When the model got married in 2019, Braun was in attendance — as was Katy Perry, who also had issues with Swift at the time — but the 1989 artist was not present.

An insider for the Daily Mail said due to Karlie Kloss’ “strained” friendship with the singer, she was not invited to Taylor Swift’s wedding. The source said:

The source went on to say that Taylor Swift believes in giving people chances to show who they truly are, and while that might not have worked out for her relationship with Karlie Kloss, is there hope for her friendship with Blake Lively to come back around?

It was pretty obvious that Taylor Swift and Blake Lively’s friendship took a hit amidst Lively’s legal issues with Justin Baldoni from the set of It Ends with Us, but the tension was confirmed through text messages between the two that came out during the investigation. However, now that a settlement has been reached, an insider says there might be a window of opportunity for Lively to get back into Swift’s inner circle. They told Page Six:

Blake Lively made an appearance at the Met Gala just hours after releasing a joint statement with Justin Baldoni to announce the settlement, but that doesn’t speak to how much damage was done to her friendship with Taylor Swift and if it can be repaired.

For one thing, Travis Kelce reportedly had issues with Ryan Reynolds even before Taylor Swift got pulled into Blake Lively’s legal issues. Swift even allegedly changed her phone number amidst all the drama, so while we can never say never, it seems like these two have a lot to overcome before they can put the past behind them.

Only time will tell which celebs made the guest list (Travis Kelce’s coach Andy Reid “probably” is invited, but don’t ask Kylie Kelce to spill the tea). The couple will reportedly tie the knot on July 3 — allegedly prompting the big Hamptons Fourth of July party to switch dates — but we won’t know for sure until it happens!

Also, during the Eras Tour, her shows in Vienna were canceled because there were people reportedly planning a terrorist attack that involved her concert. It makes sense why she takes her security and safety very, very seriously.

According to this insider, Kelce understands this and respects it all. However, apparently, he also wants to protect his partner and finds it “strange” to have a security team protecting her too:

Another insider went on to claim that the tight end is “happiest when life feels normal.” He apparently likes “random nights out” and being spontaneous. Meanwhile, when Swift is involved, “every movement has to be coordinated in advance.”

I get it; that’s a very big change to deal with. If Swift moves, it has to be with intention, and caution has to be involved. That’s a lot to adapt to. However, the insider reiterated that while Kelce is still a bit shocked by all this, he “loves Taylor more than he hates any of it.”

To be clear, Swift and Kelce do find ways to go out together. They recently went to an NBA playoff game, and they went to a play on the West End to support Sadie Sink earlier this year. So, they get out. However, it also involves security and planning so that everyone can stay safe.

Again, it’s understandable why Travis Kelce might still find all this a bit shocking. Taylor Swift has to move through the world very differently from everyone else, and yes, it involves a ton of security and precaution. However, it sounds like the football player is accepting of this fact and is more than willing to adapt to this kind of life because of how much he loves his fiancée.

As the NBA playoffs continue their run on the 2026 TV schedule, Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s appearance at Game 3 of the Knicks vs. Cavaliers series is still making headlines. That’s because, after the football player went viral for chugging a beer courtside, on camera and in front of his fiancée, he defended his choice to do it.

This all came up when Jason Kelce told his brother that he “cannot be out there chugging beers in public” in an exaggerated tone during an episode of New Heights. In response, Travis said he could chug the energy drink he was holding, and then defended his choice to down the beer at the game, saying:

It certainly got the energy going in the room and on the internet. That chug went viral alongside other moments Travis and Taylor Swift had at the game. Overall, it was a fun instance, and the football player is right: it was a “classy chug.” Jason agreed with that too, as he said:

They then provided a play-by-play of the moment, with the former Philadelphia Eagles center explaining how impressive it was that Travis didn’t spill anything or panic during all this.

I have to say, I’m not shocked the Kansas City Chiefs tight end was able to do this effortlessly. He went up on the Eras Tour stage and fearlessly danced alongside Swift and her dancers. Plus, his family has a tendency to do things like chugging a beer at a sporting event where everyone can see them. (I mean, I remember how Jason jumped out of a suite in front of Swift at a Buffalo Bills game a few years ago.)

Overall, this was a fun moment to see, especially since Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s public dates tend to be few and far between. Also, I don’t know if we’ll be seeing more of them courtside in the near future, since the Knicks did win that series to advance to the NBA finals and eliminate the Cavs.

So, I guess it’s time to turn our attention to the next event for Swift and Travis, which seems to be their wedding. The singer and football player got engaged in August last year, and the word on the street is they’ll reportedly tie the knot this summer.

Will there be a “classy chug” at their wedding? If there is, it won’t be broadcast on the Jumbotron. However, this one was, and Travis Kelce seems happy that everyone saw it too.

Leave it to Tina Fey to add another humorous layer to this situation. For starters, she made it clear that the Dune star was lovely and, even now, there’s no bad blood there. What was downright hilarious, though, was the iconic Saturday Night Live star arguing that her “big ‘ol can” was also a factor to consider as far as seating went. I don’t know what I love more: Fey’s rationale or the way in which the Kelces erupt into laughter upon hearing the argument. As for her standing with Chalamet, Fey also had this to say:

It’s honestly been hard to ignore Timothèe Chalamet during this NBA postseason, as he continues to prove just how big a Knicks fan he is. The past few years have actually seen the fan-favorite actor becoming something of a staple at MSG. We’ve even reached the point at which people are asking diehard Knicks supporter Spike Lee if Chalamet might be his “super fan” successor. Of course, the Marty Supreme actor has made it clear that he’s not looking to take any kind of title away from Lee.

This season has been particularly eventful for Chalamet, and I’m not just saying that due to the Knicks just having punched their ticket to the NBA Finals. Many have taken notice of his presence at the games, and several moments involving his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner – who was also present during the “manspreading” situation – have gone viral. On that note, an insider even alleged that Chalamet might propose to Jenner if the Knicks manage to bring home the Larry O'Brien Championship Trophy.

Of course, fans should take that proposal tidbit with a massive grain of salt. What I’m glad about, though, is to have firm confirmation that Tina Fey isn’t feeling a way about Timothèe Chalamet’s “manspreading".” If anything, I hope to see these two alongside each other at least one more time when the Finals start airing amid the 2026 TV schedule.

The NBA Playoffs are moving right along and, as the New York Knicks compete in the Eastern Conference Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers, plenty of stars are rolling up for the games. On Saturday night, Game 3 of the series unfolded in Ohio, and A-list couple Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were amongst those in attendance. The broadcasting staff, of course, made note of the pair’s presence. Funny enough, though, the team seemingly did Swift “dirty” due to the way they specifically referred to her throughout the evening.

