Megan Fox Says Classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Villain Cameos In New Film

Megan Fox has been an open book on this Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles publicity tour. She told passionate TMNT fans to fuck off. She has professed love for Secret of the Ooze, and Vanilla Ice’s "Ninja Rap" (because, duh). And she just revealed a hidden cameo, despite admitting in an interview that she’s probably not supposed to give it away.

No one tells Megan Fox what to do! Right, Michael Bay?

Fox was chatting with ComingSoon about potential Easter Eggs in Jonathan Liebesman’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and paused briefly before breaking down and revealing:

Baxter Stockman is in the movie. You just have to really look for him, but he’s there."

So, who exactly is Baxter Stockman? Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fans know that he’s a scientist who has appeared in various comic books, the different TMNT animates series (in 1987, 2003 and 2012), and assorted video games. He’s best known for creating Mousers, who were machines that tracked down and hunted sewer rats. As you can imagine, these created all sorts of problems for the pizza-eating Ninja Turtles. In the animated series, he looked like this:

I kind of wish that Megan Fox had given even an inkling of when or where fans could look out for Baxter Stockman in the movie, so they knew when to pay attention to a particular background. Because from the sound of it, this is going to be a tough movie to sit through, even if you are combing the backgrounds for Easter Eggs. I wonder if the presence of Stockman means he might be a potential villain for a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles sequel? I also wonder if this movie will make enough to justify a second adventure… or if the experiment will stop dead in its tracks after opening weekend. Stay tuned.
