When it comes to online Country Clubs in Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14 EA's line of thinking now seems to be along the line of “the more the merrier.” The number of participants allowed to join a club will be raised in the upcoming golf game, along with some other additions being made to the club features.

For starters, online golf groups will be happy to know that the number of Country Club members has now been increased from 25 to 100 members. For those of you who were sad you couldn't play in your friend's club because they ran out of room, chances are pretty good that you can now join up with the group, no problem. If the Country Club owner still says there's no room despite having the roster size quadrupled, chances are pretty good that they simply don't want you hanging around their online digs. Sorry. We didn't want to be the ones to break that news to you, but there it is.

The other big addition is the Country Club Loyalty Bonus feature. According to a statement from EA, “the more Country Club members that play consecutive days in a row, the bigger the reward.” Basically, the more players you have coming back to play on a daily basis, the more coins you'll each get to spend in the game. So, unlike a real country club, they'll actually be paying you to drop by on a regular basis and play some golf.

Other features are also being added, including steaming statistics while the game in ongoing, additional leaderboards, the ability to chat with fellow club members no matter what they're doing in the game and new additions to customized tournaments.

Look for these new features to brighten your golfing experience once Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14 hits the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on March 26.