Game 3 was shown on ESPN and, at multiple times throughout the broadcast, the commentators highlighted Swift and Kelce. What was hilarious about that, though, was the fact that the team didn’t refer to the Grammy winner by name. Instead, they name-dropped Kelce and referred to Swift as either his “girlfriend” or his “fiancé.” Anyone who doesn’t believe me can check out the clips Brickcenter shared to X:

Honestly, it feels like something as humorously ironic as this would only happen in a TV show or movie. I can’t help but laugh about it, though I also have to wonder why the broadcasters made it a point not to directly name Swift, whose albums have arguably defined a generation of music listeners. Regardless of the reasoning, plenty of fans took to the comment section of the post to share their two cents. And their opinions on the matter are mixed, to say the least:

That last comment definitely aligns with my thinking, as the commentators could’ve been doing that intentionally, given Swift’s status as a high-profile public figure. With that assumption, it could’ve been just a case of the analysts having fun with Swift as opposed to jabbing her in any way. Whatever the case, Swift herself seemed to be quite chill as she took in the game, which ended with the Knicks beating the Cavs to take a 3-0 lead in the series.

Ironically, this situation came just shortly after Kelce shared some insight into his relationship with Swift. During a recent episode of his New Heights podcast, he spoke to Colin Jost, and the two empathized with each other over being the less famous person in their respective relationships. (Jost is, of course, married to box office titan Scarlett Johansson.)

Swift and Kelce’s relationship began dating in 2023 and, since then, the two have received considerable attention. Around August 2025, Kelce and Swift became engaged, with the latter confirming the news using a sweet social media post. There have since been reports about the couple’s wedding plans, though the stars themselves haven’t spoken about those details. Still, various rumors are swirling around their nuptials, with one alleged guest complaining about not being able to bring a plus one.

As for the pair’s joint appearances at sporting events, I’m curious as to whether they’ll shop up to any more basketball games, especially with the NBA Finals just around the corner. Should that happen, I’d be curious as to whether or not, the “Willow” singer would still get the “girlfriend” label. Maybe moving forward, the broadcast team will name Swift like at NFL games.

It’s almost inevitable that someone is going to be unhappy. Now rumors of some discontent are already starting.

In a report from the Daily Mail, one alleged wedding guest of Swift’s is upset about some of the cuts. Apparently, Swift and Kelce are putting a true limit on plus ones at the event, and while this particular guest claims to understand the reasons that could be behind this, they seem quite unhappy that they would reportedly not be able to bring a friend to this wedding. They told the publication:

Despite this person being upset about the situation, there are a myriad of good reasons why Swift and Kelce might want to crack down on plus ones at their wedding. These are two people who are incredibly famous and reportedly want to have a private event with their friends, just like Beyoncé and Jay-Z did. They are allegedly not even telling guests the venue until the last minute, and reportedly have only told their friends the city in which it will take place.

While they can control the guest lists, they can’t control plus ones, making privacy even more risky. Still, this guest believes that the “plus one rule” isn’t true for everyone. They said:

It’s a tough situation, and you can’t make everyone happy. Single people in general are often put in awkward situations at weddings, especially if they don’t know anyone else at the event. I’ve personally been tacked onto tables that are lovingly called “the singles table,” and if you’re not a social person, this can be uncomfortable. Weddings in general tend to favor married couples, as they are often invited together.

In the Benny Blanco/Selena Gomez case, this is a situation where both individuals are close to both Kelce and Swift, so it would be expected that they would both be invited. Additionally, Blanco and Gomez held their own wedding last year that was super high profile and private, so they would likely be overly understanding themselves about the kind of secrecy measures this duo could be taking. However, I understand that being so selective about the guest list can be frustrating for some of the couple’s famous friends. It’s almost an impossible situation.

I don’t think we can overstate how big of an event Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding is going to be. Zoë Kravitz and Harry Styles got engaged less than a year after their relationship was outed by a fan who saw them together in Rome. However, they’re apparently wasting no time getting plans in place, as sources for Page Six report that the duo plan to wed before the end of the year.

The celebrity couple is reportedly thinking of having “a small wedding” with just friends and family, though I have to wonder how small that could be for two A-listers of their caliber and Zoë Kravitz’s famous parents. Either way, the Blink Twice director and the Harry’s House artist are allegedly hoping to tie the knot in the UK — where they’ve spent much of their time together — and to do it around Christmas.

I know the warmer months from spring to fall are the more traditional times to get married, but my goodness, how romantic is the thought of a London wedding around the holidays? What’s more, it sounds like they might be following in the celebrity tradition of having multiple ceremonies (Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce may be doing this, too, with one big event to serve as a decoy for a more intimate ceremony).

If Harry Styles and Zoë Kravitz are planning more than one event, it’s very likely New York would be the second location, with another source saying:

A December wedding actually makes sense, given what we know about the couple’s busy schedules. Harry Styles, for one, will be on tour from May to December after releasing his fourth studio album Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally. earlier this year.

In that case, Christmastime might be the couple’s first opportunity to tie the knot, and the thought that they want to do it as soon as possible makes it even sweeter!

Regardless of which celebrity wedding has captured your attention more, I do have to wonder if longtime friends Taylor Swift and Zoë Kravitz have been in contact during the wedding planning process. It will also be interesting to see if they receive invitations to each other’s weddings, especially given the fact that Swift dated Harry Styles way back when.

Speaking specifically about what the prenup could say in regard to living expenses, Sarah Luetto, a partner in Blank Rome’s Matrimonial & Family Law Group, told Page Six:

Now, while Travis Kelce is a seriously successful NFL star, there’s no denying that Taylor Swift is more famous than he is, and her net worth is a lot higher. According to Forbes, the pop star’s net worth sits at $2 billion. Meanwhile, Kelce’s net worth as of 2025 was about $47.3 million, according to the same outlet.

So, when Swift and Kelce get married, according to Luetto (who does not represent either person in this couple), it’s possible that their prenup could stipulate that the singer pays their living expenses.

Now, to provide some context about the couple’s living situation, Swift’s real estate portfolio includes homes in New York City, Rhode Island, Nashville and LA, per Page Six. Meanwhile, Kelce also has a couple of homes, and he notably bought a new house near Kansas City not long after his relationship with the “So High School” singer became public knowledge.

Along with that, the attorney explained that there are prenups that make it so the wealthier party is “gifting or transmuting a portion of their estate to the community or to the other party’s separate property.” They do this so that each person in the couple can “maintain investments and assets during the marriage.”

Luetto also weighed in on both Kelce and Swift’s individual estates, and the ways they might choose to address them in a prenup. Further explaining that point, the lawyer said:

In the event of a divorce, this would make it “much simpler” for both the "You Belong with Me" singer and the tight end when it comes to “retaining their own estate.”

Hopefully, they’ll never have to think about something like that. However, learning about what their prenup could potentially say is certainly interesting and brings up points I’d never thought about before.

Now, with that said and done, it’s time to look forward to the wedding, which seemingly will happen a little less than a year after Swift and Kelce got engaged. Allegedly, it will take place in New York City this summer, and it could be a very private affair. However, hopefully, we get some insight into the big day whenever it happens, so we can keep getting little peeks into this power couple’s relationship.

I love that he’s “probably” gotten an invite. That legit made me laugh. Like, is he joking? Does he actually just assume he’s gotten one and doesn’t really know? I need answers! This reminds me of the time Graham Norton said he had to sign “so many NDAs” about this event. I couldn’t tell if he was joking, and in this case, I really don’t know if Reid is kidding or not.

