Apparently there is no down time between projects over at 2K Marin, the studio behind the development of Bioshock 2. 2K president Chris Hartmann recently revealed in an interview that the studio is already working on their next game.

When asked if 2K Marin was going to end up as solely the Bioshock studio, Hartmann responded, “I know they’re working already… We already have plans, and have worked far beyond the conceptual stage for a follow-up project after BioShock 2.” When asked to divulge any details, he said, “What that is, I can’t announce; I can’t tell you obviously. But so far, they’ve completely exceeded my expectations.”

The sequel was originally slated for an October release. However, Take-Two recently delayed it to the first quarter of their 2010 fiscal year.
