A new third-person cooperative shooter is on the way for the Xbox 360’s Live Arcade and the PS3’s PlayStation Network. The game features individual stories for up to four-players but is a cooperative game through and through. It also happens to be built on the Unreal Engine, so quality is not a question for this game.

According to Omar Salleh, Game Director at Tragnarion Studios…
”Our unique blend of co-op action plus co-op storytelling, in which each playable character has a distinct perspective on the central plot, brings something new to the table and we’re definitely looking forward to expanding on this and much more in the rest of the Scourge Saga.”

The first set will be released in a two-episode bundle that contains up to four hours of gameplay. Like most other third-person shooters it will feature a nice selection of weapons, skills and accessories, as well as boss battles and environmental puzzles. The fact that it’s still a cooperative shooter makes it all the more tantalizing.
