Today Treyarch released the first map pack for Call of Duty: World At War. The four new maps are available for download through Xbox Live and PSN - for a small fee, of course.

Map Pack 1 includes three regular multiplayer maps - "Nightfire," "Station," and "Knee Deep" - as well as a new map for the Nazi zombie cooperative mode called "Verrückt". Verrückt adds a couple new wrinkles to the zombie mode, including Perks-a-Cola soda machines and electroshock defense systems. The price of the pack is 800 Microsoft Points, or $10. To commemorate the release of the new maps, all multiplayer matches will award double the normal amount of XP until Wednesday, March 25th.

The release date for the PC map pack has yet to be announced but Treyarch claims it "will be available soon." The PC map pack will be accompanied by Patch 1.4. Though the DLC is currently available worldwide through Xbox Live, European PS3 owners (except in the UK) won't get the maps until next week.

Treyarch has also released a new trailer for Verrückt, which you can check out below. For footage of the rest of the map pack, take a peek at this video from a couple weeks ago.
