New DVD Releases: When To Buy The Latest Movies In September 2018

What Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom's Blu-ray Will Look Like

There are a ton of new releases hitting Blu-ray, DVD and Digital every month, but if you are a TV fan, September is always a great month to play catch-up or revisit some of your favorite shows. The 2018-2019 TV season will begin in earnest at the end of the month and ahead of season premieres, some fan-favorites like Young Sheldon, Supernatural, Supergirl and This is Us among others, will all be available for purchase. This isn't to say that movie fans should ignore what is coming, however. Some of this summer's biggest hits will also be heading into homes, including titles like Ocean's 8 and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. So, as you wait for fall or even settle into a school year routine, there is plenty of stuff to take a look at. Full list below.

As usual, if you want to see what is out already, take a look at what came out in August. In addition, unless otherwise mentioned in the early Digital release section, expect to purchase Digital releases same day.
