Megan Fox knows how to kill a fashion moment and an Instagram caption, and she just did both at the same time. In her latest IG post, the actress uploaded a few images of her rocking a unique little black dress, and she paired the photos with a dramatic caption that’s sure to catch your attention.

After bursting back onto Instagram in March of this year, Fox used her latest post to show off her take on a timeless trend: the little black dress. As you can see in the images below, the actress had a little photoshoot on the stairs, and she rocked what appears to be a little black dress that features a plunging neckline and a small strap connecting the top to the mini skirt portion of the garment. Of course, the LBD never goes out of style, and there are countless ways to rock it. Much like the naked dress trend, which Fox is fond of, I love how so many stars have taken the little black dress trend and made it totally their own. From Florence Pugh’s LBD giving seatbelts (complimentary) to Sabrina Carpenter’s lacy little black dress moment to Sydney Sweeney rocking a tight LBD with a fun silhouette, there are countless ways to hop on this trend. Megan Fox just proved that again.

She reiterated that she’s the queen of Instagram captions with this post too. As she paired the look with this caption:

Now, what is this caption alluding to? That’s unclear. It’s not direct, so I’m not sure if this is some kind of art project or if she’s trying to hint at something in her personal life (for example, earlier this spring, there was a rumor that she and MGK had hit a rough patch co-parenting). However, no matter what she's trying to say, I love how dramatic and cryptic it is. Plus, it’s very on-brand with the other captions we’ve seen from Fox lately. For example, three weeks ago, she posted some images of her in a black outfit with the caption:

Overall, since she came back to Instagram, all her posts that are still up feature cool and edgy photos with attention-grabbing captions. From writing about how “love was the most savage monster of all” back in March on IG to saying that “it is double pressure to deceive the deceiver” on Instagram earlier this spring, she’s kept up a trend of moody and bold one-liners to pair with her posts.

Along with those captions, Fox also isn’t afraid to cheekily respond to fans either.

Overall, her posts have a confident energy to them, and they always draw attention. Her most recent post in that little black dress proves that, as it was posted 18 hours ago at the time of this writing and already has 1.9 million likes.

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have been in the news again recently, with their relationship allegedly hitting a rough patch. And, with all the drama that has befallen the couple over the past few years, it’s easy to forget that MGK isn’t the only guy Fox is co-parenting with. The Jennifer’s Body star shares three children with Brian Austin Green from a 15-year relationship, and the Beverly Hills, 90210 actor got candid about how she “relentlessly pursued” him in the beginning.

Brian Austin Green first met Megan Fox on the set of Hope & Faith, which filmed in New York, in 2004, and the actress apparently took quite a liking to him, Green told Deon Cole on the Funny Knowing You podcast. However, Green was 30 years old at the time, and he said he firmly shut down her advances — at least until her birthday passed. He recalled:

Brian Austin Green seemed to know that with Megan Fox being of legal age and him just getting out of a serious relationship that there was no stopping the attraction between them. It turns out she was exactly what he needed at the time. Green continued:

The two were together for 15 years, the actor said — married for 10 — and Brian Austin Green has said he thinks jumping into a serious relationship and becoming a stepmother to his toddler when she was so young eventually became “overwhelming” for Megan Fox. The couple officially split in 2020, with the divorce being finalized the next year.

Brian Austin Green is now engaged to Dancing with the Stars pro Sharna Burgess and has only good things to say about Megan Fox. When it comes to Machine Gun Kelly, though, that may be a different story.

The actor said on the podcast that he’s only met MGK in person once; however, the two seemed to have beef last year, as Brian Austin Green shared an angry DM he’d supposedly gotten from MGK, who was apparently upset with Green’s interest in his and Megan Fox’s daughter’s birth. The Desperate Housewives actor also had some strong words for Machine Gun Kelly after the rapper and Fox broke up in late 2024.

It sounds like Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have had a passionate connection from the beginning (and since Fox was quite young), so it’s not surprising that some of that exists still, even if they’re no longer together.

