It looks like this 24 hour period is dedicated to trailers for new Steven Spielberg movies. Earlier today we saw the release of the second trailer for War Horse, the new live-action film from the director set to be released this December, but now we're headed into the world of 3D performance-capture animation. That's right: we have a brand spanking new The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn preview for you.

The first trailer that we've seen since July, this new one comes straight from MSN UK and features more than a minute and a half of goodies. Check it out below.

Based on the beloved comic series by Herge, The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn is about a young journalist (Jamie Bell) who goes on an adventure with a man named Captain Haddock (Andy Serkis) searching for a mysterious treasure. The film has an all-star cast that also includes Daniel Craig, Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Cary Elwes, and Toby Jones. In addition to having Spielberg serving as the director, the movie also has a stellar group behind the camera, with Peter Jackson serving as the producer and Steven Moffat, Edgar Wright, and Joe Cornish writing the script. The project hits theaters on December 21st and for more info be sure to head over to our Blend Film Database.
