Michael Jackson was the “King of Pop” and one of the biggest stars on the planet during his life. However, his personal life was also wildly controversial. As such, the upcoming biopic about Jackson’s life, simply titled Michael, has had more than its share of buzz long before anybody has seen it. Now, there’s seemingly a new conflict concerning just how involved Jackson's kids have been involved with the making of the film.

Colman Domingo, who appears in Michael as Jackson family patriarch Joe Jackson, recently told People that Jackson’s two kids, Prince and Paris have been very supportive of the upcoming movie. However, upon hearing this, Paris took to Instagram to reveal that she hadn’t been involved in the film since very early on. As for why she "moved on," Paris says this:

Paris Jackson doesn't go into detail about what exactly she didn’t like about the script, and it’s unclear if, through subsequent drafts, any of her concerns were later addressed. However, she does specify in a later Instagram story reel that she was specifically told that her concerns regarding the first draft would not be addressed and, at that point, she walked away. Jackson also gave some indication as to why she took issue with the film, saying…

It’s certainly possible that details changed over the course of additional drafts. If Paris Jackson only saw the first, the screenwriters could've made adjustments later on. What’s clear now, however, is that Jackson thought early on that the film wasn’t going to be an accurate depiction of her father’s life and so she choose not to be involved.

Jackson specifically calls out Bohemian Rhapsody as an example of a biopic that she feels wasn't particularly true to the real-life events depicted in it. Directed by Antoine Fuqua, Michael is produced by Graham King, who also produced the aforementioned Queen biopic. Interestingly, King had specifically stated previously that Michael would not be "sanitized." Regardless, it seems as though Paris still took issue with its direction.

This is far from the only issue that Michael has seen during its development. Originally planned for release this October, the movie's release date has been pushed back to April 24, 2026. The reason for this, according to reports, is that the entire third act needed to be rewritten and reshot. This situation is reportedly due to the film dealing with allegations surrounding Jackson’s conduct with a 13-year-old boy. However, due to an agreement between the boy’s family and the Jackson estate, nothing that transpired can be dramatized.

No biopic is 100% true to life, but there are certainly varying degrees of “dramatic license.” Based on Paris Jackson’s claims, Michael isn't as accurate as it should. It may be fair to assume that when the film comes out next year, a lot of people will have a lot of opinions on that.

With Ryan Murphy being the brains of the Doctor Odyssey operation, it’s no surprise that the medical storylines are always hilariously absurd, but ABC’s rookie medical drama is also developing a reputation for having some standout guest stars. The latest episode to hit the 2025 TV schedule, “Spring Break” brought some strong nepo baby energy with Ava Phillippe, Paris Jackson and Charlotte Lawrence — as well as TikToker Noah Beck — and I am here for this campy ridiculousness.

Max Bankman Plays Doctor With Veronica, Victoria And Vanessa

Ava Phillippe, the daughter of Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe, made her acting debut on Doctor Odyssey as Veronica — one of three self-proclaimed “vixens” determined to have a foursome with “Dr. DILF” (aka Joshua Jackson’s Max). Veronica was joined on the cruise by Vanessa (Michael Jackson’s daughter Paris) and Victoria (Charlotte Lawrence, daughter of Christa Miller and Bill Lawrence).

The wildly tongue-in-cheek character names only scratch the surface of what “Spring Break” had in store for us. After the vixens noted that Max was jogging “commando,” they invited him to their room for the “ride of his life.” The ship’s doctor — who Joshua Jackson has admitted struggles with boundaries — turned down the offer but didn’t even try to hide the fact that he was ogling them. (“I am but flesh and blood.” Ugh.)

But because this is Doctor Odyssey, Max did not spend his week mildly resisting the vixens’ advances but rather treating (and being treated for) their various medical emergencies. Paris Jackson’s Vanessa suffered an overdose when she snorted cocaine laced with fentanyl, and Charlotte Lawrence’s Victoria was paralyzed from the waist down after drinking and diving (not a typo) with an undiagnosed heart condition. What even is this show?

TikTok Star Noah Beck Wins For Week's Wildest Malady

The most eyebrow-raising medical condition of the week, however, didn’t come from one of the vixens. That honor would go to Steve, played by Noah Beck.

After Steve’s “cruller lost its cream filling” (a metaphor brought to us by Capt. Massey that made me want to scrub my brain with the same bleach they were using on the ship’s hot tub), Max thought it best if he went and talked to the young man about his premature ejaculation.

