lawsuit against his clients, as the singer — whose real name is William Ray Norwood Jr. — claimed again that he did not leak Kim Kardashian, Superstar against his ex-girlfriend’s will in 2007, but rather the couple released it consensually with help from her mother. Spiro told Page Six:

Alex Spiro’s comments are pretty blunt, calling the new lawsuit “frivolous” and merely a distraction after his clients had taken legal action against Ray J.

What Is Ray J Accusing Kim Kardashian And Kris Jenner Of?

For years, Ray J has insisted that Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian were involved in the leak of the sex tape, which he says they made consensually in 2003 and then released in 2007. According to court documents filed by Ray J’s attorney, Howard King:

The lawsuit claims he and Kim Kardashian began discussing releasing the tape in 2006 and that she told him Kris Jenner should be in charge of it. Ray J says the mother-daughter duo are now “furious” that he “no longer wants to play along with their tall tale.”

The family’s lawyer stated “unequivocally” that no such investigation existed and that “no law enforcement agency has initiated any criminal proceedings or investigations related to racketeering charges against our clients.”

The sex tape is an issue that Kim Kardashian hasn’t been able to get past, as it’s come up on both of the Kardashian-Jenner family’s reality shows. She also joked about it in her SNL monologue when she hosted in 2021, and Kris Jenner took a lie detector test on family friend James Corden’s late-night show that claimed she was telling the truth about not being involved.

Even 18 years later, this still seems to be a touchy topic for all parties involved, with lawsuits coming from both sides. The Kardashian-Jenner family has ruled the reality TV space for the better part of two decades, with Kris Jenner and her daughters serving as the executive producers and stars of Hulu’s The Kardashians, following their first show on E!. However, Kim Kardashian shared a pretty hot take about whether her mom and sister Kourtney can deliver what the fans want, as she called them “some of the worst producers on reality TV.” So why did she say that?

Kim dragged Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian on the latest episode of The Kardashians, which hit the 2025 TV schedule on November 13. When discussing the differences between their reality show and her new scripted series All’s Fair (which is also streaming with a Hulu subscription), the actress divulged:

There have been many times since 2007 that we’ve seen Kim bump heads with her older sister — in fact, Kourtney Kardashian is reportedly upset with her over the current season because Kim suggested her style looks like she “[gave] up on life.”

Another example played out in The Kardashians Seasons 3 and 4, when Kourtney took issue with the SKIMS boss teaming up with Dolce & Gabbana so soon after the fashion house had done her and Travis Barker’s wedding. Cameras caught the fiery fight between the sisters, during which Kourtney called Kim a “narcissist,” and Kim revealed the infamous “Not Kourtney” text chain in which her family and friends complained about her.

In The Kardashians episode, Kim said her mom and sister are unable to recognize that those moments are what keeps fans coming back, saying:

In addition to the whole Dolce & Gabbana fight, Kris Jenner apparently wanted to take out the physical altercation between Kim and Kourtney that occurred in Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 18 (which can be streamed with a Peacock subscription). Watching the clip allegedly made Kris Jenner cry, and production shut down for a week to allow the cast and crew to process and recover from what went down.

Another moment that Kim Kardashian highlighted from their series was Caitlyn Jenner’s transition, which she called “TV gold” and listed it as one example of why their family has never run out of reality TV content.

All’s Fair seems to be playing by the same rules, because despite critics calling the Ryan Murphy legal drama “revolting,” audiences appear to disagree, saying it's their “#1 guilty pleasure” and praising its campy drama and high fashion.

I can’t imagine Kim Kardashian’s comments are going to go over well with Kourtney, especially given the fact that the older sister is already reportedly trying to distance herself from the family — a move that Kim thinks is hypocritical.

Practically everybody who’s anybody was at Jeff Bezos’ and Lauren Sánchez’s $165 million mansion this weekend to celebrate Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday, with celebs like Oprah Winfrey, Martha Stewart, Mark Zuckerberg and more posing for pics with the birthday girl and the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner family members. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were also among the revelers, but a photo initially posted of the Duchess of Sussex with Kim Kardashian has mysteriously disappeared from the Instagram post.

Kim Kardashian and her mom shared plenty of star-studded photos from the huge James Bond-themed birthday celebration, so it’s understandable if fans didn’t notice that one slide went missing from one of the multiple posts. Kardashian — dressed in a sparkling purple homage to Halle Berry’s character in Die Another Day — had been pictured with Meghan Markle in one shot, but now it’s gone. (Below you can see some others though!)

The photo, which seems to have been removed from Instagram, showed the Suits alum in a black turtleneck dress, while Prince Harry — seen having a conversation with someone in the background — sported a tuxedo. Their wardrobe options fit the 007 theme well but were actually the same outfits they were pictured wearing earlier in the evening, when they attended Serena Williams’ annual Baby2Baby Gala.

The big mystery is why the photo would have been removed. Did either Kim Kardashian or Meghan Markle object to how they appeared in the pic? Did the duchess ask for it to be taken down? Whatever the reason, it seems that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s association with America’s rich and famous rubbed some the wrong way. One insider who allegedly works with the royal family told Page Six:

Could the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have asked the Kardashians to remove their photos from social media because it was a step in the wrong direction of a possible reconciliation?

It’s hard to say, because this isn’t Kim Kardashian’s first disappearing photo mystery. Just this summer she removed a bikini photo from a post about her family’s lake vacation, seemingly because it contained a Photoshop fail. In fact, that's a move she’s been pulling for years (as if fans aren’t screenshotting everything anyway).

It may have been a potential photo editing issue, an attempt to head off royal backlash, or something else altogether. Unlike at party hosts Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s wedding, phones were allegedly prohibited from Kris Jenner’s party, and sometimes celebs prefer not to be photographed.

We can’t be sure what exactly happened, but if removing the photo of Kim Kardashian and Meghan Markle was an attempt to downplay the Sussexes’ presence at the bash for any reason, I’d say the plan has backfired.

It was quite the star-studded affair, as some of the richest and most famous people in the world attended Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday party hosted by Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez. Kim Kardashian understood the 007-themed assignment, sporting a sparkly purple top and matching skirt in a nod to Halle Berry’s iconic movie dress from Die Another Day. Check out the party pics:

Candid photos on the birthday girl’s Instagram boast a ridiculous who’s who of the rich and famous, with Jenner posing with celebrities including Oprah Winfrey, Gayle King, Mark Zuckerberg, Mariah Carey, Paris Hilton, Chris Rock, Alicia Keys, Tyler Perry and so many more.

It goes without saying that her boyfriend Corey Gamble was also present, as well as a good contingent of the Kardashian-Jenner children — some of whom posed for pics that their mom posted:

I can’t even begin to imagine the price tag for such an event, and I’m actually desperate to know what kinds of gifts are given at a party of this caliber.

After Kris Jenner and Khloé Kardashian gifted Lauren Sánchez a $7,000 purse just for returning to Earth after an 11-minute space flight, this doesn’t seem like the kind of crowd that’s satisfied with a novelty T-shirt, spa gift card or nice bottle of wine (unless it’s a very meaningful bottle like the one Corey Gamble likely dropped five figures on for Kylie Jenner’s birthday).

We’re also talking about Kris Jenner here, who spent upwards of $200,000 apiece on Birkin bags for Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian, and they weren’t even turning 70. One wonders if the famous $7,000 Kardashian birthday cake would even suffice for such a shindig.

For the majority of Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ run on E!, Caitlyn Jenner was a prominent member of the series, with her 2015 transition serving as a major plotline that affected the entire family. It feels a bit strange, then, that Kendall and Kylie Jenner’s father has never appeared on Hulu’s The Kardashians — until now. Caitlyn made her debut on Season 7’s second episode, “She Was Such a Hater,” and the youngest siblings in the Kardashian-Jenner family opened up about how their parents get along today.

Given everything that’s gone down between Caitlyn and Kris Jenner over the past decade, it’s worth noting that the episode title isn’t a reference to either of the parents, as all parties were on their best behavior for the family’s emotional get-together. Kris had gathered her progeny for one last dinner at their old family home — the one made famous on Keeping Up with the Kardashians — and she admitted it would have felt incomplete without Caitlyn there too.

It was quite the surprise when Caitlyn walked through the door (her reception was more than a little awkward, I thought), but Kendall Jenner said she was grateful for her mom’s gesture:

Kylie Jenner also acknowledged how Kris Jenner was able to take the high road and reach out to her ex. Kylie said:

Tensions rose between Caitlyn Jenner — who separated from Kris Jenner in 2013 — and some members of the Kardashian family after her transition, due to some of the public comments she made about her ex-wife. Kris was furious about Caitlyn’s 2017 memoir, saying she was made out to be “a bitch and an asshole.”

I can only imagine how Kendall and Kylie Jenner felt watching both of their parents’ pain during that time, and while Kendall acknowledged her relationship with her dad can be complicated by their “completely different views on things,” she loves Caitlyn and wants her to be around, saying:

I think we can call the Eldorado farewell dinner a success, as both Kris and Caitlyn Jenner made it through seemingly unscathed. Whether or not Kris’ ex will appear on future episodes of The Kardashians, however, is anyone’s guess.

I doubt there are many things in life that the Kardashian-Jenner family skimps on, especially when there’s something to celebrate. We’ve seen how many balloons get blown up for the kids’ birthday parties, and seemingly entire pumpkin patches have gone into this year’s Halloween decorations. Then there are the gifts. Kim Kardashian shared a vlog as she turned 45 last week, revealing that Kris Jenner dropped six figures on a highly coveted item for her daughter.

Kim Kardashian spent her birthday abroad, traveling to promote the upcoming 2025 TV series All’s Fair, which premieres in November for those with a Hulu subscription. In a video shared to TikTok, the SKIMS boss shows off some gifts from her mother — a 2001 red crocodile skin Hermes Birkin bag designed by Jean Paul Gaultier with an estimated price tag between $150,000 and $200,000, as well as a small Hermes Kelly Cut clutch valued around $30,000.

This bag comes complete with family drama, too, as Kim Kardashian recalled how she’d had a similar bag on hold, when Kris Jenner swooped in and bought it for Kylie Jenner for her birthday. As Kim says in the vlog:

This was not the first time the Case of the Stolen Birkin has come up, either. Kim Kardashian spoke about it at length in her Call Her Daddy interview, explaining how she’d sent photos of the bag to Kris Jenner, asking her to keep an eye out for one because she was looking to buy.

