The Story Of Luke Exclusive Clip, Featuring Evil Dead's Lou Taylor Pucci

Lou Taylor Pucci is playing one of the many young people who gets victimized by all the demonic craziness going on in this weekend's Evil Dead, but he's got another, much more nuanced role coming to theaters as well. In the exclusive clip above you can get a glimpse of his performance in The Story of Luke, in which he plays an autistic 25-year-old whose life changes entirely when he's forced to move in with his distant relatives. All he has guiding him is his grandfather's final words: "Get a job. Find a girl. Live your own life. Be a man!"

In the clip you can see Luke in conversation with his uncle Paul (The Princess Bride's Cary Elwes), in which an emotional moment doesn't go quite as planned thanks to Luke's autism. The cast also includes Seth Green-- who you know from everything from Robot Chicken to the good old days of the Austin Powers movies-- and Kristin Bauer, a familiar face from True Blood.

The Story of Luke opens in theaters and On Demand on April 5, just a few days after April 2's World Autism Awareness Day. To learn more you can check out the film's trailer below, or visit the official site.