Whyyy? I can’t imagine Steve was too enthused (ha) to be having a conversation with this really involved ship doctor about his unexpected orgasms. I guess it was a good thing he did, though, because Max was able to get him diagnosed with Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder and fix him up with some medicine that ensured it was safe for him to go back in the water. (Take that to mean whatever you want.)

If we’re going to have these ridiculous medical cases continue to pop up on The Odyssey, I love that we’re getting some fun casting decisions as well. Other notable guest stars on Doctor Odyssey’s premiere season have included Shania Twain (the second of the show’s unexpected pregnancies), John Stamos, Margaret Cho and, of course, Angela Bassett from the crossover with 9-1-1.

Model and actress Paris Jackson has rocked some truly striking ensembles in her time, and she continues to consolidate herself as one of the more subversive figures in the fashion game. She typically posts photos of her fits to her social media accounts, where fans will chime in with their thoughts. However, this past weekend, one particular style-centric update drew reactions that the star didn’t seem to have time for. Jackson posted a photo of herself rocking a naked dress and received a considerable amount of engagement. So much so that she had to restrict the comments after dealing with a wave of complaints. 

Before we dive into this, I may need to provide a bit of context for those who are unaware of this particular fashion trend. We’re not talking about a see-through dress like the one Emily Ratajkowski rocked at Vanity Fair’s Oscars party this year. It’s also not the same as the sheer look from Brie Larson’s recent transformation video. What we’re discussing here is a dress that features a print of a nude body. This may sound unconventional, but it’s steadily becoming commonplace, with Bella Thorne and Kylie Jenner among those to rock the naked dress over the years. 

Paris Jackson leaned all the way into the trend, as evidenced by an Instagram post she shared. The brown ensemble she wore hails from French fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier and features a flawless rendering of the female form. While wearing it amid an event for Fashion Daze, she also had a dog in tow. Additionally, the video featured a body-shaming-centered audio recording, which (per BuzzFeed) has become popular across social media. Take a look at the post for yourself below:

As of this writing, the post has earned more than 202,000 likes and, even though they’ve been restricted, there are still plenty of comments. Some users are critical of the 25-year-old’s choice of clothing.  When referencing her decision to don the naked dress, one commentator asserted, “Just because you CAN doesn’t mean you SHOULD…” Another person seemed to hold a similar viewpoint, asking “When [did] we start leaving things to the imagination versus having to see everything on display?” Responses like these prompted the Swarm cast member to post a reaction to her Instagram stories, which you can see:

She may have received plenty of criticism, but others backed her up in the comments of the OG post. A fan said, “Calm down folks, it’s a printed dress, not a see-through dress.” One other admirer opined that “people get so easily offended by the female body, even when it’s just a print on clothing.” While we can’t say where exactly the majority stands on this matter, at the very least, there appears to be on board for it.

In the past, Paris Jackson has given the impression that she’s one who marches to her own beat. Years ago, Jackson was known for posting topless photos, even using some pics to highlight her chest tattoos. So in all honesty, this isn’t even the most risqué thing she’s shared online. 

Chances are the naked dress is far from the last unconventional look that Paris Jackson will sport and subsequently post about on social media. There may even be pushback there and, if that’s the case, I’d expect her to simply tune out the noise just as she did here.

When it comes to the latest 2023 TV releases, I’m sure there are plenty that have been on our minds. During January and February, many were constantly thinking of The Last of Us (which just finished its first season), or maybe Ted Lasso Season 3 on Apple TV+. But, how about I turn you on to a brand new show that is like a combination of Stephen King’s fantastic novel, Misery, mixed with today’s pop culture? Welcome to Swarm, a show co-created by the talented Donald Glover and Janine Nabers, telling the story of a young woman who is obsessed with a modern-day popstar (who is a lot like our real-life Beyoncé) and takes the love she has for her to a whole new level. 

The new horror/thriller series on Amazon is likely to become one of the best Amazon Prime shows, and with a small but very talented cast, I’m sure you’ve most probably plenty of these actors before. Let’s get into where else you might have seen the Swarm cast.

Dominique Fishback (Dre)

First up on this list is Dominique Fishback, who portrays Dre in Swarm, the aforementioned obsessed character that we follow, and see just how far her love for the popstar goes. Fishback is certainly not new to the world of television and movies, and has done so much that you might have recognized her from before her starring role.