She then got a call from a store who had found one, and a price was negotiated, but Kim Kardashian never confirmed that she would, indeed, buy it, because she says she put her phone away for a week to study for her law school exam. When she heard her mom secretly talking about buying a bag for one of her daughters’ birthdays, she assumed her mom had gotten it for her.

Kim Kardashian told Alex Cooper she proceeded to fully crash out, saying:

It sounds like Kris Jenner may have gotten confused about which daughter had asked for the bag in the first place, but either way she was able to make it right for the small price of $150,000+.

We may be able to calculate the value of the 45-year-old’s gifts from her mom, but Kim Kardashian’s vlog shows some other birthday moments that should be considered priceless. That includes her All’s Fair co-stars Naomi Watts, Niecy Nash and Glenn Close singing a “Happy Birthday” tune to her and Sarah Paulson joining in for a little dance.

She also showed a portion of a FaceTime call with her 9-year-old son Saint, who responded to Kim Kardashian saying, “I love you,” by telling his mom, “I love you more.” You can see her full video below:

Birthday gifts are certainly no joke for the Kardashians and Jenners. Now I can’t help but think about Kylie Jenner also receiving one of those pricey bags for her own birthday back in August, because we already know that Kris’ partner Corey Gamble likely dropped five figures on bottles of wine from the year Kylie was born.

Kim Kardashian is on her way back to the small screen in the 2025 TV schedule for another season of Hulu's The Kardashians, but that won't be fans' only option for seeing her on the streamer in the not-too-distant future. She's on the verge of debuting in her second major scripted role, as she re-teamed with Ryan Murphy after American Horror Story: Delicate for a new drama, called All's Fair. Murphy only has good things to say about working with her again, but also shared the story behind his pitch for a reality show that never went anywhere with her... or mom Kris Jenner.

Murphy of course has a veritable empire of scripted TV shows on streaming, cable, and network television, ranging from Monster to American Horror Story to 9-1-1, to name just a few. He's not quite known for a string of reality TV hits, but he pitched a reality project to the stars of Keeping Up with the Kardashians and now The Kardashians anyway. As he recounted during the premiere event for All's Fair (via THR), it didn't go so well. He shared:

Ryan Murphy didn't detail what his reality pitch actually was, and all signs point towards it never becoming a TV show, so any further information about the potential project may never be revealed. Now, with All's Fair just weeks away from premiering for anybody with a Hulu subscription, Kris Jenner is continuing to get her wish for her daughter.

After AHS: Delicate cast member Naomi Watts praised Kim Kardashian, a second collaboration between Murphy and the SKIMS co-founder is on the way. Murphy reflected on Kardashian agreeing to join AHS: Delicate, saying:

Fans of the reality-turned-scripted star will have to wait until the Hulu premiere on November 4 to see if Kim Kardashian's All's Fair character is as "iconic" as her character, Siobhan Corbyn, on American Horror Story: Delicate. I do think it's safe to already say that the cast is pretty iconic! Joining Kardashian as main cast members are Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash, Naomi Watts, Teyana Taylor, and Glenn Close, although Close shared why she almost passed on All's Fair.

The new series will be a legal drama that will presumably be short on the horror that Kardashian helped to deliver on AHS: Delicate. The six leading ladies make up a team of divorce attorneys who open their own practice after leaving a firm that was dominated by men. The stakes are high, the secrets are scandalous, and money talks in All's Fair, and one of my big questions already is whether Ryan Murphy and Co. designed this as a possible ongoing series or one-off like some of his anthology projects.

The first three episodes will release on premiere day, and then the rest of the season will release new episodes weekly. The Kardashian-Jenner family features some of the most recognizable celebrities in the entire world, but that hasn't stopped its members from changing up their appearances every so often. Currently, we’re looking at the former, as Kris Jenner opted for a blonde moment just days after Kim Kardashian went full pixie at Paris Fashion Week.

Kris Jenner has been candid about her version of “aging gracefully,” which has definitely had the effect of making the famous momager appear younger than her nearly 70 years (she’ll hit that milestone birthday on November 5). I’m not sure what motivation she had for wanting to go blonde, but she certainly seems to be enjoying the change in the pics posted to Instagram:

It was recently announced that The Kardashians Season 7 is hitting the 2025 TV schedule later this month — Thursday, October 23, to be exact — but don’t expect to see these new hairstyles as we peek behind the curtain of the Kris Jenner machine (aka, the lives of her children).

Episodes of the reality show (streaming with a Hulu subscription) typically film months in advance, and in the trailer for the upcoming season, Kris Jenner still sports dark brown hair, though the style of her super-short bob does have the same vibes as Kim Kardashian’s eventual pixie cut. I’m not sure how far back we’ll be going in Season 7, but Kim Kardashian’s long waves suggest that filming took place sometime in 2024, before she went all “short hair, don’t care” in January of this year.

It looks like we’re in for quite a bit of drama, with the return of not only Scott Disick and the rarely seen Rob Kardashian, but also Caitlyn Jenner is set to make an appearance. This will be the first time Kris’ ex is featured on the Hulu show. The Kardashians is making its return to the 2025 TV schedule, and the trailer for Season 7 proves that we’re in for a ride. The series will follow the Kardashian-Jenner family through events like Kim Kardashian testifying in Paris during a robbery trial, and that was confirmed in this new footage. Along with that, we learned a bit about the opulent fit she wore to do just that, and the reaction her mom had to it.

Earlier this spring, Kim went to Paris to testify against the suspects of the 2016 robbery. Back in May, eight of the ten defendants who were accused of robbing the Kardashian at gunpoint were found guilty, per NPR. Now, we’ll get to see what this trip to France was like for the family, as the trailer revealed after Kim asked, “Don’t we want to see all the craziness?”

Included in the footage from this trip, we got a peek into Kim’s outfit choice, which included a $1.5 million necklace. It turns out, her mom, Kris, wasn’t totally on board with the jewelry, as she said:

However, that didn’t deter her daughter from wearing it, as she responded by saying:

When Kim took the stand back in May, Lorel Diamonds' jewelry expert Laura Taylor estimated that she wore $8 million worth of jewelry, per E! News.

This included an $8,100 diamond-studded, 18-karat white gold ear cuff by Briony Raymond, and a huge emerald-cut diamond ring. Along with all that, she put on a $1.5 million diamond necklace by Samer Halimeh, which was made from 18K white gold.

That’s a lot of diamonds, and she wore them during a trial that was about a heist that involved the theft of over $10 million worth of jewelry.

According to the trailer, it seems that Kim’s mom was questioning the choice to wear so much expensive jewelry. However, it would appear her daughter did not question the choice one bit.

Along with this discussion and the coverage of what happened in Paris, The Kardashians trailer also gave insight into a threat Kim faced, and it promised a season full of other drama, travel and work.

In Season 7, we’ll get to see Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian on the road. It seems there might be some beef between Kourtney and Khloé. And, we’ll get some behind-the-scenes of Kim’s new show All’s Fair, which will involve a girls' night with the cast, including Glenn Close.

We’ll also get to see the return of Caitlyn Jenner, and we’ll hear the family’s thoughts about the choice to sell the home they grew up in.

All-in-all, Season 7 of The Kardashians promises to be dramatic and insightful as we follow the family through their latest chapter of life, which includes the choices made as Kim testified in Paris.

Earlier this week, a portion of a livestream from Ray J was segmented out and widely shared on social media. In it, the former rapper — who famously shared a sex tape with Kim Kardashian — claimed his ex’s family was going to be hit with RICO charges. Not surprisingly, the Kardashian-Jenner family has already fired back and denied the claims unequivocally.

Following a livestream that circulated on X, in which Ray J suggested he’s been involved in an alleged RICO case against Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian that’s “worse than Diddy,” a lawyer for the family said “no credible evidence” exists to support the allegations. No federal investigation exists or has even been initiated against the family, according to the statement, which reads:

RICO refers to the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. Sean “Diddy” Combs was charged with — but ultimately acquitted of — racketeering when he was arrested in September 2024. He’s scheduled to be sentenced October 3 after being found guilty on the lesser charges of transportation to engage in prostitution.

Ray J offered no details on the livestream about the alleged case he claimed is being built against the stars of The Kardashians (available to stream with a Hulu subscription), nor did he offer proof that a crime has been committed.

This isn’t the first time Ray J has brought up his ex-girlfriend’s name when speaking of wrongdoings. On the TMZ doc United States V. Sean Combs: Inside the Diddy Trial earlier this year, he said:

The allegations he made in his recent livestream echoed those claims, but he hasn’t produced any public evidence that would support the allegations.

Ray J and Kim Kardashian, of course, have a troubled past. Ray J has been at odds with Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner since the sex tape’s release in 2007. Despite the fact that he and Kardashian reportedly continue to make money off of it, he has called the tape the worst thing that’s ever happened to him.

He maintains that the three of them released the tape together, and he wants his children to know “their dad doesn't go for exploiting women, disrespecting women and leaking footage of someone who didn't give permission.”

Kris Jenner herself addressed the rumor that she had a hand in “leaking” her daughter’s sex tape, taking a lie detector test on The Late Late Show with James Cordon, where it was determined that she was telling the truth when she denied helping Kim Kardashian release it.

It’s unclear what Ray J’s latest allegation may do to his already-troubled relationship with the family, but it seems likely this could end up in court. In the meantime, you’ll be able to see Kim Kardashian taking on fictional legal drama in her new show All’s Fair, which premieres on the 2025 TV schedule this November.

A new documentary, In Whose Name?, hit the 2025 movie calendar this weekend, which covers six years of Kanye West’s life. The film doesn’t shy away from the rapper’s controversies, including his impromptu Saturday Night Live rant — one of SNL’s most infamous moments — during which he wore a red MAGA cap. Behind-the-scenes footage shows Michael Che confronting Ye afterward, as well as an explosive argument between Kris Jenner and her then-son-in-law regarding his mental health.