Either way, I do think his answer confirms that he’s going to Swift and Kelce’s big day.

Anyway, to get back to the conversation at hand, the host told the coach he needed to get a “brand new tuxedo” for this event. To his point, it’s been reported that Swift’s dress might be inspired by Elizabeth Taylor, and the wedding itself is expected to be a big, fancy event.

However, Reid noted that he won’t be going all out for his suit (though he will be dressed nicely), because he’s not the focus of this big day. Sweetly explaining that point, he said:

Well, that’s just the sweetest thing ever, and it’s just another example of Andy Reid being a lovely Tayvis shipper.

From Reid’s comments about Swift’s Pop-Tarts to his feelings about why the couple’s relationship is a “beautiful thing all around,” he’s always been very supportive of the singer and football player. It’s very sweet to see, too, because the coach has been working with the tight end for well over a decade.

Overall, outside of Swift and Kelce’s immediate family, Andy Reid is one of the people I had assumed would be an automatic add to their wedding guest list. And it would seem he was. While the coach wasn’t 100% sure if he’d gotten an invite, he assumed he did, and he made it clear that he was very excited to attend the wedding.

It’s been reported for months now that the power couple will tie the knot sometime this summer. However, there’s been a ton of rumors floating around about the exact date it will happen. There’s also been lots of speculation about various other details regarding their wedding. So, overall, we still don’t know much about it.

However, we do know that Andy Reid plans to be there, and he probably won’t be buying a new tux for it.

While Colin Jost and Travis Kelce are very well-known and successful, there’s no question that their respective partners, Scarlett Johansson and Taylor Swift, are more famous. Again, Kelce and Jost are by no means not-famous. In fact, they’re very, very, very well-known. Jost has been the longest-reigning Weekend Update host since 2021, and Kelce has won three Super Bowls. However, their partners are a movie star and a pop star, so they are, technically, “less famous.” And according to Jost, that’s a “relief,” as he explained:

I love that take. However, this wasn’t what surprised me about his answer. That’s because, while Jost is not as big of an A-lister as his wife, he actually thinks he gets approached more than she does. That’s what shocked me, as he explained:

You know what, this actually makes sense. I totally see what Jost is saying. He’s best known for his work on television – in fact, you can see him on the 2026 TV schedule with both SNL and Pop Culture Jeopardy. Jost explained that sometimes, when he’s traveling with Johansson, the attendants won’t even recognize her (even though they’re looking at documents that say her name). Taylor Swift had to have known that leaks were a possibility, especially after details about Selena Gomez’s wedding got out. So, according to this source, she’s hoping that throwing a big flashy celebration will draw enough attention that she and Travis Kelce can sneak away for a more intimate vow exchange later.

It sounds like the alleged plan will take place on different dates, with the supposed insider continuing:

I don’t know about you, but this sentiment reminds of Taylor Swift’s “Wi$h Li$t” lyrics from The Life of a Showgirl that say:

While we should take all rumors regarding Taylor Swift’s nuptials with a grain of salt, it’s practically commonplace these days for celebrities to throw more than one wedding ceremony. With that in mind, I don’t think it’s out of the question that they’d go that route.

Now, whether or not that will afford them more privacy, I’m not sure. I think Taylor Swift could have 13 (or 87) different ceremonies, and Swifties would be equally invested in each one.

However, one thing that could possibly help control the security situation would be if they follow in Jay Z and Beyoncé’s footsteps by getting married at home. In this case, that would likely mean Swift’s NYC apartment, which would theoretically be quite intimate.

There’s so much interest in when and where and how Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding will go down. With that said, as seriously as they take security, I don’t think we’ll know anything for certain until it happens. But we’re definitely keeping our eyes open either way.

Since Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce got together, we’ve seen them walking into restaurants for dates and out and about on numerous occasions. It’s not very often, though, that they attend a public event for a date night. Of course it’s happened, but it’s rare. However, they did just do it again as they attended a play led by a Stranger Things star who has also collaborated with the pop star.

At the moment, Swift and Kelce are in London, and they were spotted out and about on a date night. After going to dinner at Gymkhana, per TMZ, they were seen by many people at the West End production of Romeo and Juliet. Fans, like @theTSupdates, caught the couple giving the cast, which is led by Sadie Sink and Noah Jupe, a standing ovation, while other clips showed them sitting in the mezzanine of the theater.

This production of Romeo and Juliet is notable because Sink is a certified star of stage and screen, having just come off the final season of Stranger Things (which you can stream with a Netflix subscription) and a successful run on Broadway with the play John Proctor is the Villain. She plays Juliet in this version of Shakespeare’s play, while Noah Jupe (who you might recognize as Hamlet in Chloé Zhao’s adaptation of Hamnet) plays Romeo.

While that information alone sells the play plenty, I assume Swift’s connection to Sink could have also motivated her to visit the West End.

Memorably, the Stranger Things star led the short film for Swift’s ten-minute version of “All Too Well” that was released on Red (Taylor’s Version). She starred in the project alongside Dylan O’Brien, and then Swift showed up at the very end as the older version of the character Sink was playing. Overall, both the song and the music video are considered Swift’s best by many, and to this day, people talk about it and Sink’s performance.

Now, going back to this date night, this is one of a few occasions where we’ve seen Swift and Kelce at a very public event together. Of course, she attends his games, and he went to the Eras Tour. However, we only occasionally see them together at things like a sporting event, Coachella (two years ago) or an SNL taping.

Overall, they keep their private lives pretty private, and we get a glimpse of it every once in a while, as we did here. And I think this was a great time to make an appearance too, because it was lovely to see Swift and Kelce supporting Saide Sink and the company of Romeo and Juliet.

They aren’t the only high-profile co-stars of Sink’s to support this play, though. A few weeks ago, Tom Holland and Zendaya went, which was very fun to see, considering Sink is joining them in the cast of the upcoming Marvel movie, Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

So, it would appear that this is a hot ticket for couples who have worked with Sadie Sink, and I love that for them and her.

However, on New Heights, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end had a conversation with Jason Kelce, Kylie Kelce and one of their podcast producers about a thing that has changed about him since he and Swift got together.

I do wonder what new foods he’s fallen in love with since falling in love with Swift. I also have to wonder if this has impacted Travis and Swift’s wedding menu. Of course, we have no clue what it includes, and most details about their big day (including the date and location of it) are simply rumors at the moment.

Now, thinking about what we do know, we now have these sweet details about how Swift has helped Kelce try out new foods. As a former picky eater, I can confirm how great it is to have someone who helps you expand your taste.

On to what we know about these folks' work, Kelce is returning for another football season, while his podcast with his brother is ongoing. Jason is also a broadcaster during the NFL season, while Kylie’s own podcast, Not Gonna Lie, has taken off. Now, one insider revealed where he thinks they'll hold their ceremony, and it has connections to how Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s own wedding went down back in 2008.