In terms of movies, Fishback has appeared in films like Judas and the Black Messiah, The Hate U Give, Project Power, and is going to be featured in the upcoming Transformers: Rise of the Beast. She was also in the film Night Comes On. 

She has also had plenty of success in television. Besides guest roles on big shows such as The Affair and The Americans, among others, Fishback had a recurring role on Show Me A Hero, and portrayed Darlene on The Deuce. The star also had a main role on The Last Day of Ptolemy Grey. 

Chlöe Bailey (Marissa)

Moving on with this cast, we take a look at Chlöe Bailey, who plays Marissa, Dre's sister and someone who is obviously not as obsessed with this popstar as she is. That last name might sound very familiar, as Bailey is actually known for a lot of her music with her sister, Halle Bailey (who is portraying Ariel in the live-action The Little Mermaid), professionally known as Chlöe x Halle.

However, she has also done plenty in movies and television as well. In terms of movies, she appeared in the musical films, Joyful Noise and Let It Shine, as well as Jane in 2022, and Meet the Browns, among other smaller films. Bailey also was a part of the main cast of Grown-ish, had a guest role on Black-ish, and guest starred on several other TV shows. 

Damson Idris (Khalid) 

Next up on the list is Damson Idris, who portrays Khalid, Marissa’s boyfriend. Idris is primarily known for his role on the hit drama, Snowfall, but he’s done plenty of other work in the world of movies and television. With movies, he’s had big roles in films like the Liam Neeson-led, The Commuter, as well as the Netflix original film, Outside the Wire. He also appeared in Farming and Astral. 

With television, he had a guest role on the Jordan Peele TV show, The Twilight Zone, as well as a guest role on Black Mirror, and a guest role in Doctors, Miranda, and Casualty. It’s awesome to see him in a main role such as this. 

Rickey Thompson

Moving on, we have Rickey Thompson in Swarm, who has mainly been on television prior to his role in the Amazon Prime show. Thompson was in the YouTube Original series Foursome from 2016 to 2018, and also was in the film, Good Mourning.

Paris Jackson

The next cast member we’re talking about is Paris Jackson, who is actually the daughter of famed musician Michael Jackson. The actress has been breaking into acting more over the last few years, and her role in Swarm will be more proof of that. Jackson hasn’t been in that many movies, with her only roles so far being in Gringo, The Space Between, Habit, and Sex Appeal, but she’s starting to do more in TV. 

Besides the guest roles where she played feature herself, she had a special recurring role on Star, and was a part of the American Horror Stories Season 1 cast for several episodes, so we’ve already seen her dive into some interesting horror – specifically, the Ryan Murphy horror world. 

Rory Culkin

Besides Macaulay and Kieran, Rory Culkin is another one of the siblings who has since continued his career from child acting and appeared in many movies and TV shows – the latest now being Swarm. 

Culkin has appeared in a plethora of big movies you may have seen, such as Richie Rich, You Can Count On Me, the horror film, Signs, Mean Creek, The Zodiac, The Night Listener, Scream 4 of the Scream franchise, Jack Goes Home, Intruders, Lords of Chaos, Materna, and more. He also had a guest role in The Job on television, a recurring role on Castle Rock, and was in the miniseries Under the Banner of Heaven.

Kiersey Clemons 

Moving on, we take a look at Kiersey Clemons, who is a guest star on Swarm. Clemons has done so much in the world of movies, including Hearts Beat Loud alongside Nick Offerman, Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising, Sweetheart, Zack Snyder’s Justice League, Flatliners, Dope, Amazon's recent film Somebody I Used To Know, and so many more. 

Clemons also had a recurring role on the series Transparent, and had big roles on both Extant and Easy. Most recently, she had a main role in 2018 on the show Angie Tribeca. 

Byron Bowers

Last but not least, we have Byron Bowers, another guest star in the new series. Byron is primarily known for his comedy, but he’s done plenty of acting in both film and television. Some of the highlights of his career include appearances and roles on The Eric Andre Show, the Showtime series, The Chi, Honey Boy, No Sudden Move, The Pete Holmes Show, Viceland, and so many more. 

Now, if you hadn't seen these actors before, you've found something new to watch them in. And, hopefully, you won’t get as obsessed with them as Dre does in Swarm.  

