The Fisher Stevens directed action comedy Stand Up Guys already has a strong list of leading males, with Al Pacino, Christopher Walken and Alan Arkin on board to star. And now we have some updates among the females, as Julianna Margulies has recently been cast, and Addison Timlin is reportedly in talks for a role.

Stand Up Guys follows two aging hitmen who decide to have one last wild night together before one of them has to murder the other. Deadline reports that Margulies has joined the cast. She’s set to play Arkin’s daughter Lila, who is also the nurse who has to look after Al Pacino’s character, who apparently overdoses on Viagra. While Margulies is currently starring in CBS’ drama The Good Wife, those familiar with her work on ER years ago should have no trouble picturing her in nurse’s scrubs. As for her current job, from what Deadline says, it doesn’t sound like the movie will interfere with her role on TGW, as she’s set to shoot the movie during the CBS’ series’ hiatus.

Meanwhile, Variety posted word recently that Addison Timlin is in talks to play the part of Walken’s granddaughter. Among her recent roles, Timlin played young starlet Sasha Bingham, who caught Hank Moody’s eye during last season of Californication. This isn’t the only thing Timlin will have in the works, assuming negotiations progress. She’s also set to star in an ABC pilot called Zero Hour.

Production for Stand Up Guys is scheduled to get going in Los Angeles next month.
