I have yet to see Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans, not because I'm not 100% on board with Nicolas Cage losing his mind at Werner Herzog's encouragement, but I just haven't had the time. Luckily the longer I wait, the more stuff comes out about the movie that makes me want to see it all the more.

Today a new clip from Bad Lieutenant debuted at the film's MySpace page. You've seen part of it in the trailer-- Cage threatens an old woman by cutting off another woman's air supply and demanding that she rat out her own grandson. But really, you haven't experienced it until you've seen Cage curse at the woman and slap her hand. Oh yes, there is violence against old ladies in this movie. Again, I can't wait. Bad Lieutenant comes out November 20, 17 years to the day after the original Abel Ferrara film debuted.
