Right now Iron Man has been dominating the attention for comic book movies, but Marvel has another release coming soon that is ready to make its presence known as well. Information has been released for the first trailer for The Incredible Hulk, the new movie that is not a sequel to Ang Lee’s take on the green goliath.

Most of MTV’s networks will carry the trailer this coming Wednesday at 9:56pm EST. That includes MTV, MTVU, MTV2, VH1, Spike TV, CMT, and Nick at Nite. If you don’t get one of those channels, don’t fret. Following the cross-network appearance of the trailer, MTV.com will have the first look at The Incredible Hulk on their site as an exclusive first.

If you’re too excited about The Incredible Hulk to wait for Wednesday, take solace in that newly released image of William Hurt as General “Thunderbolt” Ross that’s making the rounds.

I have to admit, most of the images coming out for Edward Norton’s version of Hulk have impressed me and carried the right feel for a good movie adaptation. Now I guess we’ll get to see if the moving pictures can live up to the stills we’ve gotten to see.