This edgy, outrageous thriller is one “habit” you’ll want to acquire! Directed by Janell Shirtcliff and starring Bella Thorne, Paris Jackson, Hanna Mae Lee, Gavin Rossdale, and Josie Ho, Habit is reminiscent of early Tarantino and follows Mads, an L.A. party girl, who starts running drugs for a washed-up Hollywood star. The star is slain by a rival drug lord, forcing Mads and her friends into hiding masquerading as nuns.

Since Habit focuses on a group of girls that are no angels, watching them dress up as nuns and attempt to reclaim the money they lost is sure to be a good time. But this will also lead to some introspection, and possibly questioning the paths they’ve taken in life. Bella Thorne’s character Mads does a bit of this in a new clip from Lionsgate. Check it out below.

In the above clip from Habit, Mads (Bella Thorne) is having a conversation with herself. One Mads is in a nun costume (assuming this is present day Mads, who is still in hiding), and the other has her hair down and is smoking a cigarette (assuming this is Mads prior to going into hiding). Smoking Mads tells Nun Mads that she knows what she’s thinking of doing, and suggests thinking long and hard about her decision before acting. Nun Mads seems a little confused and lot annoyed, and responds “yeah, well, you are me.”

Smoking Mads continues, telling Nun Mads that she’s been given a fresh start and a clean slate and questions why she always has to fall back on bad habits. This begs the question, what bad habits? Is she talking about smoking, drinking, and partying, or is this a larger conversation about not ending up where she wanted in life and always self-sabotaging when things are going well? What is the decision Nun Mads has made? Will she commit a crime? Will she turn herself in?

Part of what makes the clip so intriguing is that Nun Mads is the bad version of her and Smoking Mads is the good version. Of course, she is only dressed as a nun to avoid being found by the drug lord she owes money to, but both versions of Mads are wearing the same cross necklace, indicating that she may have some personal religious ties.

We know from the Habit trailer that even while pretending to be nuns, the characters in this film don’t let go of their bad habits. Check out the trailer below for a glimpse of the wild ride this story will take viewers on.

Spoilers below for anyone who hasn't yet watched American Horror Stories' first two episodes, so be warned!

For American Horror Story's first official spinoff series, co-creators Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk brought fans back to where it all began: Murder House. It wasn't the franchise's first return trip, to be sure, and it only featured one AHS Season 1 cast member in Celia Finkelstein's Nurse Gladys, but it was still a glorious revisiting all the same. The episode featured the return of Rubber Suit Man, the introduction of Sierra McCormick's Rubber Suit Woman, and also brought famed model and musician Paris Jackson into the mix, along with Schmigadoon! star and Broadway great Aaron Tveit.

Considering how well both Paris Jackson and Aaron Tveit fit into American Horror Stories' two-part premiere, it's a wonder neither has been part of the flagship series. It sounds like it was a match made in genre heaven for Jackson, though, as she told CinemaBlend that she is quite the gore-hound when it comes to her horror fandom, saying:

It was around two months after Paris Jackson released the aforementioned blood-soaked video for her single "Let Down" when she auditioned for American Horror Stories. After not hearing back for a while, though, she just assumed she didn't get the role, which was a bit of a dream-crusher, considering she'd been an American Horror Story fan since her high school years, but she knew it was part of the business. However, those dreams weren't crushed forever, as she obviously did indeed land the role of the love-torn bully Maya. And when I asked Jackson if she was pumped to join Murder House's lore as a Rubber Suit victim, the glee was palpable. In her words:

And while Paris Jackson was perfectly fine with playing a villainous role in her American Horror Stories debut, she was also perfectly fine with not having to wear the rubber suit for her role.

Beyond getting stabbed to death inside Murder House, locking her into what looked like a weirdly domestic afterlife, Paris Jackson's Maya also waded in romantic and sexual waters with Sierra McCormick's Scarlett, though obviously with the proper American Horror Story-esque twists. The more overtly naughty moments were part of Scarlett's increasingly violent masturbatory fantasy, while the more tender romantic moments were part of Maya & Friends' scheme to shame Scarlett via live-streaming. When I asked Jackson about leaning into that side of her sexuality on camera, she talked about how non-intimate such scenes really are, all while praising the crew members and her co-star for putting comfort and safety at the forefront.

Considering the narrative-related darkness behind both of those scenes, not to mention the fact that the horror genre has birthed some truly lurid sex scenes, it's definitely great to hear Paris Jackson say it all went smoothly and without incident. After all, it's not every day one is filmed being strangled for another character's kinks, so there's presumably not a textbook way to handle such things.

