Between Super Troopers and Beerfest, the comedy troupe Broken Lizard has become synonymous with irreverent and sometimes downright gross humor. But their latest offering, the conception comedy The Babymakers, tackles new terrain. Not only does this upcoming effort deal with the more mature subject of budding parenthood, it also sidelines Broken Lizard members Jay Chandrasekhar and Kevin Heffernan to supporting players.

This time around, Chandrasekhar, who also helmed the group's previous pictures, directs a more famous cast that is led by Paul Schneider and Olivia Munn. Schneider, who may be best-remembered as Mark Brendanawicz from Parks and Recreation, plays a married man who goes to some pretty insane lengths to get his wife (Munn) pregnant. After discovering that their infertility is because of his low sperm count, this wannabe dad reveals he used to donate sperm as a younger, cash-strapped, and presumably more virile man. But when the sperm bank tells him his last batch of donated swimmers is promised to someone else, he gathers up his goof-ball friends to pull off the strangest heist hitting theaters this year.

While some of the Broken Lizard crew is noticeably missing from this movie, Chandrasekhar tries to make up for their absence by stuffing this trailer with goofy gags, kooky characters (like the weirdly flirtatious OB/GYN), and the promise of nudity. Still, it probably won't be until Millennium Entertainment unveils a red-band trailer that we'll get a true taste of what Chandrasekhar and his ballsy ensemble, which includes Nat Faxon, Helena Mattsson and Aisha Tyler, have in store.

The Babymakers hit theaters and On Demand on August 3rd.