Megan Fox and MGK (whose real name is Colson Baker) have seen more than a few notable developments within their personal relationship. After announcing their engagement in January 2022, they reportedly called that off by the spring of 2024. Fox then went viral later that year when she confirmed she was expecting a child with MGK, and the baby — a girl named Saga Blade – was born in March 2025. While reports have pointed to the pair amicably co-parenting, they’re now allegedly on unstable ground for several reasons.

For some time now, the odds of a rekindled romance between Fox (39) and the artist formerly known as Machine Gun Kelly (35) have apparently been slim, based on comments from insiders. Now, if a recent report is to be believed, a renewed relationship is truly far off, because the former celebrity couple “are not in a good place right now.” This unnamed individual spoke to Us Weekly and laid out several purported reasons for the alleged strife between the Midnight in the Switchgrass stars:

One of those alleged “disagreements” reportedly has to do with Fox and Baker’s little girl. According to Us’ source, the Transformers alum apparently took issue with a recent post MGK (who also shares 16-year-old Casie Colson Baker with ex Emma Cannon) dropped on Instagram, which featured Saga Blade in multiple photos. While the 1-year-old’s face was blocked out in the snapshots, Fox still purportedly had a bone to pick with her ex after the fact:

All of this, of course, must be taken with a massive grain of salt, as neither MGK nor Fox have confirmed such strife. Over the past year, it’s been reported that the two parents have spent a lot of time “together” but solely for the sake of co-parenting their daughter. Insiders even alleged that Fox (who’s also mother to three sons with ex-husband Brian Austin Green) was impressed by how MGK had “completely changed” and stepped up upon the baby’s arrival.

There have simultaneously been reports about the “Cliché” performer wanting to get back with Fox, and he even seemed to be flirting with her on social media. As for how those apparent attempts have been going, the source also said this:

If there actually is any real animosity between Megan Fox and MGK, the former hasn’t been showing any signs of being stressed while out in public. Fox recently turned heads when she hit up an Oscars party and sported a black lingerie-inspired outfit. She’s also been sharing plenty of posts on Instagram that have gone viral, leading PR experts to suggest that she start finding ways to monetize that content.

Both Fox and MGK seemingly remain busy from professional perspectives. As for how their personal relationship holds up in the long run as they continue to co-parent, that remains to be seen.

Addyson James, who goes by the nickname “Your Favorite Blonde Bombshell,” recently spoke to the DailyMail about her thoughts on Fox’s viral posts. The most viral of these (below) received nearly 8 million likes. Not views. Likes.

Per James, Fox should really be looking to make money off subscription platforms like OF as other celebrities, including Cardi B and Bella Thorne, have done before her. It’s true. While the average OF content creator makes $180 per month, the big fish do much, much better. One star a while back admitted she made a million dollars per month for her content. Right now, Ms. Fox is sharing her stuff for free.

In the case of James, she told the outlet there’s an advantage in the paid subscription space for celebrities simply because people are already paying attention:

A PR Expert seemingly agrees. Brian Scott Gross, head of BSG public relations, knows Fox put together the Instagram shoots to make a splash, something he refers to as “keeping her heat high.” With that goal, she’s absolutely been successful, but he thinks she’s still leaving money on the table.

Not everyone – least of all likely Ms. Fox herself– likely agrees with that assessment. Some additional OF stars mentioned they feel like going onto social media to essentially post thirst traps rather than some of the more risquè content the platform is known for can be a bait and switch; there was, in fact, a lot of this discourse when Bella Thorne joined. Additionally, not everyone’s goals are the same.

Obviously, people are going to have opinions no matter what Megan Fox chooses to do with her life (and her social media). As Thorne herself noted about the Internet, “You can’t fucking win.”

Megan Fox has four children, and they all have pretty unique names. However, it was still a bit of a surprise when she and MGK picked “Saga Blade” after the birth of their new baby. At least it was a surprise to me. I clearly wasn’t paying enough attention, though, because there is a reason for the kid’s name the two discussed prior to their little one’s birth, and the story behind why they went in that direction is honestly super fascinating.

