Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days, the third flick in the loveable Wimpy Kid series, which follows Greg Heffley, his family, and one particularly interesting summer vacation. If you’re thinking about nabbing a copy of the flick when it hits DVD and Blu-ray on December 18 (otherwise known as tomorrow), or if your family just happens to be nuts for the series, we have a couple of Blu-ray bonus features to share with fans.

The first extra is a deleted scene from the flick, which shows how disastrous and distracting a family dinner can be when you have multiple boys living under one roof. Still, Daddy Heffley, played by Steve Zahn, seems to really want to put himself out on a limb and connect with his two kids. To find out whether he accomplishes this, you’ll have to catch the flick. Only watch the second extra, however, if you’ve already caught the flick.

The second extra is an alternate ending that is certainly different from the original flick, but basically wraps up in the same sort of manner, just with a little something extra tacked on. Greg and his dad also have a pretty funny moment together, so if you would like to give the second clip a whirl, you probably won’t regret it.