On September 29, 2018, Kanye West went on a rant after his final musical performance on that night’s Saturday Night Live taping. Kenan Thompson and Ego Nwodim have shared their recollection of Ye’s diatribe, and Chris Redd — who has been known to impersonate the rapper — said he thought it was “disrespectful.” Now, footage from In Whose Name? shows that Michael Che also took issue with his friend, as he approached West backstage and said (via EW):

They went on to discuss Kanye West’s comments about having a Black comedian make jokes about Black subject matter like Bill Cosby. While Ye said he was referring to SNL comedian Leslie Jones, Michael Che pointed out that he was the one who made the joke about Cosby, asking Ye, “Why would you do that to me?” Their conversation continued:

• Ye: Aw, man, I love you though, bro.
• Che: I love you, too. I'm a fan. But why would you do that to me? I work here! I work here! Come on, man. … We treat everybody that come in like family, and you're gonna sell us out? That's fucked up, man! We look up to you, we love you. What you got against us?
• Ye: I mean, I do have things against SNL in general.
• Che: That's cool, but airing it out like that without letting us be able to reply is kinda foul.
• Ye: Yeah, you right about that.
• Che: You wait til the last song and then say that foul shit to us, and we brought you in here.

Tensions may have been high that night, but it apparently wasn’t the end of their friendship, as Kanye West and Michael Che were seen out with other cast members in New York ahead of Kim Kardashian’s own SNL appearance in 2021. However, Che seemed to side with colleague Pete Davidson when West declared “civil war” on his estranged wife’s new boyfriend, joking about Ye’s offer to double Che’s salary to get him away from Davidson.

In an argument that also allegedly took place in 2018, Kanye West tells his mother-in-law that he’d “rather be dead than to be on medication” and says (via E! News):

Kris Jenner tells him “it doesn’t matter” what people say, but Ye cuts her off and screams, “It does matter!” several times before grabbing his things to leave the room. The momager continued:

Kim Kardashian’s mom appeared to be trying to hold back tears as their conversation continued:

• Ye: So, what do you think? Did you have an effect on my mental health?
• Jenner: Yes! I'm saying yes. and I love you. I love you. I don't want you to be not perfect. I love you, and I want my daughter to love you the way you want her to love you.

Matriarch Kris Jenner, in particular, isn’t shy about the procedures she’s had, and she recently got candid about her version of “aging gracefully.”

Kris Jenner’s version of aging — gracefully, if not naturally — may seem to be in contrast to what those women are saying, but I’m not sure it is. Jenner presumably thinks women (including her own daughters) should do what makes them the most comfortable with themselves, and for Jenner, if that means spending six figures on cosmetic surgery, that’s certainly her prerogative.

This very much feels like when Kim Kardashian said people should wear whatever makes them comfortable — even if those outfits are decidedly pretty uncomfortable. The nut certainly didn’t fall far from Kris Jenner’s tree!

The topic of age is likely fresh on Kris Jenner’s mind as she approaches a big milestone birthday in November. The matriarch said she's feeling great and has no regrets about the path she’d led her family down, telling the magazine:

One thing that definitely seems to make the momager happy and healthy is her work, and she plans on continuing to have a hand in her children’s careers well into her 80s. It’s come at a cost, though, with all of their family’s drama, fights, breakups and more broadcast to the world, so do they ever regret becoming reality stars? Well, Kris Jenner has spoken.

Kris Jenner took steps early in her family’s reality TV career to ensure their longevity by insisting the name “Kardashian” was in the title of their E! series. The strategy worked, because now the whole world is invested in what Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, Rob, Kendall and Kylie are doing, who they’re dating and everything they’re selling. But is it ever too much? Kris Jenner told Vogue Arabia:

With so many people around the globe wanting to know everything from how much Kylie Jenner’s bikini cost to the dirty details of Khloé Kardashian’s breakup with Tristan Thompson, Kris Jenner seems willing to give it to them.

Their ability to remain relevant has served the family members well, as they’ve parlayed their reality TV fame into multi-million dollar businesses like Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS, Kylie Jenner’s lip kits and Khloé Kardashian’s Good American jeans. Their popularity has also opened doors for other career opportunities, like Kendall Jenner’s modeling career and Kim’s foray into acting.

Behind it all is Kris Jenner, who is very hands-on as their momager. She said there’s value in her children having someone who is so invested in both their personal and professional lives, saying:

The American comedian may be living comfortably in the U.K. now, but an insider claims she’s reportedly planning to make a TV comeback, and it may involve Jennifer Aniston.

Since ending her talk show, Ellen DeGeneres made a permanent move to the U.K. in 2024 with wife Portia De Rossi After renovating their $18 million property in the Cotswolds, the pair have decided to put their house on the market in order to find a new place to facilitate and pasteurize the Arrested Development actress’ horses. Amidst murmurs about her potentially returning to the small screen, Star Magazine is reporting one insider's claims that a TV comeback is indeed on the table.

If Ellen DeGeneres is allegedly serious about returning to television, the same source said the Finding Nemo actress reportedly won’t go at it alone. She's supposedly reaching out to close pals with massive fanbases like Kris Jenner and Jennifer Aniston, who have both been repeat guests on her talk show.

While Kris Jenner was a guest on the farewell season of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Jennifer Aniston was part of the fun in the show’s final episode. When iasked for advice on how to deal with ending a major chapter in one's life, Aniston delivered a great Brad Pitt divorce comment and reflect on the importance of starting anew. As Aniston has made great strides in film and television since Friends ended, I'd say the Golden Globe winner knows a thing or two about reinvention.

The year The Ellen DeGeneres Show ended, Jennifer Aniston was quick to express sadness at the idea of the “staple” series no longer being around. So if the rumors are true that DeGeneres is allegedly looking for a fresh start on television, I’d like to believe Aniston would see it as an honor to be asked to tag-team with her for more good times like this.

After Ellen DeGeneres faced backlash from her TV crew about toxic workplace allegations, her talk show went through a big ratings drop. Once The Ellen DeGeneres Show concluded in 2022, the Emmy winner led a big-hit Netflix comedy special, Relatable, where she famously said, “I was kicked out of show business.”

At the same time, the thought has previously crossed Ellen DeGeneres' mind about returning to show business despite her three-year hiatus. When asked in July about wanting to do another talk show, the Louisiana native answered that she’d love to. However, she mentioned awareness of how the landscape of television has changed, with more people looking at their phones compared to TV screens. (Also, don’t expect to hear her voice Dory the third time around in a potential Finding Nemo 3, as she said in her stand-up special, “I’m going bye-bye.”)

While the rumors about Ellen DeGeneres' aim to return to TV may not be fully legitimate, the potential success that'd come from these two women teaming up seems limitless, so I'm interested to see if either one of them speaks up about it in the near future, possibly while Aniston is promoting The Morning Show Season 4.

Jeff Bezos' wedding has been much discussed as of late. The Amazon founder threw a lavish wedding in Venice, Italy where he virtually rented out the entire city just for his wedding. Photos of the event were published by Vogue, with Bezos' bride, Lauren Sánchez, gracing the cover. Various celebrities were at the shindig, including the Kardashian-Jenner family, who were all in attendance aside from Kourtney. However, it turns out only a few members of the family were originally set to attend, before Kris Jenner took action.

Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian were the only members of the clan originally invited to the wedding, according to a source for Page Six. Reportedly, Sánchez previously had a close relationship with Kardashian and Jenner and allegedly only had a handful of interactions with the other sisters, hence the limited invite. However, it was during the Paris bachelorette party that Kris allegedly made a pitch for the family. The insider told the publication:

Wedding planning can be tricky. On one hand, despite the star-studded nature of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez event, the wedding only had a guest list of 200 people. Some many consider that a modest wedding for the average American and, considering an even as high-profile as this one, it's honestly a surprisingly small number of people. It's easy to get the feeling that couple wanted to keep things low-key when it came to the guest list, hence the limited Kardashian-Jenner invite.

Nevertheless, Kris Jenner got her wish, as she often does. The ladies looked gorgeous, as Kim Kardashian opted to sport a vintage Versace piece for the event, while sister Khloé rocked a sparkly pink Tamara Ralph Couture gown. Kendall looked ravishing in a black Tom Ford dress, but Kylie was the talk of the town when she wore a controversial Dilara Findikoglu grayish-blue dress for the event, which people argued was a bit too light of a color for a wedding. No matter the occasion, it seems like the Kardashians make a splash wherever they go.

The Kardashians weren’t alone when it came to high-profile guests. Sydney Sweeney and Brooks Nader were in attendance, along with Tom Brady, Oprah Winfrey and Leonardo DiCaprio, whose wedding date and girlfriend, Vittoria Ceretti, ripped her dress at the event.

With such a guest list, it honestly makes sense that all the Kardashians would be there. The famous clan is known for showing up at glamorous events, and the Italian wedding of an American billionaire feels like an event tailor-made for them.

It pays to have friends in high places, and when I say “high places,” I don’t mean space, where Lauren Sánchez, Katy Perry and four other women spent 11 minutes last week, and I don’t mean the kind of “high places” where Snoop Dogg and Jelly Roll celebrated 4/20. I’m talking more like high society, because following Sánchez’s trip outside of the Earth’s orbit, she received quite a pricey gift from her friends in the Kardashian-Jenner family.

Lauren Sánchez was one of the six all-woman crew to journey past the Kármán line on April 14, thanks to her fiancé Jeff Bezos and his Blue Origin company. Afterward she shared a pic to her Instagram Stories (per Page Six) that showed she’d been gifted a Judith Leiber UFO Orbiter bag from Kris Jenner, Khloé Kardashian and Kim Kardashian. The designer previously shared an image of the purse to Instagram, which you can see below:

The designer clutch purse costs $6,995, according to its product description, and is made of jet and indigo smooth crystal with star, baguette and geometric crystal detailing that’s “guaranteed to turn heads in any orbit.”

That is quite the welcome home gift!

Lauren Sánchez and Jeff Bezos are longtime friends of the reality stars (whose show The Kardashians just wrapped its sixth season on the 2025 TV schedule and can be streamed with a Hulu subscription). Sánchez has been seen at Kim Kardashian’s birthday parties and other KarJenner get-togethers, and a couple of the famous family members even made the trip to Texas to watch her voyage into space.

Kris Jenner and Khloé Kardashian stood among the crew members’ friends and family including Oprah Winfrey — who was there to support an obviously terrified Gayle King — for the launch.

Kris Jenner voiced her support for Lauren Sánchez on the Blue Origin broadcast, which was covered live by CBS and streaming with a Paramount+ subscription. She said, per Page Six:

Khloé Kardashian added that they were proud of all six women aboard who, in addition to Katy Perry, Gayle King and Lauren Sánchez, included NASA rocket scientist Aisha Bowe, civil rights activist Amanda Nguyen and film producer Kerianne Flynn. It was an emotional experience for her and her mom, Kardashian said:

Indeed it has been hard for many to understand the purpose of the historic spaceflight. Katy Perry in particular has been catching strays, including from her ex-American Idol colleague Luke Bryan, who had a hilarious take on Perry’s post-space comments. Even Wendy’s got in on the “fun” but was forced to respond to the backlash of its ribbing of the singer.

