Watch Shia LaBeouf Get Naked In Sigur Ros' Strange New Video

A little over a week ago, the release of the Flaming Lips’ nudity-filled video for “The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face” caused quite a stir, both because it was incredibly graphic and because it was incredibly offensive to Erykah Badu who appeared in the clip. Now Sigur Ros has offered its own nudity-filled video for “Fjogur Piano”, and it too is generating headlines, though more for its rampant weirdness and who actually gets naked than anything else.

The long, artsy accompaniment features Transformers actor Shia LaBeouf disrobing, engaging in sex acts and acting strange alongside a female actress who spends a good portion of the runtime topless and staring at butterfly pictures. I have no idea what the band was going for or whether it succeeded, but the result definitely needs to be taken in. You can take a watch at the clip below…

NSFW Warning: Features Shia LaBeouf side penis, female nudity and adult images…

Sigur Rós - Fjögur píanó by Flixgr

If nothing else, you have to admire the slavish dedication to the vision, and the balls it took to follow through on it. So many music videos are cookie cutter performance clips. It’s nice to see something feel completely original, even if it is a bit unnerving in moments. LaBeouf might have started as a child actor and made his mark appearing in event films designed to offend no one, but during his personal time, he’s never been afraid to go out on a limb.