Episode 2 brought in Graceland and The Good Fight vet Aaron Tveit ostensibly as a contractor meant to help Matt Bomer's Michael and Gavin Creel's Troy renovate Murder House, though things quickly took sexual and hyper-violent turns for his character Adam. (And I have to suspect that Adam's actions were less inspired by the house's influence, and were already bubbling beneath the surface.) Tveit, who has known Ryan Murphy for years, was seemingly just as excited as Paris Jackson to join this franchise as part of Murder House's demented history.

After being set up as not only a contractor but a side-piece for Troy, Aaron Tveit's Adam discovered Maya & Friends' joyously gross corpses hidden behind the brick wall. But instead of freaking out in the slightest, akin to Abraham Luna's reaction as fellow contractor Martin, Adam's first instinct was to bludgeon Martin to death and then sexually blackmail Michael and Troy. Not that he lived long enough to see his blackmailing come to fruition, as he was soon stabbed in the neck by Rubber Suit Man before he could be properly thrown out.

Having not worked too heavily in the horror genre, Aaron Tveit had quite the experience making his mark with American Horror Stories, saying:

I doubt he'll soon forget being killed on screen by one of television's shiniest monsters, as it should be. And just in case anyone thinks that his role is a case of art imitating life, Aaron Tveit was amusingly convincing in saying it was definitely not. When I jokingly asked how he would handle a situation where he would enter a sexual relationship only to realize that person might be dead and in ghost form, he answered with:

So anybody out there who's looking to persuade Aaron Tveit into something romantic, maybe make sure you take your shot in a location that is not haunted as shit and populated by horny, murderous ghosts. Or any kind of ghosts, probably.

Here's hoping both Paris Jackson and Aaron Tveit will return to the American Horror Story franchise in the future, whether it be in the respective roles of Maya and Adam or in completely different capacities. While waiting to see if that'll happen, be sure to watch new episodes of American Horror Stories when they debut as part of the FX on Hulu lineup every Thursday at 12:00 a.m. ET. And when things get too gory and sexually explicit, be sure to peep out all the other big shows coming to the 2021 Summer TV schedule and the Fall TV schedule.

After previously offering fans a thematic teaser video that hinted at fan-favorite characters and settings returning, American Horror Stories is finally showcasing itself in full glory with the brand new trailer seen above. Considering we're only a week out from release, it's wild to only now have any clear idea of what the new anthologized spinoff will deliver, but I will 100% sign for that delivery and then some. As cool as it would have been if the trailer was twice as long, there's more than enough to keep fans sated while still leaving them hungry for more.

Right away, the trailer provides further visual proof that at least one American Horror Stories episode will take place in the famed Murder House setting first introduced in Season 1, and then revisited in later seasons. While there's no sign of Dylan McDermott and Connie Britton's Ben and Vivien Harmon, we do see a new batch of characters being harassed by the infamous Rubber Suit...Person. (It's unclear who will be donning that costume this time around, with a female form promoted in the previous teaser.)

Perhaps most importantly for my own tastes, the American Horror Story trailer also features the long-awaited return of the franchise's freakiest little monster, the Infantata! Let him rise again!

Assuming this isn't just stock footage being reused from a previous appearance, the late actor Ben Woolf won't be handling the Infatata performance this time around. But it's still awesome all the same, and I'm hoping it means we'll also see the returns of Matt Ross' Dr. Charles Montgomery and Lily Rabe's Nora Montgomery.

Some familiar faces that DO show up in the trailer include John Carroll Lynch, though seemingly not as either Freak Show's Twisty the Clown or 1984's Mr. Jingles. As well, we see multi-season vets Billie Lourd and Matt Bomer in varying capacities, with one early Lourd moment making it look like there might be some Coven-level magic on the way. And while American Horror Story: Roanoke is arguably the least-appreciated season of the nine released so far, let's all put our hooves together for the return of Piggy Man!

Though he's not an American Horror Story vet, motherfucking Danny Trejo is on board as a murderous Santa Claus, so we might as well start theorizing that his Christmas mascot is connected to the drunken Santa that Ian McShane brought to the table back in Season 2. Here's hoping this means we'll see way more Danny Trejo in this franchise's future, too.

American Horror Stories is set to debut with back-to-back episodes on FX on Hulu on Thursday, July 15, so gather all your best and slimiest S&M gear and hunker down. Those who want something a little less horrifying can surely find something among the other 2021 Summer TV releases.