Scooper Rob Shuter went on Fox 5 New York to share that, based on the insight that he’s gathered, the couple is allegedly going to get married on July 3rd in a city that Taylor Swift totally has a song about. In his words:

Initial reports that the Lover artist and Chiefs tight end were tying the knot in June have been debunked, with the celebrity couple allegedly set to say “I do” over Fourth of July weekend. We don’t know who or how many A-listers might be on the invite list for both events, but to keep them from having to choose, per Page Six, Michael Rubin has pushed his fête up to Wednesday, July 1.

Previous years have seen guests including Teyana Taylor, Leonardo DiCaprio, Gayle King, Drake, Travis Scott, and Hailey and Justin Bieber. Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly even hung out together a couple of years ago when their relationship status was up in the air.

Michael Rubin’s a big sports guy, so in addition to Tom Brady, many pro athletes have received invites in the past, including James Harden, Odell Beckham Jr., Joel Embiid and Joe Burrow.

It will be interesting to see how much overlap there is between the two star-studded events. The Fourth of July is Taylor Swift’s favorite holiday as well, and the Eras Tour star has famously thrown her own big parties at her expansive Rhode Island estate with guests like Selena Gomez, the Haim sisters, Cara Delevingne and Blake Lively.

This inspiration shouldn't surprise fans of The Life of the Showgirl, because the icon I’m talking about is Elizabeth Taylor. According to The Daily Mail, the pop star’s dress will allegedly be inspired by the actress’s first wedding dress. This gown was worn when Taylor married Conrad Hilton Jr. in 1950, and apparently, it sparked something for the pop star.

This comes not long after Swift released the music video for her song, “Elizabeth Taylor,” which is made up of archival footage of the Hollywood icon. According to one insider, this was part of what sparked the inspiration:

Casa Cipriani is a celebrity hotspot in NYC, largely due to its private members club. The upscale establishment takes privacy very seriously, stating in its rules that photo and video are strictly prohibited on club premises. It was a rule that was violated by fans when images of Swift and then-boyfriend Matty Healy visiting Casa Cipriani in 2023, such as the following TikTok video, appeared on social media:

In the Swiftie community, these images were a big deal. At the time, the singer was just starting her first U.S. leg of The Eras Tour, and had recently ended her 6-year relationship with Joe Alwyn. After years of rumored history and sending secret messages to each other, the Casa Cipriani photos captured Healy and Swift on their first public date as a couple.

A source later told Page Six that the Tortured Poets Department songstress canceled her own Casa Cipriani membership over the incident. The club refuted that claim, and now it seems they they were telling the truth. Swift returned to Cipriani this past weekend with now-fiancè Travis Kelce, and this time, the exclusive venue wasn’t risking a repeat offense.

Upon receiving word that the soon-to-be-wed power couple would be attending the club last Friday night, an insider for Page Six reported members hanging out on the club’s terrace were told to put their phones in their pockets. There must have been several security keeping a close eye on the patrons, as the source noted:

The reason became quite clear when Swift and Kelce showed up minutes later with a group of friends. If I were the famous showgirl, I would have felt some anxiety being back in the exact spot where the photo situation happened three years prior. Hopefully there’s less pressure to keep things on the down low now that she is publicly engaged to the Kansas City Chiefs player, though.

We should have known, nothing will keep Swift away from her favorite NYC hotspots. Many of the restaurants frequented by Swift, such as Via Carota, The Corner Store, and Chez Margaux, are now booked solid after gaining the 1989 singer’s stamp of approval.

I honestly bet her wedding venue will be booked up for the next five years once it is announced. The nuptials were rumored to be happening near Newport, RI, where Swift famously has hosted several 4th of July parties. However, a source told Page Six the wedding will take place on July 3 in Swift’s favorite city: Yes, New York, New York.

I’m glad the couple is able to have some relative peace together on a fun night out. NYC really does seem to be the place when they take leisure time and visit friends. Plus, Electric Lady, the unofficial home of Jack Antonoff, is located in NYC. Swift still keeps an apartment in the city that never sleeps, and I have to wonder if we might see the couple back to New York should Travis Kelce retire soon.

We know Taylor Swift loves numerology; she’s talked about it, and her detailed album releases prove it. So, there was reason to believe she’d pick June 13th as her wedding date. After she and Travis Kelce got engaged, that was the word on the street, and many believed they’d tie the knot this summer in Rhode Island. However, a wedding planner has fully debunked that rumor.

The idea of Swift and Kelce getting married on June 13th in Rhode Island has had the internet talking for a while. So, Wedding Chicks posted about it with a graphic that said: “Save the Date: Taylor and Travis are getting married on June 13th.” The post went on to explain why the day and location were meaningful to the couple. However, all that was debunked by Tara Guerard, a wedding planner, who is working on a ceremony that will take place on the day and in the place many believed was being held for the pop star and football player. Here’s what she commented on Wedding Chicks’ post to debunk this rumor:

For months now, it’s been alleged that the couple would tie the knot at The Ocean House in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, on June 13. Obviously, 13 is Swift’s lucky number, and she openly plans things to fit with it. So, having the date be 13 and having it be in 2026 (because 13 + 13 = 26) made sense. Plus, having it in June makes it so football season is not in the way, and June 13 is a Saturday. In conclusion, this was an easy rumor to buy into.

Along with that, the Rhode Island of it all tracked too. The Ocean House is a very fancy hotel, and it sits near Swift’s mansion. So, that was believable.

However, as this wedding planner revealed, there’s a different ceremony happening there that weekend. So, we can stop clowning about this rumor like we clown about Reputation (Taylor’s Version), because we know it’s 100% not happening.

Now, it’s perfectly possible that the date could be June 13th, and they’ll be holding the ceremony somewhere else. It’s also possible that The Ocean House is their venue. However, the wedding will not be happening at The Ocean House on June 13th. Someone else will be tying the knot there on that day.

So, that means we're kind of back to square one when it comes to information about Swift and Kelce's nuptials. And I wouldn’t be shocked if we don’t learn about their ceremony until after it's happened. They’re a fairly private couple, and they have stayed tight-lipped about their wedding plans. Their family has too, with Kylie Kelce saying she won’t answer questions about it (which was met with some controversy).

With all that said and done, it’s time to put the June 13th at Ocean House rumor to rest. However, as we learn more about when and where Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding will be, we’ll make sure to let you know.

I get that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce getting engaged is probably objectively their biggest relationship development. However, as a life-long Swiftie, seeing them together at an award show felt like a ginormous milestone. That’s because the pop star has almost always attended these shows either alone or with friends and/or collaborators. So, yes, seeing her dance with her fiancé at the iHeart Radio Music Awards hit different.

Now, I know, we saw Kelce on the Eras Tour stage, and Swift appeared on New Heights. Their support for each other has been clear and very obvious for a long time now. For years and years, Taylor Swift has walked red carpets alone (which she did do at this show too), and she’s unabashedly had a blast dancing at award shows, even when she was the only one standing. We love her for this, too. Her independence, as well as her support of the artists performing, has always been wonderful to see.

