MGM is lining up more voice talent for Kevin James’s Dr. Doolittle like next comedy, Zookeeper The film casts James as a zoo employee who gets love advice from the various caged animals in his care. That means they all have to talk, and that means casting big names to provide their voices.

Variety reports that Adam Sandler, Jon Favreau, Sylvester Stallone, god-director Judd Apatow, and Cher (who just won’t stay away from me tonight) will all do voices. Sandler is a capuchin monkey (yes like the one in Night at the Museum), Favs is a bear (and he’s also playing one in the movie), Stallone is a lion, Apatow is an elephant, and Cher is what you find underneath the bandages when you unwrap the Mummy (though in the film she’ll play a giraffe).

Rosario Dawson is already set to co-star with James as the film’s obligatory love interest. Wow, ditching Zack and Miri make a porno for that bit part in Eagle Eye certainly has done wonders for her career. She could be the next… um… chick from Paul Blart.
