Ubisoft revealed last week that the first downloadable episode for Prince of Persia would arrive on the Xbox 360 and PS3 at the end of February. Owners of the PC version, however, have seen the last of Elika and the Prince's flirty banter.

"Unfortunately for business reasons we won't be seeing any PoP DLC appear [for the PC]. Sorry guys!" read a post by a Ubisoft community manager on the official Persia forums. The post was first spotted and reported on by those eagle-eyed folks over at Big Download.

Yep, business reasons. Cold, Ubi, ice cold. The downloadable episode, which continues the storyline from the retail game and takes the heroes to an underground palace, will hit PSN and Xbox Live on February 26th.