However, there’s always been this looming question of whether she’d ever bring a partner to one of these and dance with them. Well, she just did, and it feels historic.

Hopefully, that means we’ll get to see Travis Kelce with her too, because as I mentioned, this whole thing just hits different.

After he retires, Travis Kelce will likely be remembered as one of the greatest tight ends to have ever played in the NFL. Unfortunately, his last few seasons in the league were not similar to his prime, leading many to speculate he'd retire before the next year. Kelce finally announced he's coming back to the Kansas City Chiefs, but it's the terms of the deal that have sports fans wondering how he pulled this off.

The NFL announced that Kelce signed a crazily lucrative three-year deal with the Chiefs for $54.7 million. The deal left NFL fans properly gobsmacked, wondering why in the world the Chiefs would spend so much of their allotted cap space on a former superstar who isn't performing to standard:

The news, at first glance, is shocking, but there's some nuance to the deal. Sports journalist Ari Meirov elaborated that the deal is actually structured as a 1-year deal with a base salary of $12 million, and $3 million in incentives if he hits certain milestones. The additional $40 million over two years is not expected to be paid out, but the contract's structure would allow the Chiefs to pay out his $12 million the first year over the next two years after he retires.

Even so, the yearly salary will still land him in the Top 10 of the highest-paid tight ends in the NFL next season, according to OverTheCap.com. This is to say, it's not as bad as advertised, but it's still a pretty penny for a player who hasn't played his best in a while. It's not exactly what (some) Kansas City Chiefs fans want to see, especially after finishing third in their division last season. (Though, sure, there were other circumstances, like Mahomes' "obviously effed up" injury.)

Travis Kelce's retirement at the end of this season feels like a certainty, based on the opinions of analysts and his close friends. As much as Kelce wants to compete in the NFL, the Chiefs have to figure out a way to get back on top and make sure Patrick Mahomes has all the tools he needs on offense to make that happen.

Granted, Travis Kelce played a big role in both Mahomes' and the Chiefs' dynasty, so it's understandable the organization would like to allow him the opportunity to retire on his terms, rather than push him out the door. That could be more of a factor than his ongoing engagement with Taylor Swift. Plus, Hollywood will always be there when he's ready for the next stage of his career.

We still have quite a while before the next NFL season kicks off in the fall, so we'll have to see how and what Travis Kelce has to say about this upcoming season when he returns. I'm sure there will be a lot more said before he gets thrown his next pass.

OK, this all happened because Harrison Ford was asked about singing the Indiana Jones theme on Shrinking (which you can see with an Apple TV subscription). During his interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the actor claimed that he didn’t remember if that bit was his idea or not. So, as a follow-up, Jimmy Kimmel asked:

Well, that was certainly a turn. However, Ford took it all in stride and with his signature dry sense of humor. In response, the Star Wars actor simply (and hilariously) said:

There was no follow-up, ellaboration or explanation; the guys moved on to talk more about Shrinking, seeing as it's currently airing on the 2026 TV schedule. However, the short response did go viral.

So, naturally, as Ryan Gosling has been promoting the upcoming book-to-screen adaptation of Project Hail Mary, he got asked the same question his Blade Runner 2049 co-star got on the talk show.

Well, when he appeared on New Heights, Jason Kelce asked him about his co-star's viral moment during their segment called “We Gotta Ask.” The older Kelce brother laid out that Ford had said he had sex to his own films’ soundtracks, and then he asked Gosling if he had made love to his own movies’ music. In response, the Barbie actor said:

He also explained that as the crew was trying to get him ice for his wound, his co-star took his ice away and said, “I forgive you.” Yet again, an iconic one-liner from the movie star that is equal parts unexpected and hilarious. Now, the punch isn’t in Blade Runner 2049; however, the funny story has lived on.

I expect this odd conversation about music in the bedroom to live on, too. Overall, I can’t get over that Ryan Gosling was asked about Harrison Ford’s viral claim. I also love that he didn’t just answer the question for himself; he also explained why his colleague's response was so on brand.

Between photos of the pop star allegedly walking into a party and claims from inside sources, it’s been reported that the power couple was in LA during the weekend of the Academy Awards.

As the little gold men were awarded, we talked about all sorts of fashion moments from Kevin O’Leary’s chain to Wunmi Mosaku’s sparkly gown. Then, it was time for the after parties, where we got to see Megan Fox’s black lingerie-inspired party fit and so many more noteworthy ensembles. Now Taylor Swift…and her leg...have entered the Academy Awards chat.

On Oscar Sunday, it was reported by Deux Moi that Taylor Swift discreetly went to Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s after-party at the Chateau Marmont. With that claim came two photos of someone being hidden by black umbrellas. While you can’t see the person’s face, you can see the bottom of their gold dress and their red-bottomed heels. Apparently, that is the “Fate of Ophelia” singer’s leg.

Now, obviously, this could be someone else. That’s entirely possible. However, Swift and Kelce famously keep their relationship out of the public eye. Plus, we know the pop star (and many famous folks) will use umbrellas to hide themselves from paparazzi when they’re on the move. So, it seems possible that this leg is Taylor Swift’s.

It’s also been alleged that Swift and Kelce were at various Oscars afterparties on Sunday. Per Page Six, the couple kept their attendance at these parties on the down low. The outlet also claimed that people saw them spending time at Madonna and Guy Oseary’s party. Notably, the singer and football player did go to that party in 2024. Therefore, it’s not far-fetched to believe that they also attended this bash (and maybe others) this year, too.

Also, the “Opalite” singer is friendly with both Madonna and Beyoncé (I mean, Swift and Beyoncé supported each other’s concert films very publicly a few years ago). So, while we don’t know whose leg that is in the photo, technically, again, it’s not unrealistic to believe it’s Taylor Swift.

Overall, we really haven’t seen much of Swift in recent months. Last year was a big one for her, as she and Travis Kelce got engaged, she bought her music back, she dropped The Life of a Showgirl, and she released her Eras Tour documentary. So far, she hasn’t been seen much in 2026, though she did release the "Opalite" music video. However, her fiancé has mentioned her here and there in interviews and on his podcast.

Now, we seem to have a small update about what the “Fortnight” singer has been up to, thanks to a couple of photos of a leg and some insiders sharing updates. If they were indeed at these parties, I hope she and Kelce had a blast celebrating the big winners – like One Battle After Another and Sinners – with their famous friends, and maybe one day we’ll get confirmation that they were actually there.

Now that the wait is officially on for football to return to the 2026 TV schedule, questions about players and their futures are being thrown around all the time. They also didn’t make the playoffs, and their quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, tore his ACL. That’s a sour note to end a season on, and it’d undoubtedly be a rough note to end a career on. So, if Travis is feeling up for it, Compton thinks he should go for it.

Last year, when retirement questions swirled, Travis said that he was returning because of how much he loves playing football. Then, this year, Donna Kelce was asked about her son potentially leaving the sport, and in response, she said that he should just “do what he feels comfortable doing.” So, if he’s feeling good physically and mentally, and that love is still there, maybe he’ll come back.