Before we dive into the “why,” the first thing you should know is that Machine Gun Kelly does not have a middle name. I feel like I’m setting myself up for some “Gun” jokes here, so what I mean is that Colson Baker does not have a middle name. He was not given one when he was born, and it seems like he actually kind of always wanted one. Which brings me to how the two seemingly came up with the unusual name of Saga Blade.

Back in 2022, when Fox and Baker were still an item, the two did a GQ couples quiz during which the outlet asked him if he had a middle name. After confirming “no,” he asked his then-girlfriend what she thought his middle name would be if he “legally changed it.” Without blinking, she responded:

MGK confirmed he would love “Blade” as a middle name and the two moved on in the conversation. Then, in 2025 she and MGK had a baby together, shortly after having broken off their engagement. When the news broke, the baby’s middle name just happened to be “Blade.”

So, that explains the middle name, but what about Saga? Thankfully, MGK has been open about this, too. He previously noted he and Megan Fox felt their daughter deserved an "epic name." Then, he clarified during an episode of The Jennifer Hudson Show that Saga is a name harkening back to his Norwegian heritage.

Fox has been co-parenting with MGK from the beginning, and it seems like he had a lot of input on his kid’s name. These days, he frequently posts about Saga and his other daughter, Casie.

A few weeks ago, Megan Fox returned to social media, prompting a bit of flirty attention from her ex, but that ultimately fizzled out and she reportedly blocked him from her Instagram. (Though, she’s continued posting in the time since.) Ultimately, it seems the two are still off and probably will not rekindle their romance, but their family continues to hold the public’s fascination.

If we’re being candid though, I’m personally just not over the fact Baker literally has no middle name. Wild.

Megan Fox made a return to Instagram in recent days with a series of stunning photos marking her return to public life. In one she’s rocking a lingerie-inspired post-Oscars look. In another, she threw on a crop top, a school girl skirt and knee-high socks.

Obviously, this is the type of thing that has the potential to break the Internet, anyway. However, some eagle-eyed individuals at Sports Illustrated actually noticed a connection to her 2023 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover shoot and a top she’d worn she really loved, as well.

At the time, Fox was already fit and said she hadn’t even prepped to be photographed. Instead, she had just thrown on a bikini (or several) over the course of the shoot and called it a day. Several years and one baby later, she clearly had no trouble fitting into a similar look. In fact, the cherry tee setup, which featured her sitting on a dock in a black bikini bottom and the cropped t-shirt, ended up being one of her favorites from the day, as SI noted:

An up-close and personal look at the more recent 2026 photoshoot reveals the tee is another cropped cherry tee, though not the specific one from her OG SI shoot. The new one is white with a splash of red cherries on the front. Her makeup artist posted a close-up of her work that conveniently also gave her fans a closer look at the tee, as well.

Clearly though, the whole styling seems to nod back at the time she was on the cover of the famous Swimsuit Issue of the magazine. She shared the laud with three other women: Martha Stewart, Kim Petras, and Brooks Nader, who was recently added as one of the leading ladies in the Baywatch revival cast. It was a big moment for the actress, who had (at the time) been making a splash after splitting from Brian Austin Green and getting back into her Hollywood work.

This time around, she’s split from MGK and taken another break from the public eye for a while. She’s getting back into the swing of things, and given how much she loved the cherry crop top, I’m not surprised to see another one make an appearance. What she’ll do next, we’ll have to wait and see.

The DCU is still in its very early days, which means that who will play most of the iconic character roles has yet to be decided. Many fans have an opinion on who they would like to see play their favorite heroes and villains, and we recently saw just how strong many people felt following the suggestion that Megan Fox should play Batman villain Poison Ivy.