Too bad she didn’t get a $7,000 purse to help cushion the blows.

It’s been an astonishing 18 years since we first met the Kardashian-Jenner family members on their reality show, and so much has happened in that time. We’ve seen marriages, breakups, babies, intense sister feuds and one diamond earring lost in the ocean. We’ve also seen lots of plastic surgery. That’s no secret, as at least some of the uber-celebs have spoken openly about their treatments, but I hadn’t realized how much until this video swapped out their current faces with their pre-surgery looks.

A video has gone viral on Instagram showing the Kardashian-Jenner women both pre- and post-”cosmetic treatments.” A promo image from The Kardashians (whose sixth season just wrapped on the 2025 TV schedule and can be streamed with a Hulu subscription) shows the five sisters and matriarch Kris Jenner in their current facial states. A wand is waved over them, one-by-one, showing what they used to look like, and the changes are pretty drastic! Check it out:

Some of these transformations are more surprising than others. Khloé Kardashian, for instance, has made no secret of how much she loves her nose job, and she’s also admitted to getting fillers. Kylie Jenner’s lips, as well, have been highly publicized for over a decade, as she started getting lip filler (and lying about it) at 16. It’s somewhat hard for me to tell what changes are natural and which are cosmetic because of how young she was in her “before” photo!

The same goes for Kendall Jenner, who has denied having any plastic surgery in the past, crediting makeup for any looks that appear to feature that full Kylie pout. Both of the Jenner sisters were pre-teens when Keeping Up with the Kardashians premiered, so I probably shouldn’t be so shocked at Kendall’s current look.

Kourtney Kardashian — the oldest of the sisters — also surprised me, not just because her face has changed so much despite her own cosmetic surgery denials, but because she seems the least likely of her sisters to care about that kind of thing. While she has admitted to getting (and regretting) breast implants, she also clapped back when a fan accused her of getting Botox, a nose job, Brazilian butt lift and more.

Then there’s Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner, who have obviously had some help. Kim even joked about it in her Saturday Night Live monologue, saying she was more than “the reference photo my sisters show their plastic surgeons.”

While Kim hasn’t actually admitted to much more than Botox, momager Kris Jenner is very open about her procedures and has even talked about them on the family’s reality shows. She’s had her breasts done and gotten facelifts, Botox, fillers, a laser earlobe reduction, etc.

We know the Kardashian-Jenners have likely all had at least a little work done, given traditional beauty standards and the fact that they have the means to do so, but it is wild to see in this video just how much they’ve changed.

As I said earlier, some of that is due to the passage of time — not to mention different makeup techniques — and I feel it’s only fair to point out that the “after” picture used from The Kardashians is probably photoshopped itself, which would only amplify the perceived changes.

Once again, Kim Kardashian has found herself at odds with one of her sisters. The SKIMS boss’ feud with Kourtney dominated past seasons of their reality show (which you can stream with a Hulu subscription). However, this season, Khloé had strong words for how Kim handled her children traveling to China with their dad, calling her “two-faced” and reminding her how she yelled at Khloé for the same thing on a previous getaway.

Things got intense when the penultimate episode of The Kardashians Season 6 hit the 2025 TV schedule. In “We’re Going Camping!,” Kim, Khloé and their mom Kris Jenner took a camper to Joshua Tree, and Kim spent much of their trip Facetiming with a jet-lagged North, who was with her siblings in China with Kanye West. This wouldn’t have been an issue, except that Kim had yelled at Khloé for talking to her own children on a different trip. In case her older sis had forgotten, Khloé said:

Khloé Kardashian pointed out that she kept her conversations with daughter True short because she didn’t want to be rude. Kim quickly went on the defensive, telling producers that Khloé would never allow her two kids to leave the country without her. She told her sister:

However, after that even Kris Jenner took Khloé’s side. She said it was “the pot calling the kettle black” as she pointed out to Kim:

It wasn’t that Kim was talking to her children that was the problem, Khloé said — it was how mad Kim had gotten angry with her on that previous vacation. The episode flashed back to the mom of four yelling at Khloé to “Get away from your kids. Live your fucking life!”

Khloé said there was a difference between the two situations:

I can see how having your children traveling in another country would be stressful — not to mention the dispute over North that Kim’s had with her ex-husband and the fact that Kanye West has claimed he didn’t want to have children with her — so I sympathize with Kim Kardashian grappling with the sad parts of motherhood. However, I think Khloé was justified in calling her sister out for how she treated her in the past.

Dealing with a parent’s will is something all kids have to think about, which means they also have to consider what they’ll inherit. However, it’s wild to think about conversations like this happening with famous families like the Kardashians. Well, it turns out some of the siblings know what they want from Kris Jenner already, and Khloé Kardashian specifically revealed what she and Kim are hoping to get in their mother’s will.

Now, you might be wondering, ‘How did this even come up in conversation?’ Well, during an episode of Khloé in Wonder Land, the Kardashian was chatting with party planner Mindy Weiss about working on events with everyone in the famous family (I wonder if she planned Chicago’s 7th birthday recently?). The planner explained that she always wants to use Kris Jenner’s personal dishes for the momager’s events, but typically isn’t allowed (except for Christmas). After she finished gushing about her client's cabinets of dishes, Khloé humerously said:

The diamonds - those make sense. I imagine each Kardashian has a collection of jewelry that’s to die for, but it’d make sense if Kris’ is the best. Plus, with Kim being a momager now too, I’d say she’s starting to walk a mile in her own mom’s shoes and deserves to wear those diamonds as well. Plus, jewelry seems like a typical item to request in a will.

Now, as for Khloé’s request, she wants what’s in the kitchen, not the closet. I would never have doubted the level of lavishness of these dishes. However, for the Kardashian sister to request them in the will, they must be extra special. Considering Khloé’s decorating abilities, though, I can’t say I’m shocked she wants them.

Weiss reiterated just how special these items are, too. Using another dramatic and humerous explanation to describe just how incredible Kris Jenner’s dish collection is, the party planner said:

OK, so, I need The Kardashians to incorporate a dish cabinet tour into an episode on the 2025 TV schedule, please, and thank you. If they’re will-worthy and “better than sex,” Kris’ collection must be seriously iconic.

Overall, while an odd topic to talk about and maybe slightly morbid, it’s interesting to hear what Kim and Khloé would like to inherit from their mother. However, I doubt they’ll be getting those items for a very long time as Kris Jenner is only 69 years old and clearly thriving personally and professionally.

Hailey and Justin Bieber have been affiliated with the Kardashian-Jenners for years — from Kendall breaking laws with Hailey at pilates and Kylie getting involved in “Eyebrowgate” to rumors about hookups between Kourtney and Justin. Now, it sounds like Kris Jenner might want to make the connection more official. There’s a wild rumor that the momager wants Justin to join The Kardashians, and I honestly don’t hate the idea.

The Kardashians Season 6 premiered recently on the 2025 TV schedule, but rumors that the show could be facing cancellation amidst Kim Kardashian’s ever-growing number of commitments has allegedly been plaguing the matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner family. According to a source for RadarOnline, Kris Jenner sees a mutually beneficial opportunity in bringing Justin Bieber onto the show. The alleged insider said:

Justin Bieber has hinted on social media about struggles he’s faced over the past year, posting about faith and the “enemy” sent to destroy and steal. His past friendship with P. Diddy began making headlines again when the music mogul was arrested in September, and he hasn’t been able to escape rumors that he and wife Hailey are experiencing troubles in paradise.

According to Radar’s source, Kris Jenner thinks that she can help the longtime family friend, while he would provide a boost to The Kardashians’ ratings. The insider continued:

It’s kind of gross to think that Kris Jenner might be using someone’s personal struggles to boost ratings for her family’s series, but as for Justin Bieber possibly joining the “cast,” I kind of like that idea. I’m sure fans would love to see him getting some parenting advice from Kris or taking his wife to get dinner with Kendall and Kylie.

While Hailey Bieber made a cameo on Season 1 of The Kardashians (available to stream with a Hulu subscription), Justin Bieber has never appeared on either of the family’s reality shows. He and Kourtney Kardashian, however, made guest appearances as themselves on the same 2020 episode of Dave.

We can’t be sure how concerned Kris Jenner actually is that Kim Kardashian’s movie career will hurt the show, but we do know that Justin Bieber has been fighting public scrutiny about issues in his life for some months now. Maybe using his friends’ series to clear up a few things on his own terms isn’t such a bad idea.

It was pretty obvious early on that North West was destined for fame. The fact that her parents are Kim Kardashian and Kanye West is a big tipping-off point, but even as a toddler North was making headlines for yelling at the paparazzi, and not too long after that, she went viral for roasting her mother’s fake influencer voice. As a new season of The Kardashians has premiered on the 2025 TV schedule, it seems the momager torch has officially been passed.

As unsurprising as it is to see North West searching for her own corner of fame at the ripe old age of 11, it’s equally unsurprising that Kim Kardashian has chosen to take on the role of manager for North’s projects. Kim got honest about how hard it is to add her daughter’s opportunities to her already-busy schedule in a candid conversation on The Kardashians with her own momager Kris Jenner, as Kim said:

It’s true that Kris Jenner put in tons of work to help her daughter climb to the heights of fame and fortune that Kim Kardashian has reached. The difference, however, is that Kim is still reaching for new heights in her own career as she takes on North’s. In addition to her $4 billion SKIMS business, Kim is breaking into acting, working on prison reform and raising her four children (apparently without much help from Kanye West).

Kim Kardashian said in The Kardashians episode (available to stream with a Hulu subscription) that she also wants to make sure her 11-year-old daughter still takes time to enjoy her childhood before jumping into the life of nonstop hustling that the American Horror Stories: Delicate actress has built for herself. Kim said:

I understand the criticism, but I also think it’s good that Kim Kardashian is at least voicing that she understands the need for balance in North West’s life. Also, if it really does come down to choosing between her own commitments and North’s, I don’t think we have to worry about the tween getting overbooked, if you know what I mean. Kim has a lot of world left to conquer before fading into the background to earn her 10%.

Some might say it’s been beaten to death, milked for every last penny. Well, there’s a new player in town. who could be here to prove that statement is wrong. And, if I can support anyone being introduced as another option the Chris v. Chris debate, it’s Kris Jenner, who recently appeared in a fun video.