Right now, though, we just do not know what Travis Kelce is going to do. He has not confirmed or denied his plans for the upcoming season. However, odds are he’ll share them in the near future and well before the next season starts.

The good thing is that if Kelce does decide to retire from football, he has another chapter of his life waiting for him on the other side. He's already soft launched an acting career, as he's starred in Ryan Murphy’s Grosesquerie and played a small role in Happy Gilmore 2. Additionally, he hosted the TV game show Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity? I also wouldn't be surprised if he picks up a sports commentary gig post-retirement. And, of course, Swifties like myself would also just love to see him relax and enjoy married life with Taylor Swift.

In the meantime, the public at large will just have to wait and see when Travis Kelce makes his big decision. Based on Donna's comments, it seems she'll be behind her son regardless of what he chooses. Of course, now there are a lot of questions regarding the Lively/Swift relationship. Swift’s name has been brought up as part of the legal battle that has stemmed from Lively filing a lawsuit for harassment against Justin Baldoni from their time working on It Ends With Us together. There are claims that the friendship between the two celebrity women is, at best, strained, as Swift is reportedly unhappy about being drawn into the drama.

Maybe Travis Kelce won’t need to worry about hanging out with Ryan Reynolds much anymore after everything that’s happened. Even if he does, I’m sure the two grown men will be just fine together, even if they don’t ever become close friends.

Listen, I’m a die hard Swiftie. I’m always waiting for Taylor Swift’s next project. However, at the moment, it doesn’t feel like she’s taking up the spotlight in the same way she has over the last few years. Now, a poll has revealed that her popularity is apparently waning, and that comes at a time when she’s dealing with being named in a lawsuit, she’s planning a wedding, and the Chiefs won’t be playing in the Super Bowl.

It’s been reported that Taylor Swift’s popularity is sitting at 46.7% right now. Last year, it was at 55.4%, and in 2024, it was at 54% according to YouGov. So, between the start of 2025 and now, the pop star’s popularity has dropped 8.7% according to this report.

Now, the data does not explain why this has happened. However, if we take a look back at what Taylor Swift’s been up to and/or involved in over the last year, it could provide some valuable context.

Notably, at this time last year, the Eras Tour had just ended (though you can stream it with a Disney+ subscription), and the Kansas City Chiefs were about to play in their third consecutive Super Bowl. The attention on Swift was still quite high, and the buzz around her supporting Travis Kelce amid an excellent run in his own career was real.

These days, while we still hear about The Life of a Showgirl artist often, it’s not in as high a quantity as it once was. Also, some of the news coming out that involves her at the moment isn’t exactly flattering.

The news I’m referring to is in regard to the ongoing It Ends With Us legal battle. While Blake Lively and Taylor Swift’s friendship has been a point of focus amid it for a very long time, recently, text messages the two shared were made public in court documents. So, the “The Fate of Ophelia” singer has been a bigger part of the conversations surrounding Lively and the issues surrounding her, Justin Baldoni and the movie they made.

Meanwhile, various reports about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding have been coming out. They got engaged in August last year, and since then, various claims about their plans for their impending nuptials have made headlines.

Plus, the simple fact of the matter is, we haven’t seen Taylor Swift as much as we did a year ago. With the Chiefs not going to the Super Bowl, she hasn’t been seen at a game in a while. Plus, generally speaking, she’s kept a lower profile this NFL season and didn’t have nearly as many viral moments as she had in the years before.

Ever since Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce got engaged over the summer, many have been excitedly awaiting what their wedding will be like. Now, is Graham Norton being a little bit cheeky, or did he actually have to sign NDAs about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding? It’s not like we would be surprised if the host is being added to the guest list given Swift has shown up on his BBC One late night show five times across more than a decade. Also, when Swift appeared on his show following her engagement in October and Norton asked about her wedding plans she responded by telling him “you’ll know,” suggesting that he’s perhaps going.

Given all the interest around Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding, it’s actually probably in their best interest to have guests sign NDAs. It’s already allegedly gotten out when and where they’re tying the knot: on June 13, 2026 at Rhode Island’s Ocean House. I’m sure they want to keep the event exclusive, safe and fun, rather than having fans strolling in like it's the Eras tour or something like that. The podcast hosts also said this on their show:

• Maria: “That is very very exciting, and I’m very much looking forward to coming with you.”
• Graham: “Over my husband’s dead body.”

As far as what else we’ve heard about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding planning, sources have said that the couple are equally involved in the process, but making decisions amidst Kelce trying to decide whether or not to retire from pro football after 13 seasons as a player is acting as “the first real test of their relationship.”

Another source also claimed that Kelce’s mother, Mama Donna, is having to “bite her tongue” regarding the process of wedding planning because she has a lot of ideas, but doesn’t want to come off as overbearing. No matter, we’re sure Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding is going to be absolutely epic. And hey, if we were invited, we’d sign all the NDAs too!

Fans’ long-held belief that Taylor Swift and Blake Lively’s friendship has suffered due to the latter’s ongoing sexual harassment lawsuit against her It Ends With Us director and co-star Justin Baldoni was seemingly confirmed by text messages exchanged between the two. In the texts, both women acknowledge “a shift” in their relationship. Now, an insider is speaking out on how Travis Kelce felt and how he supported Swift through that.

Ever since Taylor Swift was first mentioned in Justin Baldoni’s countersuit against Blake Lively (which has since been thrown out), the singer’s team has denied that she was involved with the movie in any capacity other than licensing a song for its use. According to an alleged insider for The Sun, Travis Kelce was concerned for his now-fiancée, and he apparently wasn’t shy about sharing his opinion about Lively amidst the drama. The source said:

Texts from December 2024 that were submitted as part of Blake Lively’s legal filing show the Gossip Girl alum expressing concern to Taylor Swift that something “may not be right” between them, and the Life of a Showgirl artist confirmed as much, writing in part:

Just like Ryan Reynolds encouraged Blake Lively to address the issue directly with Taylor Swift, which Lively said in her texts, it sounds like Travis Kelce was encouraging Swift to be honest with her friend as well, as the insider continued:

While Blake Lively and Taylor Swift seemed to be trying to work through their issues in those and other text exchanges, it seems like tension still exists. The two still haven’t been seen together since October 2024, when they double-dated with Ryan Reynolds and Travis Kelce. Also, months after this text conversation, Kelce brought attention to the supposed conflict by allegedly unfollowing Ryan Reynolds on social media.

Weeks later, Taylor’s father, Scott Swift, allegedly leaked information to Justin Baldoni’s team, accusing Blake Lively of threatening to release texts between her and Taylor Swift if the musician didn’t issue a statement of public support for Lively. (The actress' lawyer called the allegation “categorically false.”)

With Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce in wedding planning mode, it also doesn’t appear Blake Lively will be standing next to her former bestie when Swift says, “I do,” as the singer appears to have chosen her bridesmaids.