Within the past few years, the late King of Pop’s daughter, Paris Jackson, has started to embrace her familial celebrity status by taking on more acting roles. The 22-year-old’s next project, Habit, was sure to become controversial since she’ll be channeling Jesus by donning tousled waves, a traditional robe and all for the flick co-starring Bella Thorne. A petition is now being spread around to prevent its distribution, and a ton of people have already signed it.

The petition calls Habit a “blasphemous Hollywood film” that will depict Jesus as a lesbian woman by one organizer on Change.org, and close to 300,000 people have signed it. The movie will apparently follow a “party girl with a Jesus fetish” who ends up getting mixed up in a drug deal that goes violent. The party girl will be played by Bella Thorne, who will masquerade as a nun in order to get tied out of the situation. It’s said to be inspired by Quentin Tarantino’s early work.

According to the petition, Paris Jackson’s Jesus will be a lesbian woman with a nose ring. Habit is a small independent film that has yet to find a distributor, and the organizers are looking to block any deal being made, specifically targeting Warner Bros and Lionsgate for an unknown reason. The film was characterized as “Christianophobic garbage,” and those signing the petition are calling Habit “offensive” and “disgusting.”

The depiction of Jesus on screen has spewed controversy for decades upon decades, most recently with the Netflix comedy Christmas special The First Temptation of Christ, which had Jesus being characterized as a gay man and Mary a weed smoker. The First Temptation of Christ left a lot of subscribers offended by the content, although the satire remains on the streaming service.

Suki Kaiser, who has previously written for Syfy’s Van Helsing and worked as an actress since the ‘90s, wrote Habit. It was helmed by first-time director Janell Shirtcliff and features one producer from 2017’s four-time Oscar nominee Mudbound. It might not help the film’s good graces from the angered Christian community that Bella Thorne has been enamored in directing porn following her beginnings in Disney Channel films.

Paris Jackson has just started her acting career back in 2017 with appearances in Star, an episode of Scream: The TV Series, a film called Gringo with Charlize Theron and David Oyelowo, and the upcoming music business drama The Space Between. Jackson has been open about her bisexuality for many years – she came out when she was 14 years old and has not shied away from being proud of her identity.

Paris Jackson has jumped from being an it girl on social media who shares body positive topless photos to becoming a Hollywood figure in her own right, just like her famous pops. After a stint on Fox’s former series Star and in the flick Gringo, Jackson is next set to star in a new movie called Habit opposite Bella Thorne. In it, she’ll play none other than Jesus.

Habit is a currently in the post-production process, says producer Donavan Leitch. The new movie – as I’m sure you’ve guessed – involves nuns and will, in fact, revolve around a party girl who hides out as a nun after witnessing a drug deal gone wrong. That girl is played by none other than Bella Thorne.

The untimely death of Michael Jackson back in 2009 still looms large over pop culture almost a decade later, and for the late pop star's daughter, it fills her with both sadness and a thirst for justice. Paris Jackson is opening up about her father's death, calling it a murder.

In a recent cover story for Rolling Stone, Paris Jackson said that she believes her father was purposefully murdered. Jackson recalls times in her childhood when her father would tell her that there were people out to get him. After Michael Jackson did die of substance intoxication the summer of 2009, Paris grew convinced that he had been murdered, a conviction that she reaffirms to this day. Though Paris Jackson does admit to it sounding like a conspiracy theory, she sounds one hundred percent confident in her assertion.

Michael Jackson was found dead from acute propofol and benzodiazepine intoxication, and his physician Dr. Conrad Murray was tried and convicted of involuntary manslaughter for administering the drugs. Paris Jackson blames Murray for her father's propofol dependency in the final months of his life, but not only him. The 18-year-old vaguely claims that "a lot of people" wanted her father dead.

One of the groups of people that Paris Jackson blames is the concert promotion company AEG Live. The Jackson family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the company, which was promoting the "This Is It" comeback concert series that Michael Jackson was preparing to go on when he died. The company had also hired Conrad Murray to be Jackson's physician. The Jacksons lost that suit a few years ago, but Paris has not lost her anger at AEG. She recalled the exhaustion that she saw in her father when he was rehearsing for their shows, and how sad and scared it had made her.