In the year 2025, seeing Chris Hemsworth and Chris Pratt together is nothing new, although I will never get tired of this duo’s chemistry. The most recent Avengers movies as well as Thor: Love and Thunder proved they have elite banter and the best of the Chris friendships. However, in a Chris-centric clip posted to Instagram, seemingly ushered in the aforementioned newcomer from Calabasas, and I'm so here for it:

Based on this video, some people might be thinking this means the Kardashians cast member is joining the MCU. That’s a fair assumption given 3 out of 4 of the famous Hollywood Chris-es have played Marvel heroes. While I wouldn’t put it past Marvel to give the famous media personality a cameo, this is sadly not the case.

The same-name celebrities were recruited for a commercial that aired during the Grammys this past Sunday. In the commercial, all three sport Ray-ban’s new Meta intelligent glasses, aiding the two Chris-es in a hilarious accidental hijinks, until they are caught red-handed by Kris Jenner. Of course, she makes the most of her screentime with a banger of a kicker line. Take a look:

Clearly, this is a nod to the Hollywood Chris debate and, if I had a dollar for every time two Chris-es collaborated for PR, I could take a tropical vacation. However, it’s been a while since a new namesake was introduced, so I have to give props to Ray-ban for dreaming this one up. Now that the mother of five has been added to the mix, I believe she must stay for several reasons, and the other Chris-es have never dealt with a competitor quite like Kris Jenner.

As fans who watched years of KUWTK know, the Kardashian-Jenner family matriarch doesn’t mess around when it comes to her family. She’s fiercely protective, yet she also knows when to check her kid’s attitudes. Raising a family of reality stars could not have been easy, which is why fans said she could give Otto Hightower from House of The Dragon a run for his money as HBIC. This famous Kris is more than a mother, as she's also a savvy entrepreneur, who's helped her family build an empire worth nearly $3 billion.

Not to mention, she herself is an icon, appearing in multiple commercials like this one, and videos like Ariana Grande’s "Thank You, Next" and Meghan Trainor’s "Mother" music video. Needless to say, this woman has become a true pop culture staple.

Don't get me wrong, Chris Pine, Chris Evans, Chris Pratt and Chris Hemsworth all have their charms and have put in great performances. However, I'd like to think that there are plenty of people who'd agree with me when saying that Kris Jenner should be added to this never-ending discussion on the Chris-es. She's worked her ass off to get where she is. They say the devil works hard, but Kris Jenner works harder. For that reason, she’s earned herself a place on this list.

As the cast reunited for the premiere at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on December 10, attendees reported to DeuxMoi that Kylie Jenner was there to support her actor boyfriend, along with her mother Kris Jenner. According to the gossip site’s Instagram:

A second source appeared to confirm that Kylie and Kris Jenner were in attendance “for Timmy.” Despite Timothée Chalamet and Kylie’s relationship being kept off of social media, she has shown public support for him several times over the past couple of years.

She accompanied him to the Saturday Night Live afterparty when he guest-hosted in November 2023. A year ago she was seen sneaking into his premiere of Wonka, and who can forget when cameras caught them kissing at the Golden Globes in January?

Kylie Jenner did raise some eyebrows, however, back in February, when she was absent from her boyfriend’s Dune: Part Two premiere, despite reports that she was in New York, where the event was held. Things certainly seemed to be on track for the couple this week, though, as following the A Complete Unknown premiere, the couple apparently kept the party going.

While Kylie Jenner did attend the premiere, she and her mother reportedly skipped the red carpet and met up with Timothée Chalamet at the afterparty. The couple were “pretty affectionate with each other,” OK!’s sources report, packing on the PDA as guests filed into the venue. As things got more crowded, they did less kissing and more mingling, allegedly socializing with the other stars of A Complete Unknown. They later left the party hand-in-hand.

The pair have often opted for low-key date nights at home over public outings, but when they do step out, they don’t seem to try to hide their romance. When the Call Me by Your Name star was first seen out with Kim Kardashian’s little sister, they were seen kissing during a Beyoncé concert, and soon after that, they spent the whole day making out at the U.S. Open.

Those occurrences are rare, though, and the swaths of time that pass between each sighting inevitably leads to breakup rumors. However, those who watch The Kardashians (streaming with a Hulu subscription) may remember that both the mom-to-be and Travis Barker got COVID and were unable to celebrate with the rest of their friends and family. This time around, though, they did, and even better — they got to do it with little Rocky XIII, as Kourtney showed on Instagram:

Fans were wishing Rocky happy birthday and marveling at how a year has already passed since the youngest member of the Kar-Jenner clan came into the world. In a nod to Rocky XIII Barker’s name, the matriarch enlisted the help of another famous Rocky — Sylvester Stallone — to craft a memorable keepsake. Travis Barker clearly loved the “special” gift from his mother-in-law, and it really was a thoughtful gesture, since the movie Rocky was definitely part of the inspiration for the moniker (which Barker even said, back when his daughter Alabama roasted him for the “bad” name choice).

In my opinion, the fact that it will be years before Rocky XIII understands the significance of the letter from Sylvester Stallone makes no difference. This is such a grandparent move to get a gift that serves as an heirloom and has personalized meaning. Would we expect anything less from Kris Jenner?

According to a source for Radar, she’s not ready to give that up, but it may not be her call. The insider alleges:

While the reality TV world has been good to Kris Jenner’s family (and that may be the understatement of the year), I can see why she might be “petrified,” as the insider allegedly suggests, to lose the medium that launched her daughters into the careers they hold today.

However, with seasons already being reduced to 10 episodes for Hulu — a huge decrease from the family’s seemingly constant presence on E! — and airing months after they’re filmed, one has to wonder how much stock Jenner continues to hold in that piece of their identity. However much that is, the source reports that some of her children would be OK moving on. The insider continued:

This isn’t the first report to suggest that Kris Jenner is concerned that the writing is on the wall for their reality TV careers. With Kim Kardashian making her big move into acting over the past year, it definitely seems like The Kardashians is on a lower rung of her priority ladder. Since making her acting debut on American Horror Story: Delicate, Kardashian has signed on to executive produce and star in two films, and she’ll lead the upcoming Ryan Murphy courtroom drama All’s Fair, which will also air on Hulu.

All of that — on top of being a mom of four children, of course — is a huge time commitment, and some reports suggest Kris Jenner is worried that The Kardashians wouldn’t survive without Kim Kardashian as its anchor.

There are a number of streaming shows on the list of 2024 TV cancellations, and rising subscription prices and ad tiers are signs of struggles for those platforms. However, it’s simply hard to imagine a world without The Kardashians on reality TV.

If that day is coming, it doesn’t look like it’s coming soon anyway, with THR reporting in July that Hulu ordered 20 more episodes of Kim Kardashian and her fam, presumably making up a sixth and seventh season that have yet to hit the TV schedule.

Her acting debut on American Horror Story: Delicate was well-received by many fans (though, admittedly, not everyone was sold), and she’s since followed that up with the announcement of several new projects. How does she handle it all? That’s something that her mom Kris Jenner is apparently wondering, too, as an insider explained why the famous momager is allegedly worried about their Hulu series.

Kim Kardashian kept the ball rolling after her role on AHS, signing on to produce and star in the comedy The 5th Wheel and an as-yet-untitled thriller. Then, on The Kardashians (available to stream with a Hulu subscription), Ryan Murphy asked if she was interested in starring in her own drama, and All’s Fair was born. While Kris Jenner is no doubt elated for her daughter’s success, a source tells Life&Style that she’s also worried Kim’s busy schedule could mean the end of their reality show. According to the insider:

Kris Jenner is often at least one step ahead when it comes to ensuring her family stays relevant (Kylie Jenner even revealed why her mom was adamant about the show’s title), so one can see how she might have been planning for the future when she moved their reality show from E! to Hulu. But after Keeping Up with the Kardashians ran for 20 seasons on cable, the insider suggests that a significantly shorter run would be considered a failure to Kris Jenner.

So would the other members of the Kardashian-Jenner family be able to compensate for Kim Kardashian’s absence? The source said:

So the insider said Kim Kardashian’s busy schedule allegedly could be responsible for The Kardashians’ short seasons (that air months after filming, at that), but that’s a sacrifice that Kris Jenner is apparently willing to make.

It’s ironic, too, that All’s Fair — another Hulu series — could theoretically be the one that dooms the reality TV family’s show. It seems like everyone involved would do whatever it takes to make sure both thrive. The source continued:

Assuming the source is correct about the matriarch’s concerns, is Kim Kardashian’s new Hulu series an actual threat to The Kardashians, or is Kris Jenner just thinking 10 steps ahead in order to ward off any roadblocks in the way of her family’s continued fame? You can’t talk about reality television without the Kardashian-Jenner family coming to mind. Kim Kardashian and her siblings skyrocketed to fame after the launch of Keeping Up with the Kardashians in 2007, and to this day they remain on the 2024 TV schedule and are among the most recognizable celebrities in the world. Kylie Jenner remembers the day her mom Kris informed her and her siblings about the show, and it turns out she and sister Kendall took issue with the name (but not for the reason you might think). Either way, the title of the show was non-negotiable to Kris Jenner, and Kylie explained why.

Kylie Jenner was 9 years old when the cameras started rolling on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. She opened up to British Vogue about her upbringing, admitting that she doesn’t remember a time before their house was filled with lights and cameras, and paparazzi hounded her on the street. What she does recall, though, was having an issue with the E! reality show’s name. Kylie said:

There’s definitely a part of me that always wondered how Kendall and Kylie Jenner felt about their name not being part of the show and having to live under the “Kardashian” umbrella, especially with Kendall identifying more with the Jenner side of her family. But it turns out it was the length of the title — not the "Kardashian" aspect — that gave the Jenner sisters pause.

Leave it to Kris Jenner, though, to be thinking 10 steps ahead about ensuring Kim Kardashian’s — and the others, too, of course — longevity in the pop culture realm. The title of the reality show might seem like a very specific hill to die on, but consider this: Not long before KUWTK, two of Kris’ stepsons, Brandon and Brody Jenner, starred on The Princes of Malibu. That reality show didn’t last long, but with a title like that, how easy would it have been to replace the Jenners with another well-to-do Southern California family?

I, of course, have no idea if that thought was anywhere near Kris Jenner’s mind when she went to battle for Keeping Up with the Kardashians, but I can see and appreciate exactly how brilliant the move was.

