One Track Sunday: Duck Dynasty Clan Sings Ragin' Cajun Redneck Christmas

The Robertsons have made a big impact on television, bringing in incredible ratings and even selling millions of copies of DVDs. Now, they are going to attempt to branch out into another artistic medium, putting together a Christmas album for their most ardent of fans. The first single from the album is a little bit lacking in the lyric department, but it’s surprisingly catchy, and it’s called “Ragin’ Cajun Redneck Christmas.”

One Track Sunday: Yeasayer Looks Into The Glass Of The Microscope

For some videos, the experience of putting together a video in a cool location can make the experience of actually watching it even more special. For Yeasayer’s moody new video, “Glass of the Microscope,” the band got into a location that is generally closed to the public to film to their heart’s content.

One Track Sunday: Alexander Skarsgard Bares Abs For Free Your Mind

If you are looking to attract more notice to a song, one way to do it is to hire a sexy actor and ask him to take his shirt off. That seems to be Cut Copy’s philosophy with the group’s latest single “Free Your Mind,” which follows Alexander Skarsgard playing a cult leader in a really weird setting.

One Track Sunday: Colt Ford Drives Around With Danica Patrick

All-around weirdo, rapper, and country music singer Colt Ford has been making a name for himself over the last several years. One Track Sunday: The Weeknd Presents Pretty

The Weeknd’s latest video for the song “Pretty” starts out fairly ominously with edgy music complimenting the landing of a plane. Then, The Weeknd’s smooth voice pops in, and while it’s a little assuring, he’s clearly a pretty upset dude. The song is from the singer’s debut album Kiss Land, and it’s all about a girl who is cheating on the R&B singer.

One Track Sunday: Britney Spears Debuts Work Bitch Early

On Sunday, Britney Spears woke up and found that a low quality version of her brand new single “Work Bitch” had leaked. Spears and her team worked to go ahead and push up the release of the new single so that fans could hear the real deal and now the track is available over at her VEVO site.

One Track Sunday: Ariana Grande Debuts R&B Single Baby I

Grande also recently put out her debut album. It’s called Yours Truly, and it’s full of songs that are similar to “Baby I” in their uninspired titles. As this single shows, we shouldn’t judge a song by its title. The album is expected to sell between 110,000 and 120,000 copies this week, and just may debut at #1 on the charts next week.

One Track Sunday: Avril Lavigne And Danica McKellar Love Rock N Roll

In the past week both Katy Perry and Lady Gaga have released new songs onto the airwaves, to big sales. In the aftermath, it may have been a little easy to miss other diva Avril Lavigne’s latest single. Despite the competition, the video for her latest song, “Rock n Roll,” is already going pretty strong prior to the official release of the track this Tuesday. If you haven’t caught the video already, it’s mostly worth a watch.

One Track Sunday: Kelly Clarkson Presents Tie It Up

Kelly Clarkson has weddings on the brain. The 31-year-old singer got engaged to Brandon Blackstock in December of 2012. Wedding plans have been moving forward since then, but the singer still has a music career to pursue, and there’s no reason that real life and art can’t tie in together somewhat. At least that seems to be the idea for “Tie it Up,” the brand new wedding-oriented single from the American Idol winner.

One Track Sunday: KT Tunstall Dons Armor For Invisible Empire

KT Tunstall’s newest single “Invisible Empire” is a subtle, softly sung song filled with pretty imagery. One Track Sunday: Selena Gomez Debuts Slow Down

Selena Gomez turned 21 recently. To celebrate the big event, the singer dropped the music video for “Slow Down,” which features the youthful star dressed to the nines and driving around in a slick Mercedes under the neon lights. She later bares her midriff in a club, singing about spending time with a boy during the whole night. It’s racier stuff than fans have come to expect from Gomez, but it does show a step in the more adult direction Gomez has begun to gravitate toward, starting with the film Spring Breakers.

One Track Sunday: Panic! At The Disco Is Back With Miss Jackson

Panic! at the Disco, like the band's counterpart Fall Out Boy, have taken a turn from the pop punk sounds of yesteryear and have come up with a sound that ‘s no less pop-oriented, but is a little edgier. Fall Out Boy proved this with "My Songs Know What You Did In the Dark (Light Em Up)” and now Panic! at the Disco has proved this with the band’s newest single “Miss Jackson ft. Lolo.” Now, if the band would only get rid of that pesky exclamation point.

“Diane Young” is actually the lead single off of Vampire Weekend’s third and newest album, Modern Vampires of the City, which has done well on the charts and even debuted at #1 on the Billboard album charts. The above image doesn’t have much to do with Da Vinci’s famous painting, but it does its own thing