As has always been her style, Paris Jackson plans to continue to fight for justice for her father. As such, he’s commissioned an investigator in the probate court to look into and ultimately submit a recommendation as to whether Katherine Jackson and TJ Jackson are capable of effectively sharing custody and providing an environment suitable for the raising of a teenage daughter.

Over the past few years, Jackson’s life has been a mess of stressful situations. Sources close to the situation are saying the fifteen-year-old took a large amount of Motrin pills, cut her right forearm with a meat cleaver, wrote a note and called a suicide hotline.

According to TMZ, the person on the other end of the suicide hotline thought the call was serious enough that he or she phoned the local police. Authorities then rushed out to her house in Calabasas and transported her to a hospital, where she was stitched up and eventually transferred to the psych ward and placed on a 72 hour 5150 hold.

Between giving no-nonsense interviews to forging a relationship with her birth mother, most observers have long thought of Jackson as a likeable and sensible girl stuck in an extremely difficult home situation. Obviously, it affected her more than she let on, but this still doesn’t change the fact that she’s still an extremely likable girl capable of accomplishing great things.

At this point, the details surrounding the traumatic incident are still extremely fuzzy and unreliable, but we do know a 911 call went out a little before 1:30 AM and police wheeled Jackson out on a stretcher about a half hour later.

According to TMZ, the fifteen-year-old reportedly argued with family members earlier in the evening about attending a concert. She also tweeted out some lyrics from the Beatles’ classic “Yesterday”. When she discovered later on, she reportedly had some cut marks on her wrist and she may or may not have taken some pills.

Over the past few years, Jackson’s life has been pretty trying. After her father died, there were numerous custody issues and now, she’s been forced to deal with a wrongful death trial in which her father’s name is being covered in mud and a fresh round of allegations that he was a pedophile. No doubt all of that has weighed very heavily on her mind.

Everyone goes through periods in which life isn’t a whole lot of fun, but with enough positivity and stick-to-itiveness, things do change. Life does get better. According to TMZ, some legal experts think AEG may raise the question of the children’s paternity. There have been rumors for a long time that someone other than MJ is the biological father. Obviously, this isn’t a topic any of the family members want to get into, but by filing a lawsuit demanding billions of dollars for a wrongful death and naming specific people as benefactors, pretty much any and all areas are fair game for the court to explore.

The crux of this wrongful death lawsuit, first brought forward by Katherine Jackson, accuses AEG of killing MJ by allowing Dr. Conrad Murray to oversee his care. She wants billions in payments from the company to compensate herself and the children, but obviously, the company sees things a little bit differently. Its lawyers have argued that Murray was Jackson’s doctor long before a touring contract was negotiated, and AEG shouldn’t be held responsible for the singer’s poor decisions. You would like to think AEG would keep paternity out of the courtroom for the sake of the children, but with Paris and Prince’s mom on the witness list and billions on the line, attorneys will need to do what they need to do to win.

To most of us, rekindling that connection would probably seem weird, but compared to the normal nonsense the Jackson family gets up to, the relationship seems downright ordinary.

They divorced eleven years ago, however, and Debbie gave up all of her parental rights in the divorce. According to TMZ, police officers have been forced to drop the attempted kidnapping case against many of Michael’s siblings because not a single one agreed to talk to the police. In fact, most of them reportedly didn’t even bother calling the officers back. Since the grainy video of the incident only shows some kind of skirmish and Janet apparently trying to take a phone away from Paris, there was just no way to proceed without eyewitness testimony.

Obviously, no members of the Jackson Family have publically said why they decided not to cooperate with police, but one would imagine the whole family sat down, hashed some things out and decided the past is best left in the past. Besides, it really doesn’t benefit anyone for siblings, parents, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins to go to war with one another. This situation was nothing more than a stressful media circus for awhile, and I’m sure everyone involved is glad to be passed it.

There’s no word on how Jermaine, Randy and Janet feel about the ruling, but considering they were recently accused of kidnapping, it’s no surprise they’ve chosen to lay a bit low. Besides, in the grand scheme of things, today’s ruling doesn’t really concern them. It has little to do with the will they’re challenging, and none of them were asked by Michael to watch over this kids.

Given Katherine recently said she willingly went more than a week without contacting Paris, Prince or Blanket, the case isn’t exactly looking great for her. The eighty-two-year-old’s own lawyer recently told the court she thinks her client was held apart from the children against her will, but thus far, the matriarch is sticking to her claim that it was a voluntary absence.

