Genius Products has released the debut trailer for their upcoming music game Scratch: The Ultimate DJ. As it's a game focused on sound, the trailer's not all that visually spectacular but it does reveal some of the artists who music will appear in the game.

If you're not familiar with the game, it's basically Guitar Hero with a turntable - and yes, there's going to be a special turntable controller that ships with the game. The game will feature songs by Kanye West, Run DMC, Beastie Boys, Gorillaz, Tech N9ne, Nelly, and more.

Scratch will be released for the PS3 and Xbox 360 later this year. It's one of two turntable games coming out this year, the second being Activision's DJ Hero.
