Hero Blend #69: Fantastic Four Reviewed (Spoiler Free Edition!)

Josh Trank’s Fantastic Four has been the subject of controversy for just about the same length of time that it’s been in the public consciousness. From people complaining about the young cast, to its complete lack of early marketing materials, to behind-the-scenes stories about chaos on set, there has been an endless stream of positive and negative narratives pouring out over the last couple years. Only now, however, is the movie actually ready for public consumption, and for people to make opinions about it based on the actual final cut. So the big question that remains is, how did it turn out?

In this very special Hero Blend episode, Cinema Blend’s own Sean O’Connell joins me to review Josh Trank’s Fantastic Four, and we analyze both what went right with the reboot, and what wrong. Because mass audiences haven’t really had a chance to see the movie yet, we’ve decided to make this a spoiler-free discussion, so don’t be afraid of this video ruining the film for you. Simply watch and enjoy!