For one thing, I fully agree with Kylie and Kendall Jenner that Keeping Up with the Kardashians is a mouthful, but that’s part of the genius — it’s memorable. And just as much as having “Kardashian” in the name of the show secured the family’s place as its stars, it also kept their name in everybody’s mouths.

These days there are no gimmicks needed to keep the Kardashians and Jenners relevant, and their current series on Hulu has mercifully been shortened to simply The Kardashians. Because when it comes to one of the most famous families on the planet, that’s literally all you need to say.

We’ve been hearing rumors about the reality star and actor dating for about a year now, and there’s only been a few instances of them publicly displaying their relationship – like the time they kissed at the Golden Globes. It would 100% be a viral moment, and the insider is claiming that Kris wants to capitalize on it. However, Kylie does not want that, as this person alleged:

Earlier, the source claimed that the relationship is working in part because “Kylie is not putting ultimatums on” Chalamet to be on The Kardashians. And so far, it has worked. While the Kardashian/Jenners have had their partners featured on the show, so far, the Dune star has not appeared. Overall, that seems to be a good thing as the source continued their claim:

The source went on to say that the Call Me By Your Name star wants to “focus all his attention away from work on her,” and overall it seems like they’re committed to this relationship working.

Keeping things low-key has also probably helped quell the rumor mill that surrounds Kylie Jenner and Chalamet. Other than seeing the makeup mogul and Little Women star hanging out from time to time, we really don’t know much about their relationship and it sounds like they want it to stay that way.

Despite Kris Jenner’s alleged wants for the reality show, it would appear that Kylie and Timothée will continue to keep things under the radar.

Considering the fact that both Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet are certified A-listers, there has been a lot of attention on them and rumors about their relationship. It makes sense that they don’t want to “make it more of a spectacle than it already is,” and it will be interesting to see if that impacts The Kardashians and specifically Kylie’s relationship with Kris.

Only time will tell, and if Kylie and Timothée stay together for the foreseeable future, it will be interesting to see if he makes a cameo on The Kardashians. But, it sounds like the chances of that happening are slim to none based on what this source said.

You know, when House of the Dragon returned on the 2024 TV schedule, the last show I expected to compare it to was The Kardashians. However, here we are. We’re talking about the similarities between Otto Hightower and Kris Jenner now, and the thing is, the fans who pointed this out are hilariously on point.

Yes, you read that correctly, following the second episode of Season 2 – which saw Otto trying to work his PR magic to save the Greens following the death of Rhaenyra’s son in the Season 1 finale and the assassination of Aegon and Helaena’s kid in the Season 2 premiere – the man is being compared to Kris Jenner. The parents really work around the clock to build an empire, and in Otto’s case, he was using the death of his son’s child to make The Greens look better amid the impending civil war. So, I think @_AngelicaJ9 was pretty on point when they posted this:

Otto Hightower is collected and calculated, which is pretty similar to how Kris Jenner runs her show. And while the Kardashians’ mother is not dealing with murder and war crimes to build up her empire with her kids, the creative way she goes about managing is not totally dissimilar to the former hand of the king, as @itshelenwhat posted:

Also, like Kris Jenner, Otto’s whole business involves his family. His empire has been carefully constructed because of how he’s positioned his daughter in the castle and his relationships with his grandchildren. To that point, I think @Targ_Nation made a hilariously great point when they posted:

Otto Hightower really was working all the PR angles in this episode, and sadly for him, it didn’t work out. His erratic grandson ended up firing him and hiring the hated Ser Criston Cole as his hand. One fan made the connection between Rhys Ifans' character and the Jenner-Kardashian matriarch by posting this amazing GIF from Otto’s conversation with Aegon:

Now, with Otto out as hand to the king, it’s unclear what his next move will be. However, one thing is for sure, he’s going to work really hard to scheme his way back to the top and use his A+ managing skills to reclaim power. Will it work? I don’t know. With Ser Criston Cole being a major wild card in the show now and the man who took Otto’s job, I imagine Alicent’s father will be coming for him. He’s a master at manipulating his kids and ultimately scheming to get what he wants. Like Kris Jenner’s kids, the Targaryens’ seem like a wild bunch who can be hard to manage, however, she makes it happen and Otto will too.

When we last saw Scott Disick on The Kardashians, he was still suffering from injuries sustained when he flipped his vehicle in a 2022 car wreck. It sounds like Scott Disick is more than aware of some of the harsher theories circulating about him online, with many fans aware that he’s struggled with substance abuse in the past. While Khloé Kardashian hasn’t had to deal with those types of rumors, she can absolutely relate to people commenting on her weight. 

Kim and Kourtney’s younger sister has struggled with the way fans and the media have talked about her looks over the years, calling her “the fat sister” or “the ugly sister.” When she finally did something about it, the narrative changed, and then people were concerned she’d gotten too skinny.

That seems to be what’s happening to Kourtney Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend, especially after a recent episode of their reality show featured a look inside Scott Disick’s refrigerator.

Fans Think They Spot Weight Loss Medication In Fridge As Kris And Khloé Share Thoughts

In The Kardashians episode "This is Going to be Really Hot Tea," Scott Disick opened his fridge to show Khloé Kardashian proof of his healthier lifestyle, and in the door fans noticed that there appeared to be two boxes of Mounjaro, an injectable medication used by people with Type 2 diabetes and/or weight loss. 

Scott Disick has not publicly said he’s taking medication for weight loss — and there are certainly some fan theories regarding the meds in his fridge — but it’s possible that this helps to explain his quick transformation. Kris Jenner had glowing things to say about the father of three of her grandchildren, as she told Disick he looked great. She later noted in a confessional how much he’s struggled in the past year. 

Khloé Kardashian, meanwhile, was more cautious with her praise, as she said:

It’s obvious that he’s lost a lot of weight fairly quickly, and all fans can do is hope that he’s doing that in a healthy way. Reality TV watchers saw fandoms collide in 2023, when Kris Jenner made a virtual appearance on The Golden Bachelor to shout-out her doppelgänger Susan Noles, telling her and the rest of the contestants that they were an inspiration to the Kardashian-Jenner family. New information from Gerry Turner now suggests that the Hulu stars were even more invested — or at least informed — in The Bachelor spinoff than we all may have realized. It turns out Kendall Jenner got the scoop on how Gerry’s season ended way before the rest of us did.

Gerry Turner is set to make an appearance on an upcoming episode of the famous family’s reality show (proving just how dated The Kardashians is), and a preview shows Kendall Jenner saying she had happened upon some information she wasn't supposed to have. According to TMZ, what we’re going to find out in “This Is Going to Be Really Hot Tea” (which can be streamed starting June 6 with a Hulu subscription) is how Kendall spoiled The Golden Bachelor for herself.

So how did it all go down? TMZ supposedly talked to Gerry Turner himself, who detailed a dinner party that included a screening of The Golden Bachelor in Kris Jenner’s home theater. He reportedly described the family as warm, elegant and gracious, saying they were all too eager to give his daughter Angie Turner a call after learning that she was a huge fan. That was apparently where the big information leak happened.

Within the first five minutes of their evening together, Kris and Kendall Jenner supposedly grabbed Gerry Turner’s phone to call his daughter, and as they scrolled through his contacts, they stumbled on the photo and phone number of one Theresa Nist. At the time of this dinner party (October 2023), only a few episodes of The Golden Bachelor had aired — including Gerry and Theresa’s fateful first one-on-one date — so it was pretty obvious to the Jenners that Theresa was the one who would become engaged to Gerry.

I have to wonder how many people in the KarJenners’ inner circle were clued in to how The Golden Bachelor would end. Either way, though, it’s no surprise that Kendall and Kris Jenner were able to keep the spoiler a secret from the general public. 

It’s unknown if Gerry Turner has continued to keep up with the Kardashians in the more tumultuous months that followed their meet-up. After getting engaged on the dating show’s season finale, he and Theresa Nist tied the knot in a live and unhinged wedding special on ABC before announcing their divorce just three months later.

When Hulu announced in 2021 that the Kardashian-Jenner family would be moving to streaming to continue their domination of reality TV after 20 seasons of Keeping Up with the Kardashians on E!, one of the notable differences was supposed to be a quicker turnaround between filming and air date. As Season 5 of The Kardashians kicked off for fans with a Hulu subscription this week, that still hasn’t turned out to be the case, and I’m finding it increasingly frustrating how dated the show feels. One plotline this season in particular makes that flaw glaringly apparent, and it has to do with The Golden Bachelor.  

Gerry Turner’s Appearance On The Kardashians Highlights How Long Ago Filming Happened 

The Kardashians’ Season 5 premiere, “Welcome to My Mind” showed Kris Jenner, Kendall Jenner and Kim Kardashian gushing over how excited they were to watch The Golden Bachelor. They were at Paris Fashion Week at the time, which was held the last week of September 2023, so that lines up with the September 28 premiere of Gerry Turner’s season. In the preview for what’s to come on the Hulu reality show, it’s revealed that the 72-year-old retiree is set to make an appearance this season.

It looks like The Kardashians is running about eight months behind real time, and Gerry Turner’s appearance on the show just highlights how outdated it is. The Golden Bachelor’s first lead has unfortunately lost some of his shine since we first met him, especially after he and Theresa Nist announced their divorce. That’s right, since that scene was filmed for The Kardashians — and keep in mind, it hasn’t even aired yet — Gerry Turner has gotten engaged, married and ended that marriage in that time. (Although I suppose that says as much about the Bachelor Nation franchise as it does about the Hulu show.)

It also doesn’t help that we already knew this meeting took place because it was all over Instagram back in October, and Kris Jenner even made a virtual appearance on a November episode of The Golden Bachelor with a special message for her look-alike Susan Noles. 

The Kardashians Shows Us So Much Of What We Already Know 

Obviously all The Golden Bachelor talk wasn’t the only part of the episode that highlighted how dated the show is. Another big plot in “Welcome to My Mind” was Kourtney Kardashian’s baby shower for Rocky, who is now around 6 months old. This is just something we’ve seen time and time again over the series’ previous seasons.

When The Kardashians debuted back in 2022, we all knew by then about Tristan Thompson’s paternity scandal. Fans even picked up on a hilarious moment in the series premiere that appeared to show the NBA player thinking he’d been caught cheating. However, the show continued to depict him as a changed man and good partner to Khloé Kardashian until their breakup was finally revealed in the season finale. 

In addition to that, Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson’s entire nine-month relationship had run its course by the time The Kardashians caught up and the SNL alum made his first appearance.

