For years and years it seemed like an impossible dream, but now the time is almost here: the Veronica Mars movie will soon be coming to a theater near you. The project has had one hell of a back story, the film setting Kickstarter records early last year and successfully raising $5.7 million from fans, and now it's on track to come out in March. But where exactly will you be able to see it, and how can you purchase your tickets early? Today, AMC Theaters has the answers to both of those burning questions.

The theater chain has announced that tickets to go see Veronica Mars will be going on sale starting February 14th - exactly one month before the movie's release date - and has also revealed the full list of theaters around the United States that will be showing the movie. The site adds that if your local theater isn't listed you can contact AMC through their comments section, and while they won't make any promises about opening the film in new theaters they will take suggestions into consideration.

Directed by series creator Rob Thomas, the film picks up years after the end of Veronica Mars' third season and follows the titular private eye (Kristen Bell) as she returns to her hometown of Neptune, California for her high school's reunion. What she doesn't expect, however, is that her trip winds up getting her pulled into a murder investigation where the number one suspect is none other than Logan Echolls (Jason Dohring), her ex-boyfriend. Pretty much every actor you can remember from the show, including Tina Majorino, Percy Daggs III, Enrico Colantoni, Max Greenfield, Ken Marino, Chris Lowell, Ryan Hansen, Daran Norris and Francis Capra, are set to reprise their roles.