A fan of Megan Fox commented on her Instagram page that she should play Poison Ivy in a movie that puts the plant-loving character together with her best girlfriend, Poison Ivy. Fox “liked” the comment, which most have taken as an endorsement of the statement, and confirmation that she would at least be interested in such a role. Fox has said before that she is absolutely interested in playing a Marvel or DC character. That response has in turn elicited strong responses from fans, both for and against the idea on Twitter. Clearly, a lot of people are critical of Fox’s ability as an actress. It certainly isn’t something we haven’t heard before, though I’m not sure I can entirely agree; I’m not sure anybody’s performance in a Transformers movie is an accurate gauge of their ability as an actor. Still, while some may think the role needs a better actress, many others feel just as strongly that Megan Fox would be a fantastic Poison Ivy.

In the comic, Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn have become quite the team, and so a lot of people would love to see that on the big screen. At one point during the previous DC franchise, there were plans for a Gotham City Sirens movie that would have brought the pair together, but it was ultimately never made.

At this point, we also don’t know what the official future for Harley Quinn in the DCU will be. Since Margot Robbie played the character in James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad, there’s a decent chance she could reprise the role eventually, but at this point, what parts of the old DC franchise will carry over and what parts will not is still far from clear.

Whoever would make for the best Poison Ivy, it seems more than likely that we’ll get one at some point. One actress is already campaigning for the role in Matt Reeves' Batman franchise, but since there will be another DCU Batman, Megan Fox may get more than one chance to snag the part if she wants it.

The 39-year-old actress and mother of four made her way back to Instagram in full force earlier this month. Fox shared some truly steamy photos, and she’s shared even more pics since then. Now, the star is gracing her followers with a batch of photos taken from her recent outing to an Oscars afterparty. And the snapshots show her sporting a black ensemble that’s very lingerie-like.

While Fox may not have been among the 2026 Oscar recipients, someone could certainly argue that she was a winner from a fashion perspective. She rolled up to Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s annual Gold party after the ceremony in what was truly a head-turning look. Fox wore a black minidress that came complete with sides as well as lace cups. As can be seen above, Fox opted to simply add a four-word caption for the post, “i go both ways”. Fans can, of course, take that as they will. Overall, though, this is certainly a sweet outfit, and it’s honestly impressive how Fox continues to top herself – from a clothing perspective and a social media one as well. On the latter front, the post is drawing garnering considerable engagement, as it has over one million likes as of this writing. Anyone who needed more proof of Fox’s ability to break the internet shouldn’t look any further than this.

In terms of the finer details of the ensemble, Fox also accessorized with some black sunglasses and a stunning choker necklace. She also wore garter stockings as well as platform heels. If this starlet was shining any brighter, I would’ve had to have donned some shades of my own.

That point was further driven home this past fall when she attended an Academy screening of Jennifer’s Body (which is getting a sequel). At the event, Fox sported a flesh-colored corset that had dashes of faux blood on it. Such an ensemble was certainly fitting for a horror-related event.

Despite that public appearance, though, Fox has mostly been staying out of the public eye since she gave birth to daughter Saga Blade in March 2025. She shares Saga with former partner Colson Baker (aka MGK), who has hyped up her skills as a mother. I’m not sure how serious the fan was in their doubt about Megan Fox’s identity. It’s not like celebrity clone accusations are new, anyway, with one example being Laguna Beach’s Kristin Cavallari saying she believes Britney Spears and Kanye West have been replaced by look-alikes. It’s unknown exactly where Megan Fox and MGK’s relationship currently stands, with a source saying in January that the two were only co-parenting at this point and that it’s unlikely they will rekindle their romance.

Karyn Kusama's Jennifer's Body has had a wild life since its release back in 2009. Over the years it went from a box office flop to a cult classic, and is arguably one of the best horror movies of the early aughts. The Jennifer's Body cast was led by Megan Fox and Amanda Seyfried, who had a steamy makeout scene during its 102-minute runtime. And the latter actress explained why filming that was actually "really sexy."

While Jennifer's Body's reviews were mixed, the movie has really gotten a strong following in the past decade and change. Both Seyfried and Fox continue to speak highly about their experience together, and in a resurfaced interview from the outlet She Wired (via Yahoo!), the Mean Girls star reminisced about kissing Fox, and the movie's lack of box office numbers. Luckily for fans of the 2009 flick, writer Diablo Cody is working on a Jennifer's Body sequel script. While there's no guarantee that a follow-up project will actually be filmed and released, the possibility is a thrilling concept for fans of the original. And given how much success the movie has had in the years since its release, it would be poetic to see it get a sequel and become a full-blown franchise.