Meanwhile, several other celebrities have been sucked into Blake Lively’s lawsuit, which is headed for trial in May. Fellow It Ends with Us star Jenny Slate sent texts to her team, calling Justin Baldoni a “fraud” and “false ally." Meanwhile, Jameela Jamil was shown in court documents to have described Lively’s actions as a “bizarre villain act” (amongst other things) in text conversations with Baldoni’s publicist, Jennifer Abel.

This fight has been going on for over a year, and Taylor Swift hasn’t been able to escape the narrative so far. We’ll have to see how Travis Kelce continues to support her ahead of Blake Lively’s upcoming trial.

Since Travis Kelce proposed to Taylor Swift in August 2025, speculation around the upcoming nuptials has seemingly grown. There have been theories about the potential venue, what dress Swift is going to wear and who will be lucky enough to end up on that guest list. However, it seems like wedding planning might be placed on the back burner while Kelce faces some big life decisions,. All in all, it's suggested that Swift is being nothing but supportive.

Per a recent report by the Daily Mail, the NFL player is in the midst of deciding whether or not to retire from pro football. He has played 13 seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs and has been lucky enough to play well into his 30s. Speculation around retirement has been rampant, especially considering Kelce has dodged any line of questioning related to him deciding to potentially step away. Sources claim Swift has been very understanding about this difficult decision-making process and has ceased to talk about wedding plans:

If this is true, it would mark the "first real test" for the duo as a couple, as the dynamic has apparently been smooth sailing since the Swift/Kelce relationship started in 2023. Kelce even told George Clooney that they’d never been in a fight in the almost three years that they had been together. Not that this piece of gossip sounds like a fight but, based on the claims, it sounds like a difficult emotional decision for Kelce. The source also added:

If anyone knows how a career can ebb and flow, it's Taylor Swift. She has faced different levels of fame and levels of public scrutiny. There were times when it seemed like things were settling down for the superstar, before it all exploded again, bringing her to Eras Tour-level heights.

If Kelce does decide to step away from football, he still has a lot going for him. New Heights -- which he co-hosts with brother Jason -- is an incredibly popular podcast, he also could become a color commentator like many other retired athletes. Kelce's acting stints in Grotesquerie and Happy Gilmore 2 prove he's a man of many talents. Even so, it’s a tough decision, and his partner is allegedly in his corner throughout it all:

As Kelce reportedly weighs what could be the most pivotal decision of his professional life, it would be fair to say the headlines about venues and dresses can wait, no matter how much fans want to hear about it. Retirement isn’t a straightforward choice for an athlete, especially such an iconic one like Kelce.

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's relationship has been a topic of widespread conversation. At this point, they've been together for almost three years and have been endlessly supportive of each other's accomplishments and career highs. Notably, Swift has been a frequent attendee at Chiefs games, and Kelce attended shows amid the Eras Tour, even appearing on stage at one point. It’s no surprise that he also was on set to support his partner on the set of the “Fortnight” music video. One of the stars of the music video, Josh Charles even called him a "dick" while on set, but for a funny reason.

For those who aren’t familiar with it, Taylor Swift’s “Fortnight” video takes place in a mental hospital, where she is being “tortured” by flashbacks of a failed relationship. The scientists at the hospital are played by Dead Poets Society stars Ethan Hawke and Josh Charles. This acts as a reference to Swift’s album title “Tortured Poets Department” which is, partially, an homage to the movie title that made both Hawke and Charles famous. It’s a great reference point, and both Hawke and Charles have been gracious when talking about their experience working on the music video, even if Hawke’s daughters weren’t impressed. However, Charles may not have been as gracious towards her beau, Travis Kelce, whose football team, the Kansas City Chiefs, beat the Baltimore Ravens in the NFC championship game that year. Apparently, Kelce was a bit cocky during the game, and longtime Ravens fan Charles saw this as an opportunity to confront him. He said on The Tonight Show:

Even though Kelce’s attitude threw him off, it’s pretty clear Charles still had a lot of respect for the NFL tight end. When Charles confronted him about being a dick at that game, Kelce took it all in stride and had a great sense of humor about the whole situation. He was honest about playing a little dirty during that game, getting into the heads of the players. One Ravens player even got a personal foul for coming for Kelce after a play. Charles said of the interaction:

Ultimately, there's no “Bad Blood” between these two. This is just a case of two football lovers razzing each other. Kelce clearly got a kick out of the whole thing and wasn’t mad at all when Charles confronted him. I kinda admire the boldness from the actor and, as a longtime football fan myself, this seems like a pretty typical interaction between supporters of opposing teams. I’d love to see these two watch an actual game together (one where Kelce isn’t playing, of course), and see the competitive energy and banter really come out.

While I’ve never been one to think about Taylor Swift and Mr. Beast in the same sentence, they actually do have a couple of things in common. One, obviously, is that they’re both global superstars, albeit for different reasons. The other commonality is that they’re both engaged. So, with that in mind, as we wait for more details about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding plans, let’s talk about Mr. Beast and his fiancée, Thea Booysen’s upcoming nuptials.

Now, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce announced their engagement in August last year. Tayvis started dating in late 2023, and over the course of the last few years, we’ve seen them support each other at NFL games and the Eras Tour. Now, fans are waiting to see what they do for their wedding. Meanwhile, Mr. Beast (born Jimmy Donaldson) got engaged to Thea Booysen on Christmas Day in 2024. So, like Swifties, the YouTuber’s fans are excited to learn more about his upcoming wedding. He spoke about it too, with ET, saying:

It’s worth noting that this response came because he was asked if his wedding would be a “televisied spectacle” like his YouTube videos and Prime Video show. And, like Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, he made it pretty clear that this is one personal subject he won’t go into great detail about, which is very respectable.

Between his YouTube channel, the reality series, Beast Games, premiering on the 2026 TV schedule soon, and Mr. Beast’s appearance on Survivor 50, it feels like Jimmy Donaldson has been and will be on screen all the time. It makes sense that he wants to keep his personal life private amid all this, and that includes details about his upcoming wedding.

For a bit of background, Mr. Beast and Booysen, who is a gamer and YouTuber, met in 2022 and began dating shortly after that, per People. Two years later, they got engaged on Christmas Day at home while wearing matching sweaters. When it comes to their wedding, they’ve been open about the fact that it will be private. At one point, Booysen even told People:

So, while Swift and Kelce have reportedly booked a five-star venue in Rhode Island for their wedding, it would seem the YouTubers plan on a very small and intimate tropical ceremony. However, like the pop star and football player, it would seem that Mr. Beast and Booysen are keeping most of the actual details about tying the knot to themselves.

Donna Kelce may be the member of her family most prominently on our screens right now, as she stars on The Traitors Season 4. Meanwhile, her son, Travis, failed to make the NFL playoffs with the Chiefs this season. However, the spotlight on his and Taylor Swift’s relationship remains bright, as they continue to march toward their wedding date. It’s an exciting time, to be sure, for the celebrity couple and their families, but one insider explained why it’s allegedly been tough on Mama Kelce.

