Since you're reading this site right now and not Deadspin, you may not be aware that Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James has effectively taken over the world. He's easily the most regarded basketball player in the game today, so it was only a matter of time before he took that appeal to the next level, Michael Jordan style. He's currently set to star in Fantasy Basketball Camp as himself, coaching a basketball camp and getting caught up in the lives of the men he coaches. Now a director has been brought on to guide the whole thing.

THR reports that Malcolm D. Lee, most recently of the Bernie Mac- Samuel L. Jackson comedy Soul Men, has been brought on to direct, with Peter Steinfeld on board to rewrite the script originally done by Babloo Mandel and Lowell Ganz. With the script being tweaked it will presumably be a while before other actors sign on, but I'm sure there are plenty of pasty middle-aged actors who, much like the characters they'll play, wouldn't mind the chance to work with LeBron James.