Whatever the hell is going on with the Jackson family members right now seems to be directly related to money. Some of MJ”s siblings have already announced plans to challenge his will, and it was in the midst of those proceedings that Katherine went missing. Tito has already publically announced he wants no part in the feud anymore, and several of his siblings are reportedly saying privately they feel the same way. None of this will end well, but then again, considering the family’s past, we probably shouldn’t have expected it to.

After being absent and making no parental decisions over the past week, Katherine Jackson allegedly reached out with a call to the family home last night, but if the stories are to be believed, it wasn’t exactly an “I miss you”. The eighty-two-year-old matriarch reportedly phoned early this morning around 2 AM and again at 4 AM demanding the children’s security team be fired and replaced by Janet Jackson’s team. She also supposedly wanted Trent kicked off the property immediately.

Not surprisingly, her pleas fell on deaf ears, and no one was fired or forced to vacate. According to TMZ, those who heard the call are reportedly saying Katherine sounded very drugged up. The family is apparently very concerned for her safety and is still convinced she was systematically removed from her home by some of her children in order to challenge Michael’s will.

Katherine’s attorney told a judge this morning she feels her client has been drugged and is being kept against her will. Those same thoughts were echoed by grandson TJ’s lawyer who sought and won the stable, married father figure to Paris, Prince and Blanket temporary guardianship over the children in Katherine’s absence.

There are reports circulating that Katherine may be on her way back to California. If this is true, we may finally got a resolution to the appalling circus that has gone on over the past two weeks.

Less than a two weeks after Paris, Prince and Blanket’s legal guardian and grandmother Katherine mysteriously left, less than a week after five of MJ’s siblings made it clear they’d like to challenge the deceased star’s will and just a few days after the children reported Katherine missing, two SUVs supposedly pulled into the home without permission.

According to TMZ, Randy, Jermaine and Janet supposedly tried to herd the kids inside the cars and take their cell phones. When they refused, an argument filled with slaps and punches reportedly went down. Tito’s son TJ, who lives with the children and will probably become their legal guardian in Katherine’s absence, allegedly took on his two uncles, while Paris and Janet allegedly slapped each other in the face while trading insults.

The siblings reportedly left without taking the children, and while the police took statements, no arrests have been made. In response to the wild melee, Tito has announced he will no longer be a part of challenging the will or his family’s arguments over money.

Obviously, all of this should simply be treated as a rumor at this point, but given what people have said publically as well as what the police are confirming, something is clearly rotten inside the Jackson family right now. It’ll likely only get worse before it gets better.

The latest round of family-on-family accusations began with a letter. The leaked document accused MJ’s estate executors of defrauding everyone out of money and challenged the validity of the deceased pop star’s will. A few days later, Paris, Prince and Blanket Jackson had their cousin file a missing persons report, claiming their grandmother and legal guardian Katherine Jackson was missing. Authorities later determined she was safe and sound in Arizona, allegedly recuperating from stress she’d been under.

How does a miscommunication like that happen? Well, apparently, Katherine has never gone more than a day without speaking to at least one of the children; so, when the kids didn’t hear from her, they called and were told she couldn’t come to the phone. This process apparently repeated itself over-and-over again until Paris, clearly already suspicious of her aunts and uncles, went to the police.

According to TMZ, cops are also apparently looking into a claim that Katherine has been mistreated and financially abused by some of her family members. The investigation is ongoing and started in April. She and the children were the only ones who benefited from Michael's will.

The journey was planned months in advance, but after she never arrived and family members continually told Paris Katherine couldn’t come to the phone, the authorities were alerted.

It reportedly took investigators more than a few tries to get in touch with Katherine, but after finally doing so last night, they’re supposedly confident she’s resting in Arizona with several family members. Why she would go more than a week without talking to her grandchildren and why her children were being so evasive with Paris are still questions without good answers, but both of those head scratchers pale in comparison to the mystery of the doctor.

According to The Huffington Post, Katherine was visited the night before she was supposed to leave on the trip by Dr. Allan Metzger. The one-time physician of Michael Jackson’s hasn’t regularly cared for Katherine and reportedly did not inform her regular doctor he was coming to see her. On his advice, the matriarch reportedly flew instead of drove, setting her strange disappearance or non-disappearance in motion.

Rumors of problems within the Jackson family were compounded last week when a letter from some of MJ’s siblings went public, demanding the executors of the estate resign and the will be investigated. It's all very shady, and we'll keep you updated.