No, it’s been around for a very long time. And to prove that, I’d like us to travel back to 1997 and an iconic sheer illusion dress that Victoria Beckham rocked at the Brit Awards.

Obviously, the sheer trend did not just pop up in the 2020s. As Vogue noted, it was prominently embraced by celebrities like Jane Birkin and Cher in the ‘60s, ‘70s and ‘80s. Then, lighter sheer paneling outlines it at the bottom of the dress. Truly, this feels like the naked dress the roads should lead back to. It’s remarkable.

Of course, when I think of recent sheer fashion, the first two names that pop into my head are Megan Fox and Florence Pugh.

Fox comes to my mind because of the absolutely iconic naked dress she wore to the 2021 VMAs. The completely sheer gown that was detailed with sparkly lines was stunning and flattering, and it paired very nicely with the all-red ensemble MGK wore to the event. After that, it felt like we were in the year of the naked dress, seeing as 2022 was full of sheer moments that will go down in history.

Speaking of 2022, that's when Florence Pugh became a very prominent name when considering this trend, thanks to her completely sheer hot pink Valentino dress. She wore the totally see-through gown to the Valentino Haute Couture Fall/Winter 22/23 fashion show, and it sparked quite the conversation because you could see her nipples.

In the years since Pugh rocked that pink naked gown, she has absolutely owned the sheer trend. However, while it can feel like this trend just got going in the 2020s with A-listers like Megan Fox, it didn’t. It dates back decades, which was totally proven by that absolutely incredible naked dress Victoria Beckham wore back in 1997.

So you can imagine the glee I felt when I saw Amanda Seyfried and Adam Brody talking about a sequel.

While we’ve heard writer Diablo Cody say she’s “not done with Jennifer’s Body” after initially having a bad experience with the movie when it came out, Amanda Seyfried finally got the conversation going about it while reuniting with her co-star Adam Brody. On one of Variety’s latest episodes of Actors on Actors, Seyfried and Brody had a sprawling conversation about each other’s careers as they both receive acclaim for their recent TV shows. During the episode, I love that Seyfried not only brought up Jennifer’s Body 2 being in the works, but also advocated for Brody to take up an excellent role.

Jennifer’s Body was certainly ahead of its time, and so was its talent, with Megan Fox, J.K. Simmons, Amy Sedaris, Kyle Gallner and Chris Pratt all being part of it. Nowadays, it’s often applauded for being one of the best female-led written and directed horror movies ever made. It’s got a solid commentary on the objectification of women and some awesome queer representation.

Can you imagine if Adam Brody actually played the Devil in the sequel? As Seyfried shared, she doesn’t actually have any idea what the filmmakers might be cooking up, but I think she’s on to something. As you might recall, in the original movie, Brody plays a musician in a band called Low Shoulder who takes Megan Fox’s Jennifer into the woods and offers her as a sacrifice to Satan in exchange for fame and fortune.

But because Jennifer is not a virgin, she becomes a murderous succubus instead. It would be quite genius if Brody’s character came back as the Devil since he summoned all the evil in the first place. It would especially work since it totally goes against the nice guy type he usually plays.

Hopefully these comments get more people talking about Jennifer’s Body 2, because I think this sequel is honestly overdue!

Although it can’t be said for sure if there’s a deeper meaning to this, on the surface, it might appear as though he’s trying to appeal to the mother of his child. MGK and 39-year-old Megan Fox have reportedly found themselves in a very different kind of reality following the birth of their first child together. It was after the baby girl was born that sources poured water on the chances of Fox and MGK getting back together. However, it was also reported that they’d been co-parenting together and had forged a firm dynamic.

Sources also indicated that Machine Gun Kelly had “completely changed” after his latest child’s arrival. Kelly and Megan Fox aren’t living together, but he does allegedly stay at Fox’s house part-time to help tend to their child.
