If you’ve never played The Godfather on the PS2 or Xbox – and you don’t own an Xbox 360 – The Godfather on the PS3 wouldn’t be bad choice of a game. It features everything the original game did, but the Don’s Edition has some snazzy ways to dispatch enemies.

Say you’re driving through Little Italy in your classy ride when you stop and realize, “Man, I need to blow up a barbershop owned by a rival family.” Well, there’s no need to go guns-a-blazing through the neighborhood just to plant a bomb inside the shop. Instead, gamers can strap some explosives to the bottom of the car and park it right outside whatever business they fill needs an explosive face-lift.

The following trailer also showcases some of the game’s more conventional ways to stiffen your competition. Throwing Molotov cocktails or tossing dynamite between a group of foes is a good way to take out a group of enemies. However, when facing off against one or two antagonists, the best bet is to throw them into an electrical box and watch them fry....Or you can throw them into a furnace, or lodge them in front of oncoming traffic, etc. But enough prattle, you can check out the trailer to ready your thumbs for some mobster madness later on this month when the game is released for the PS3.
