Mad Catz Interactive's upcoming multiplayer-based arcade flight-simulator just received a brand new trailer that details the game's four-player cooperative campaign, as well as a few quick snippets of the competitive modes featured in the game.

The highlight of Damage Inc. Pacific Squadron is that it's one of the rare games where co-op is encouraged in a slightly different way. I mean, how often do we get games where you have 20 campaign missions that you get to play with three other friends as a flight simulator? You can check out a few snippets of the gameplay in the trailer below.

Flight fans have had a few rare gems during this later half of the generation, with titles like Ace Combat and Air Conflicts rounding out the options. It's also interesting seeing Mad Catz try their hand at software instead of hardware, but hopefully it all pans out. At least you can't knock them for trying something a bit different outside the typical modern warfare FPS.

Damage Inc. Pacific Squadron WWII is set for release later this summer for the Xbox 360 and PS3 on each system's respective digital marketplace. For more information feel free to pay a visit to the Official Website.