It’s practically a scientifically proven fact that we can’t get enough of the Kardashian-Jenner family, and fans are tuning into the Hulu show to get an inside look into the events of their lives. However, things like Gerry Turner’s guest appearance that come so long after the height of his popularity make the influential family's show feel kind of irrelevant.

New episodes of The Kardashians air on Hulu each Thursday. 

Kim Kardashian and her sisters showed off plenty of beachy looks last week when they vacationed in Turks and Caicos, with Khloé showing off the gorgeous views in a nude swimsuit and Kourtney using the opportunity to troll the SKIMS boss for that viral earring moment. Kim may be back on dry land now, as she stepped out with her mother Kris Jenner on April 13, but she kept the ocean vibes with a wet hair look to complement her gorgeous white gown.

The Kardashians stars hit the red carpet for the Breakthrough Prize ceremony in Los Angeles, where some of Hollywood’s biggest names helped to honor recent scientific breakthroughs. Kim Kardashian was presenting at the awards ceremony, but she didn’t look like she was quite ready to leave behind the vacay vibes, allowing her long, wet hair to fall in her face and over her bare shoulders. 

Kim Kardashian wore a skin-tight, floor-length white gown that featured a criss-cross halter-top neckline and cutouts on the sides and waist. The back of the textured dress was open, and the mom of four completed the look with clear platform heels and long black nails that could have been a nod to her American Horror Story character’s witchy turn.

Kris Jenner joined her second-oldest daughter at the event, held at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, and she was the yin to Kim Kardashian’s yang in a gorgeous black suit featuring a jacket with flared waist and sleeves, floor-length black skirt and a sheer blouse underneath with black bra.

White seems to be Kim Kardashian’s go-to choice for the red carpet these days, as the last time we saw her — at the Academy Awards afterparty in March — she also kept the color palette light. That look was all about the structured neckline, with the Balenciaga gown boasting an angled front that gave the actress a striking silhouette.

The wet hair look at this event, though, actually looked very similar to photos she shared from her tropical getaway, except for the fact that she left the cowboy hat at home this time around. Fans couldn’t stop comparing Kim Kardashian to Beyoncé, as the Hulu star referenced the Cowboy Carter hit “Texas Hold 'Em” in her caption as she showed off a Western-wear look.

Given how ready the Kardashian-Jenner family seems to be for summer, it’s actually pretty fitting that Kim Kardashian would sport this sultry hairstyle. Kylie Jenner had already donned her black bikini weeks before her older sisters hit the sands of Turks and Caicos. Come to think of it, sand was also a big part of the preview for The Kardashians’ upcoming fifth season, with fans feeling the Dune vibes and Kourtney Kardashian flaunting the wet hair look.

This certainly seems to be a popular look for the fashionistas right now, and we’ll have to see if these trends continue into the summer. Of course I’m talking about the time Kim lost her diamond earring in the ocean, and after Kourtney Kardashian recently trolled her over it again on social media, their mom Kris Jenner chimed in with an A+ burn of her own.

The Kardashian sisters recently enjoyed a getaway to Turks and Caicos, where Khloé showed off some spectacular views in a nude swimsuit and Kim was in full Beyoncé mode. Kourtney Kardashian, meanwhile, woke up and chose violence on Instagram, posting a couple of pics from the waist-deep waters, referencing Kim’s viral earring moment. See for yourself: 

If you’ve somehow gotten this far in life without witnessing Kim Kardashian’s freakout on a 2011 episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, what happened was the reality star was vacationing with her family and then-fiancé Kris Humphries. The NBA star threw Kim into the water, knocking out a $75,000 earring, which prompted one of her most famous ugly cry-face scenes.

The chaos also prompted what has become one of the most iconic lines from the Kardashian-Jenner family’s time on television, when Kourtney Kardashian tried to put the situation into perspective for Kim. Kris Jenner was all over it in her oldest daughter’s recent post, throwing back to Kourtney’s deadpan quote by commenting: 

Wow, score one for the momager! Kris Jenner’s comment had garnered more than 137,000 likes as of this writing, proving that over a decade later, teasing Kim Kardashian over this moment has not gotten old. Kim may not agree with that sentiment, however, given the reaction she had last year when a fan asked about the earring in the comments of a video of her wakeboarding. The SKIMS boss said (via People): 

That’s because it’s hilarious, Kim! Some stories are so good they bear repeating over and over again. Kourtney Kardashian has ensured the viral moment lives in infamy, even referencing it on napkins that showed up in a post about nut milk. Kim Kardashian’s oldest daughter North also included it in a TikTok video she posted, in which she trolled her mom over her most viral moments.

The relationship between Ryan Seacrest and the Kardashian-Jenner family goes way back, and it was, in fact, the American Idol host who helped them land Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which impacted the entire reality landscape. But even for someone who knew them before they were famous, it’s safe to say that anybody would want to be on their best behavior when invited into Kris Jenner’s home. Unfortunately for Seacrest, however, he’s got quite the story about clogging the toilet at Kendall Jenner’s graduation party — and the lengths he almost went to to avoid a disaster.

Ryan Seacrest has recalled the embarrassing moment several times over the years, with the first time apparently being a 2019 episode of Live with Kelly and Ryan. The host set the scene by explaining that Kris Jenner has an electronic toilet in her bathroom, which is decorated in all black, from the walls to the floors and the toilet itself. That apparently made it hard to find the already-elusive flush button. Seacrest explained:  

He felt around and ultimately said he found the flush button, except when he pressed it, “the software was messed up,” the water began to rise. He continued: 

I simply cannot imagine the horror of being in Kris Jenner’s house and watching the water rise after trying to flush the toilet. Time is of the essence, too, because you have to figure out how not to let the toilet overflow in just a matter of seconds. I cannot blame Ryan Seacrest for at least having the passing thought that he may have to get hands-on with the situation (even if the thought does make me shudder). 

Thankfully, though, there was no overflow, and when Kelly Ripa asked her co-host what he did about the clog, Ryan Seacrest responded simply: 

As horrified as I am for the surprise that awaited the Kardashians’ cleaning service, I also completely understand Ryan Seacrest wanting to flee the scene as quickly and quietly as possible following the bathroom snafu. Hopefully he made up for it with a nice graduation gift for Kendall Jenner.

Robert Kardashian passed away in 2003 — years before his four children Kourtney, Kim, Khloé and Rob skyrocketed to fame on E!’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians — but his presence has always been felt nonetheless. Numerous home videos that were captured by the Kardashian patriarch have been shown on their reality series, and in honor of what would have been his 80th birthday, the now-Hulu stars paid tribute to Robert by sharing even more throwback photos from their childhood. 

Kim Kardashian’s father was famous in his own right, stepping into the national spotlight as part of O.J. Simpson’s legal team during the infamous 1995 murder trial. Robert died of esophageal cancer at the age of 59, and more than 20 years later, his children continue to honor their father each February 22. Khloé Kardashian posted a slideshow of images as she said she’s chosen to be thankful for the 19 years she got with him rather than be sad. You can see her pics below:

Kourtney Kardashian, the oldest of the Kardashian-Jenner siblings, also posted a couple of photos of her with her dad. She fondly recalled their movie nights and how Robert made everything they did together fun. Her Instagram tribute read:

The overflowing of love continued from Kim Kardashian, who lamented the fact that Robert Kardashian never got to meet his grandchildren and said she doesn’t take the memories that they created for granted. The SKIMS boss shared an old pic of her, Khloé and Robert hitting the slopes:

Rob Kardashian said he still misses his father, with Khloé weighing in on her brother’s Instagram tribute to, “Look for his signs” that their dad is with them every day. Rob wrote: 

Despite the fact that Kris Jenner and Robert Kardashian were divorced at the time of his death, the famous momager has never had anything but kind words to say about her ex-husband, and she also posted on Instagram Stories a vintage portrait of their family of six, as she told Robert how proud he would be if he could see their kids now: 

The pain of losing a parent can be something that never quite goes away, and the Kardashian kids have opened up several times over the years about how they were affected by Robert’s death. There’s no arguing what an important figure he was in their lives, and it’s sweet to see such heartfelt tributes and cute throwback pics in honor of his 80th birthday.

Ashley Greer, a florist and owner of the D.C.-based Atelier Ashley Flowers— the bloom-focused brain behind the Obama's famous White House Christmas trees —sat down with People to run the numbers on the Kardashians' Christmas decorations, and the results are jaws dropping. 

Kim Kardashian Spends A Fortune On Christmas Lights

Given that Kim Kardashian is a veritable billionaire, girlfriend has plenty of wiggle room in that budget. Good thing, too, because according to Greer, the SKIMS mogul is dropping a cool $10,000 for Christmas decorations. A good portion of that budget apparently goes to loads of lights—"a minimum of 200 strands of 200 lights," Greer estimated — that festoon the mega-star's $60 million mansion in Hidden Hills, California. 

How Much Does Khloé Kardashian's Tree Cost?

In her deep dive on Khloé K's Christmas tree, Greer estimates that the Good American founder spent about $12,000 her the real tree, which the florist says is decorated in hundreds of "designer baubles that range in price from $5 to $45-plus."

Much like her family, this Kardashian sister loves to go all out for the holidays, and we love to see it.

What Did Kylie Jenner Pay For Her Custom Christmas Decorations?

Like older sister Kim, Kylie is also a card-carrying billionaire thanks to the success of her Kylie Cosmetics company. So it seems very on-brand that the businesswoman would spend $13,000 on a Christmas tree, as she allegedly did in 2018 for a custom-made gold faux tree, plus the wealth of balls and bulbs added to it. 

With a tisel covered tree with all those fab ornaments, it makes sense that she spent quite a bit on it. 

Kourtney Kardashian Goes All In On Christmas Trees

The eldest Kardashian supposedly spends a whopping $36,500 on Christmas decorations, with Greer pointing to at least five full-size, fully decorated trees seen throughout Kourtney's spacious home back in 2018. And it looks like the reality star's current Christmas set-up is similarly ostentatious, giving her 200-million-plus Instagram followers a peek at one said tree via her Instagram stories on December 14. 

That massive tree is a lot to take in. However, with a newborn at home this year, I bet this Kardashian is really going to go all out this time to celebrate her baby's first Christmas. 

Unsurprisingly, Kendall Jenner's Decorations Are The Most Low-Key

Kendall Jenner has always seemed the most low-maintenance of the Kardashian girls— well, as "low-maintenance" as a world-famous supermodel could be — and her holiday decorations budget seemingly reflects that. Greer told People that Jenner's 2016 decorations, featuring a faux-snow-flocked tree, would have altogether cost around two grand. 