According to a supposed pal of Donna Kelce, she's the kind of mom who isn’t afraid to make her opinion known — even if no one is asking. However, the alleged friend told the Daily Mail that the new cast member for The Traitors (streamable with a Peacock subscription) is trying to stay in the backseat regarding Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding planning. The source said:

It sounds like Donna Kelce is handling things just right, in my opinion anyway, as she’s supposedly letting her son and future daughter-in-law plan the wedding of their dreams and not weighing in too much with her own opinions.

As such, she’s apparently maintained a great relationship with Taylor Swift, with the source saying “they actually get along really well.” The insider continued:

Mama Kelce may not be getting too involved in the details, but Travis is reportedly doing his share of the planning. This isn’t a situation where the groom just shows up after the bride has made all the decisions, as he and the Life of a Showgirl artist are allegedly approaching their big day as a partnership.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce seem to be making big decisions pretty quickly, too. They have allegedly set a wedding date — Saturday, June 13, 2026 — and secured a venue. Swifties think the “Wood” singer has also chosen her bridesmaids, after she was photographed on dinner dates with Sabrina Carpenter, Gigi Hadid and other friends.

Kenan Thompson is in his 22^nd season of Saturday Night Live, which will be returning on the 2026 TV schedule on January 17. Over the years, he has played a variety of characters and impersonated many celebrities. His impersonations aren’t just on SNL, though, as Thompson going full "Kermit” to impersonate Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes during an episode of his Good Sports show with Kevin Hart has been going viral. But he’s giving Travis Kelce some credit for his impression.

The comedian has impersonated Mahomes on Good Sports, which can be streamed with a Prime Video subscription, and he certainly is not the first person to do so. In September, during a press conference, Kelce decided to impersonate his teammate to get back at him for saying he didn’t know where Brazil was on a map. And it was because of moments like that that Thompson knew just where to take it himself as he explained on TODAY:

Of course, Kelce and Mahomes are teammates, so having to listen to him day in and day out probably helps. Kelce has also tried out his impression multiple times over the years, so it's well developed, and I can totally see why Thompson was inspired by the NFL star's take.

Whether or not Thompson will ever break out the impression on Saturday Night Live is unknown. And if we're dreaming really big, it would be fun to see the comedian do the impression with Mahomes present. Honestly, just having all three of them together in one room with Thompson and Kelce doing the impression in front of Mahomes would be hilarious.

It wouldn’t be so unusual for Thompson to impersonate Mahomes on Saturday Night Live if a sketch ever called for it. The Good Burger star once impersonated Reba McEntire in what is one of the best 2000 digital shorts, and it was pretty funny. Thompson has also done some pretty unconventional characters over the years, so adding a Mahomes impression to that list certainly wouldn’t be the craziest thing he’s done.

If anything, I would love for Kenan Thompson and Travis Kelce to meet up one of these days to compare and contrast notes when it comes to impersonating Patrick Mahomes. Perhaps Thompson can show up on a future New Heights episode, and the two can really have at it. For now, though, fans will have to settle for Thompson’s impersonations on Saturday Night Live, which airs on NBC and is streaming with a Peacock subscription.

Good Will Hunting wasn’t the first movie for co-writers and co-stars Matt Damon and Ben Affleck, but it was the film that catapulted them into Hollywood stardom. It’s been nearly 30 years since the Academy Award-winning movie was released, but Damon says he still thinks about the way it felt when he realized the project they’d worked so hard on was actually happening. He also opened up about why he felt like Rocky making it.

Matt Damon was a guest on the New Heights podcast with Jason and Travis Kelce, and during the show, he was asked what his “Welcome to Hollywood” moment was, when he realized he had truly arrived professionally. Damon calls back to when Good Will Hunting first started shooting, which began production with a scene he wasn’t in, but it still meant everything to him. Damon said…

Ben Affleck and Matt Damon grew up as friends with dreams of Hollywood, and while they were already working actors by the time they were shopping around Good Will Hunting, one imagines that getting somebody to buy a script from two unknowns was a difficult task. So many screenplays never become movies; it wouldn’t have been unusual if Good Will Hunting had just never been made.

One imagines that Damon and Affleck wouldn’t even fully believe the movie was happening until filming got underway, but once it did, and with the likes of Stellan Skarsgard and Robin Williams involved, it finally felt real. It’s not a shock that it was an emotional moment. Damon likens the whole thing to feeling like Rocky Balboa in Sylvester Stallone’s original movie. Rocky was never trying to win; he only ever wanted to go the distance, and so did they. Damon continued…

The Rocky comparison makes sense. Not only was the experience of getting Good Will Hunting made like the character's journey, but it was also similar to the story of Stallone attempting to get Rocky made, having written the movie and then fighting to make it real, and be able to star in it.

In the end, Good Will Hunting did happen, and far more than “nothing” happened with it. The movie would be nominated for nine Oscars, winning two, a Best Supporting Actor award for Robin Williams, and the Best Original Screenplay prize for Affleck and Damon. The movie was so successful that there have apparently been attempts at making a sequel, though, like Rocky did, that seems unlikely. However, the comparison still stands, and it really helps me understand just how much Good Will Hunting means to the people who made it.

Millions of people headed out Wednesday night to ring in the new year by watching the ball drop in Times Square (or Chicago, as Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve shook things up), but those who stayed in to enjoy the revelry from home got quite the treat from Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper. The unlikely duo have been a hit in the past, covering New Year’s Eve for CNN, and this year was no different, as the news anchor gave us quite the silly start to 2026 with a dramatic reading of Taylor Swift’s viral 2025 song “Wood.”

Anderson Cooper must not be too much of a Swiftie, because he was not familiar with “Wood,” a song off of the Eras Tour artist’s latest album The Life of a Showgirl that is basically an ode to Travis Kelce’s manhood. Andy Cohen got his co-host to read the double entendre-filled lyrics during CNN’s New Year’s Eve Live, and the giggles they caused the journalist are giving me the energy I need to kickstart this new year. It’s stunts like this that make Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen such a successful duo to pull off this holiday show (even if some people get snarky about it), because I can’t get enough of the Watch What Happens Live host’s devilish grin. I think Cooper quickly found that he was in over his head with the “Wood” reading, because that, “Oh!” read as both part of the lyrics and a realization of what that “redwood tree” was meant to symbolize.

The news anchor then fell into a fit of giggles not unlike the time he and Andy Cohen interviewed John Mayer in a cat bar, and you didn’t have to be a few drinks in to join in the infectious laughter.

Props to Andy Cohen if bringing “Wood” to the party was his idea, because not only did it provide one of the best moments from all networks’ New Year’s Eve coverage (in my opinion), but it celebrated what was a huge pop culture moment from 2025.

Not only was the song one of the “bangers” on Taylor Swift’s 12th studio album that came out last year, but it honored her relationship with Travis Kelce. 2025, after all, was the year that saw the celebrity couple get engaged with the already iconic announcement that: “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.” TNT emojis all around!

I don’t think I was the only one that joined in Anderson Cooper’s giggle fits, because several fans weighed in with comments like:

The glee in Anderson Cooper’s laughter combined with Andy Cohen’s, “Knock on wood, baby!” is such a vibe, and I agree with the comments that it sets the perfect tone for new beginnings in 2026.