While that's still a high price tag, compared to her family, this feels very casual.

But Kris Jenner Outdoes Her Daughters When It Comes To Christmas

The Kardashian matriarch has been known to drop as much as $157,000 on Christmas decorations, with Greer citing the mom-ager's 20-foot peppermint-bedecked tree and garland-covered foyer as taking up the bulk of the budget. Where do you think the rest of the Kardashian ladies got it from? That Christmas spirit is apparently genetic!

However, the syndication market didn’t exactly pick up on the man’s unique vibe, which is more than likely why The Dennis Miller Show never made it out of 1992.

Chevy Chase - The Chevy Chase Show - 1993

One of the most infamous late-night flameouts of all time, The Chevy Chase Show saw the SNL comedy legend trying to compete in the late-night wars on behalf of the fledgling Fox network. Not only did Chase’s show fail, but it was the continuation of a long-standing curse that TV titan still encounters to this day.

Jon Stewart - The Jon Stewart Show - 1993 - 1995

"Cancellation should not be confused with failure." David Letterman imparted those words to Jon Stewart as The Jon Stewart Show was literally canceled the day of that very interview. An unsuccessful jump from MTV to syndication could be the major factor that was to blame, though Letterman’s words eventually rang true when Stewart went on to become The Daily Show’s longtime host in 1999.

Keenen Ivory Wayans - The Keenen Ivory Wayans Show - 1997 - 1998

With the magnetism that propelled him to success in movies and with TV’s In Living Color, surely Keenen Ivory Wayans had the juice to turn late night on its head, right? Nope. Lasting only a few short months, The Keenen Ivory Wayans Show was out like a flash. Judging by Keenen’s claims that he wasn’t really given the free reign he’d expected with the series, it’s no surprise why.

Magic Johnson - The Magic Hour - 1998

Eight weeks was all it took for NBA legend Magic Johnson to flame out on the talk show circuit. The Magic Hour was anything but, with critics clearly not digging the man’s style when it came to holding court on TV. Save for an infamous episode with one of his staunchest critics, Howard Stern, there wasn’t much enchantment to be found here.

Martin Short - The Martin Short Show - 1999 - 2000

The bad news is that certified comedy legend Martin Short didn’t last very long as the host of The Martin Short Show. However, the silver lining to be had is the fact that this short engagement in the land of talk shows did give us one of his most memorable characters, as this was the launching pad for one Jiminy Glick. 

Queen Latifah - The Queen Latifah Show - 1999 - 2001/2013 - 2015

Sometimes it all comes down to timing and ratings, both of which seemed to be the death knell for The Queen Latifah Show in its two separate incarnations. The 1999-2001 run could be seen as ahead of its time, while the 2013-2015 run saw a promising start leading to declining ratings. 

Wayne Brady - The Wayne Brady Show - 2001 - 2004

It’s still hard to believe that the charming and quick-witted Wayne Brady couldn’t make it in daytime talk. Though the Let’s Make A Deal host is doing quite well for himself now, The Wayne Brady Show was a bit of a stumbling block on his career path. Luckily, right before the show went off the air, Wayne’s infamous Chappelle's Show sketch went to air, and it gave him a win that overshadowed the whole business.

Zach Galifianakis - Late World with Zach - 2002

Zach Galifianakis’ Late World with Zach on MTV is a particularly notable example of what happens when a talent like this Hangover star lands at the wrong time. All of the ingredients were there, as MTV let Zach be Zach; but people weren’t clued into the gag just yet, because many of Galifianakis' best movies weren't out yet. By the time Between Two Ferns kicked off though, the world was ready, and a confrontational legend was born.

Caroline Rhea - The Caroline Rhea Show - 2002 - 2003

When a notable talk show host leaves, there’s always the question of who carries on their legacy of schtick. As The Rosie O’Donnell Show came to a close, Caroline Rhea’s talk show, The Caroline Rhea Show, attempted to pass that torch to the Sabrina the Teenage Witch legend. The networks, and audiences, were not exactly supportive, and after 195 episodes, it was no more.

Sharon Osbourne - The Sharon Osbourne Show - 2003 - 2004

Before Sharon Osbourne's "embarrassing" departure from The Talk, she struck it out on her own to try and parlay some of her reality TV fame into a chat show. And yet, The Sharon Osbourne Show didn't last, as the show failed to land a following, leaving Sharon to let it die a quiet, un-renewed death. 

John McEnroe - McEnroe - 2004

Tennis is a grueling sport, but talk shows can be even more of a battlefield if you’re not careful. John McEnroe learned that the hard way during a handful of months in 2004, when his series McEnroe went from a critically panned debut to a critically panned finale. Even his most dedicated fans have probably overlooked it, with a mere mention of the series prompting many exclamations of, “You can’t be serious!”

Megan Mullally - The Megan Mullally Show - 2006 - 2007

Sometimes our preconceptions get the better of us, and shows like The Megan Mullally Show suffer as a result. As audiences were taken aback by Mullally failing to be her Will & Grace character in real life, there was nowhere to go but down for this daytime talk show.

George Lopez - Lopez Tonight - 2009 - 2011

If it wasn’t for Conan O’Brien, Lopez Tonight may have had a healthy run on TBS. Though it seemed his hiring could have boosted George Lopez’s show, the only shake-up it got was being moved into a later time slot, with weakened ratings. However, this all happened with O’Brien trying to avoid any sort of bad blood along the way, with the host even paying tribute to this slain series on its final night of air.

Wanda Sykes - The Wanda Sykes Show - 2009 - 2010

Following in the footsteps of Joan Rivers’ The Late Show and Chevy Chase’s The Chevy Chase Show, Fox really wanted to make late-night happen with comedian Wanda Sykes. Unfortunately for the network, The Wanda Sykes Show was such a disappointment that it hasn’t even tried to mount another original program in that later evening block since. 

Katie Couric - Katie - 2012 - 2014

A staple of NBC’s Today, seeing Katie Couric go to daytime talk felt like a lateral move. Moving to ABC to do so was certainly the most shocking turn of it all, at least until Katie was mutually canceled by its star and overseers. What started as a good run soon fell into a slump, leaving this enterprise grounded by 2014.

Bethenny Frankel - Bethenny - 2012 - 2014

How’s this for a story? The Real Housewives of New York alum Bethenny Frankel tried to kickstart her talk show Bethenny, only for it to initially get shelved. Fate seemed to smile on the entrepreneur as the show was revived for a run between 2012 and 2014. Only 170 episodes would be produced before the hammer came down, freeing Frankel up for appearances on shows like Shark Tank. 

Kris Jenner - Kris - 2013

It wasn’t cancellation that ended Kris’ brief 2013 run, as the talk show fronted by Kris Jenner was only being tested when it aired. Coincidentally the most notable episode was its finale, which saw Kanye West showing off the first photos of her granddaughter North. Ratings spiked, but it couldn’t save this ship from sinking. 

Khloé Kardashian - Kocktails With Khloé - 2016

A TV show where the host drinks with their guests? Not a bad move, especially when someone with clout like Khloé Kardashian could get the concept greenlit for cable. Unfortunately for Kocktails with Khloé, the show struck out after 14 episodes; more than likely due to the perfect storm of airing on cable and audience feedback sounding rather disappointed with the overall product.

Harry Connick Jr. - Harry - 2016 - 2018

For someone as adept at conversation and shenanigans as Harry Connick Jr., to fail in the talk show landscape always feels like a waste. Harry capitalized on the former American Idol judge’s star power and charisma, but even then audiences weren’t buying as heavily as when he was a part of Fox’s former reality show fixture.

Sarah Silverman - I Love You, America With Sarah Silverman - 2017 - 2018

There still isn’t a clear answer as to why Hulu canceled I Love You, America with Sarah Silverman. A mashup of talk show and sketch show, Silverman took on the tough issues of our modern times with her trademark sense of humor. Twenty-one episodes still don’t seem like a long enough run, but that’s sadly where things ended.

Lilly Singh - A Little Late With Lilly Singh - 2019 - 2021

With Carson Daly giving up the throne of Last Call with Carson Daly, NBC made what seemed like a smart move. By tapping famous YouTuber Lilly Singh for her show A Little Late with Lilly Singh, the network was clearly trying to get the younger generation to tune into this tested timeslot. It didn’t work, even with some changes to the format in the second season, and with this show’s demise also came that of the 1:35 A.M. slot at NBC.

Kathy Griffin - Kathy - 2012 - 2013

Giving Kathy Griffin her own talk show, after years of being banned from shows like Ellen and The View, was probably a bit of a surprise. In fact, the only thing that would have been more surprising is if Kathy had actually lasted past its short spell of 24 episodes on Bravo.

ALF - Alf’s Hit Talk Show - 2004

ALF’s Hit Talk Show tried pretty hard in its extremely brief run to make TV Land viewers stay up a bit later. Not even guests like Merv Griffin and Doris Roberts, not to mention professional sidekick/Tonight Show legend Ed McMahon could push this affair past seven episodes. 

Russell Brand - Brand X With Russell Brand - 2012 - 2013

You’d think a talk show with Russell Brand at the helm would be something so controversial you’d have at least heard of it. That appears to not be the case, as FX failed to crack the same molds it had broken with shows like The Shield with its two-season run of Brand X with Russell Brand. 

Bonnie Hunt - The Bonnie Hunt Show - 2008 - 2010

Bonnie Hunt not only had the comedic chops and kindness to host something like The Bonnie Hunt Show, but she infused it with a creative spin. Thanks to guests being able to enter the set through various methods of excitement, like a firepole, there seemed to be some magic in giving the Cheaper by the Dozen star a daytime talk slot. Two seasons, and even a couple of award nominations later, it was lights out.

Fran Drescher - The Fran Drescher Tawk Show - 2010

For six seasons and 146 episodes, Fran Drescher charmed the world as Fran Fine on CBS’ The Nanny. Sadly, that sort of effortless affability didn’t help The Fran Drescher Tawk Show make it past 16 episodes in 2010. And yes, that did include a humorous reunion with her co-star Charles Shaughnessy. 

Even with the most pleasing personality, the best time slot, and a pedigree in the business, talk shows are a concept that can still present a gamble. Many celebrities have tried, and many more probably will in the future; because when you can make it as a talk show host, you can pretty much write your own ticket from that point on.
